Jake faces his demons and a new type of evil in the quest to find Caroline.
- All for Nothing: Lexy's quest to find her sister Caroline for the entirety of Season 3 not only leads to Caroline disappearing from her once more, but now Lexy's been turned into a doll who can't even move much.
- Apologetic Attacker: Eli goes "Sorry Father" before shooting him dead while saving Tiffany from execution. Eli likely was considering sparing him but Tiffany ordered him shot despite that he was unarmed.
- Asshole Victim: Pryce, after all the amoral things he's done all season, ends up trapped inside the White House, which he set on fire, and burns to death.
- Ambiguous Situation:
- What happened to the human bodies of Jake, Devon, and Lexy? Is it possible that they've been possessed by Chucky's Hive Mind?
- Where is Jennifer Tilly's body?
- Nica has a GPS tracker to locate Tiffany’s car. Is it possible she’s not working alone?
- Bad "Bad Acting": Chucky hardly puts any effort into passing himself off as Jake while possessing his body, yet for some reason neither Devon nor Lexy ever notice something’s off.
- The Bad Guy Wins: Possibly Chucky's greatest victory so far. The White House is burning to the ground, with the President and Vice President both dead, leaving the nation in chaos. Jake, Devon, and Lexy are trapped inside dolls. Wendell Wilkins and Caroline are devoted disciples. Chucky is inside the original Good Guy doll, with Tiffany by his side.
- Brick Joke: The outfits that the Trio wear as puppets are very similar to their Good Guy costumes from Halloween.
- Cliffhanger: The episode and hence the whole season and show ends on this, with Chucky asking the fans to consider petitioning for his renewal.
- Downer Ending:
- Oh, even more so than Cult of Chucky, and it likely left a lot of viewers wanting a drink. Chucky is brought back to life, now inhabiting the original Good Guy prototype; Tiffany has escaped from prison and swapped into the Wedding Belle prototype; both are now on the loose with Caroline fully on their side, and Jake, Devon and Lexy? When Nica finds them, she discovers they’ve been turned into marionettes before she finds herself about to be held at gunpoint by Wendell Wilkins.
- It’s not a complete downer. Grant reunites with his mother and brother.
- The President and Vice President are dead, and a CIA Agent bombed the White House. The U.S. Gov’t has a great big mess to clean up.
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: After reuniting with Tiffany, Chucky asks about GG and sincerely admits he misses them.
- Evil All Along:
- It appears that "Good Chucky" was never good. He was just another one of Chucky's murderous copies pretending to be good to get what he wanted.
- Wendell Wilkins, who feigns a story about once having had a son who was murdered in a shopping mall all so he can stuff Jake, Devon, Lexy, and possibly Nica into doll bodies.
- Evil Laugh: In addition to Chucky and Tiffany as per the norm, Caroline also lets out a pretty good one while she's conducting the voodoo seance to transfer Chucky's consciousness from Jake's body to the original Good Guy doll in Wendell's possession. Jake's body, when possessed by Chucky, does a perfect rendition of Chucky's laugh too as he's beating Timmy to death.
- Fag Hag: Chucky, in Jake's body, calls Lexy this, much to her offense and embarrassment.
- Fate Worse than Death: Lexy asks Caroline if she, Jake and Devon are just doomed to die now. Caroline states that was the initial plan, but Wilkins insisted on keeping them around to be the first living dolls in his collection.
- Final Boy: Grant manages to get away and reunite with his mom and brother, making him the only main character to survive when the protagonist trio are turned into puppets.
- Get a Room!: Caroline is at first delighted to be chauffeuring Chucky and Tiffany, until she hears and sees them French kissing.
- Grand Theft Me: Chucky does get to do this on Jake but only from the White House straight to Wendell Wilkins's house for a span of just a few hours.
- Great Escape: Tiffany is rescued from her execution by Eli and frees all the other inmates to facilitate her escape.
- Have I Mentioned I Am Gay?: While pretending to be Jake, Chucky constantly brings up how gay he is.
- He's Back!: Chucky, having satisfied Damballa, is able to return to the land of the living, and is back to being a Good Guy doll in his prime.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Pryce ends up dying in the fire started to burn the White House.
- Kids Driving Cars: Caroline at the end is driving a car with Chucky and Tiffany making out in the back and they get increasingly loud and aggressive. She then comments she's too young for "this shit".
- "Let's Watch Our Show" Plot: In the spirit realm, Chucky Prime leads Jake to a movie theater where a group of Chucky splinters are watching the events of both the previous seasons and films.
- Monumental Damage: As the end result of his campaign of terror this season, Chucky, albeit indirectly, burns down the White House.
- Oh, Crap!: Jake notices that "Old Chucky," aka Chucky Prime, is missing. The other Chuckys tell him that he went to possess his body.
- Please Kill Me If It Satisfies You: Caroline dares this to Lexy knowing that Lexy would refuse to do so.
- Puppet Permutation: What appears to happen to Jake, Devon, and Lexy at the end, with Nica likely doomed to a similar fate.
- Right Behind You: The trio after being turned into marionettes keep pleading Nica to "Look behind you!" as Wendell Wilkins creeps up on her. Nica, shocked upon seeing their new state, only looks behind when it's already way too late.
- Shout-Out: The episode title is one to Final Destination. Fitting, considering Devon Sawa played the franchise's original protagonist.
- Smooch of Victory: She might not ever tell Chucky, but Tiffany does kiss Eli on the lips to thank him for sacrificing himself so she can escape. She also does it with Chucky in her doll form in a car being driven by Caroline, followed by aggressive French kissing which annoys Caroline.
- Talking the Monster to Death: Jake when forced to re-unite with his father Lucas in the spirit realm is about to get a bat-bashing up until Jake screams, "I FORGIVE YOU!!!" Lucas, now seeing it's pointless to continue carrying a grudge against Jake when Jake re-owns him as his father, agrees to let him go find Good Chucky, but still tells his son he's doomed to fail.
- Taking the Bullet: Eli takes several from the sniper intended at Tiffany, becoming a Bulletproof Human Shield in the process.
