- After Stan makes his wish to be a cat in "Cat With A Blog", it's shown how integral he was to the entire family as a dog. Avery and Tyler never grew to trust each other and subsequently positively influence one another so Avery became a bad girl and Tyler a goth, Chloe's retreated further into a fantasy life, Bennet's lost his credibility as a child psychologist, and Ellen is desperate to just get away from it all.
