Racial diversity in the leadership of Citigroup in the United States 2022

In 2022, the share white employees in leadership positions at Citigroup was on average 74 percent. On the board, 92 percent of the members identified as white, and eight percent as racial minorities. On the executive and senior level, 68 percent of the officials and managers were white, and 32 percent were non-white. Among the managing directors, the share of white directors was 62.8 percent.
