Distriversa Buanamas Medan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh entitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di PT. Distriversa Buanamas Medan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara product involvement dan entitas merek secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di PT. Distriversa Buanamas Medan. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah survei kuesioner dengan menggunakan metode analisis data yang disebut regresi berganda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kita mengetahui nilai variabel t hitung dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis atau t-test product involvement sebesar 5.785 berarti t hitung > t tabel yaitu 5.785>1,66800 H 0 ditolak dan H a diterima, pendeknya product involvement pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk PT. Distriversa Buanamas Medan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis, atau uji-t, menunjukkan bahwa nilai variabel t hitung diketahui entitas merek dari 2.041, yaitu t hitung > t tabel , yaitu 2.041>1,66800 H 0 ditolak dan H a diterima, pendeknya entitas merek memiliki kekuatan yang signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian produk di PT. Distriversa Buanamas Medan. Selain itu hasil survei uji-F diketahui nilai F hitung = 83.146yang berarti F hitung > F tabel (83.146 > 3,12) , dan signifikansi kurang dari 0,000 atau = 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa variabel product involvement dan entitas merek bersama atau sekaligus mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di PT. Distriversa Buanamas Medan. Hasil uji penilaian adalah nilai yang diketahui R adjust square 57,5% artinya ada pengaruh product involvement dan entitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk sebesar 0,575 atau57,5 % sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti produk sebesar 0,575 atau 57,5%, selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of return on assets, debt to total assets, and fix... more This study aims to test and analyze the effect of return on assets, debt to total assets, and fixed to total assets to return on equity. The research method is descriptive statistics using multiple linear regression analysis as an analysis tool. Before the regression model is used in hypothesis testing, first the model will be tested whether the model meets the classical assumptions or not, which of these assumptions are the assumptions underlying the regression analysis. Classic assumption test includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocoleration test, and heteroscedasticity test. Based on the normality test, it was found that the data was not normally distributed, therefore the data was converted into natural logarithms, then the data were re-tested and showed that there were no deviations in classical assumptions so that the data met the requirements to use multiple linear regression analysis analysis models. The data collection tool used is the study of observation and literature study with a census method with research objects of 8 BUMN Construction Companies in the period 2012-2016. The results of the regression analysis partially show that return on assets and debt to total assets have an effect on return on equity, while fixed to total assets have no effect on return on equity. Then, the results of regression analysis simultaneously show that return on assets, debt to total assets, and fixed to total assets affect return on equity.

Facilitation from external parties namely the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM of the City of Tanjungbalai has provided UMKM access to capital resources, conducts training and training, product promotion activities, expanding product marketing, and provides facilities and infrastructure. However, some business groups are constrained by the increasingly difficult raw materials, limited human resources, have problems in capital, lack of facilities and infrastructure and lack of access to marketing products. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Based on the motivation to prepare the future of the nation and the state and to keep the election running well, and to produce electoral output that has the legitimacy to lead the government, the reasons and motivations for the involvement of millennials related to political education are very important to be identified, with this is expected to produce the right formulation to maximize the role of millennial generation in subsequent elections. To be able to identify the role of political education for millennials as an effort to increase their political participation, one way that can be done is to conduct research. This research understands the impact of Debt to Assets Ratio, Inventory Turnover and Earning Per ... more This research understands the impact of Debt to Assets Ratio, Inventory Turnover and Earning Per Share on Share Prices in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The research population used was 9 issuers and a total sample size of 45 samples. Statistical research methods use quantitative. The assumption data analysis method is the classical assumption test. Hypothesis test with regression test, t-test, and f-test. Based on the results of the partial test (t), DAR and ITO have no effect on stock prices but EPS has an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test results (f) of DAR, ITO and EPS have no impact on stock prices. The result of the Adjusted R Square (R2) hypothesis test is 21%, it can be said that the Debt to Assets Ratio (X1), Inventory Turnover (X2) and Earning Per Share (X3) variables have an effect on stock prices by 21% and the rest is 79%. audits by other variables not included in this research

BUMN Construction Sector is a State-Owned Enterprise whose ownership is wholly owned by the Gover... more BUMN Construction Sector is a State-Owned Enterprise whose ownership is wholly owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. BUMN Construction Sector plays a role in providing construction services. One factor that is able to drive Indonesia's economic growth is an investment in the construction sector. The research objective is to analyze the condition and financial performance, significant deviations and relative performance, formulation of financial strategies carried out by BUMN construction sector in the 2013-2017 period. The analytical tool used as an internal comparison and external comparison is trend analysis, linear regression analysis, and Altman Z-score analysis. Trend analysis is an analysis that illustrates or shows changes in the average of a particular variable over time. Linear regression analysis to test and analyze factors that affect a company's financial performance. Altman Z-score analysis is used as a measurement of the financial status of a company that is experiencing financial difficulties (financial distress) and is also used as a tool to predict bankruptcy of a company (bankruptcy model). The condition and performance of the BUMN Construction Sector for the period 2013-2017 is in a condition of financial difficulties because it must bear a large financial burden on creditors. Significant Deviations and Relative Performance of the BUMN in the 2013-2017 Construction Sector are below average, due to low margins in selected construction service segments. The Financial Strategy Formulation undertaken to improve the Financial Performance of the BUMN Construction Sector is not to add long-term debt to reduce the financial burden, increase the number of current assets, and improve the level of receivables.
