Rents of logistics real estate increased faster than ever before in 2023, followed by a slowdown in the next two years. In the first quarter of 2025, logistics rents fell by *** percent globally. In the same quarter during 2023, the increase was **** percent. The industrial and logistics sector observed increased demand following the COVID-19 pandemic, as supply chain disruptions  and the rise of e-commerce highlighted the importance of securing supply chains around the world.
