It's you!?

When the killer enters the hospital room to murder Glen Stubbins, their identity remains unclear. However, Glen recognizes them and exclaims "What? It's you?" before being suffocated with a pillow. The scene then fades to black, accompanied by the sound of a flatline, confirming his death.
