The Voyager Conspiracy

In "The Voyager Conspiracy" from "Star Trek: Voyager," Seven of Nine makes an update to her Borg alcove which allows her to process a lot more information while regenerating. Unfortunately, the update is faulty and a side effect is that she soon starts spinning increasingly elaborate conspiracy theories, such as this one in which she tells Janeway that she believes that Chakotay is still working to resurrect the Maquis resistance aboard Voyager.
