Claims (17)
- 알루미늄, 스칸듐, 이트륨 및 희토류 원소에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속원소와 산소를 함유하는 상(a), 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오브, 탄탈 및 텅스텐에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어진 입자상(b), 상기 입자상(b)이 상기 상(a)을 둘러싸는 것같이 형성된 복합조직입자상(c) 및 이들 상이 분산되어 있는 탄화규소의 모상(d)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 알루미늄, 스칸듐, 이트륨 및 희토류 원소에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속원소와 산소 및 규소를 함유하는 상(a), 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오브, 탄탈 및 텅스텐에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어진 입자상(b), 상기 입자상(b)이 상기 상(a)을 둘러싸는 것같이 형성된 복하조직입자상(c) 및 이들 상이 분산되어 있는 탄화규소의 모상(d)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전기 상(a)이 알루미늄, 스칸듐, 이트륨 및 희토류 원소에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속원소의 규산염을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전기 상(a)이 규산염 유리를 주성분으로하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기(b)의 평균입경이 1 내지 20μm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 탄화규소의모상(d)의 평균입경이 0.2 내지 5μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 복합조직입자상(c)이 5 내지 30용적% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 입자상(c)의 평균입경이 30 내지 150μm의 복합조직입자가 전입자상(b)의 50용적% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 입자상(c)이 5 내지 30용적%이고, 또 상기 입자상(c)의 평균입경이 30 내지 150μm의 복합조직입자가 전체입자상(b)의 50용적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 입자상(a)이 알루미늄, 스칸듐, 이트륨 및 희토류 원소의 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전기 상(a)의 금속원자가 이트륨 산화물이고, 입자상(b)의 금속원소가 티탄 또는 바나듐인 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전기 상(a)이 0.05 내지 10용적%, 상기 입자상(b)이 5 내지 40용적% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 알루미늄, 스칸듐, 이트륨, 및 희토류 원소에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속원소, 규소 및 산소를 함유하는 상(a), 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오브, 탄탈 및 텅스텐에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어진 입자상(b), 상기 상(a) 및 상(b)이 분산되어 있는 탄화규소의 모상(d)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 알루미늄, 스칸듐, 이트륨 및 희토류 원소에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속원소, 또는 그 수소화물, 탄화물, 질화물규화물, 산화물과, 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오브, 탄탈 및 텅스텐으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속 또는 그 수소화물, 탄화물, 질화물규화물, 산화물의 평균입경이 5 내지 100μm인 것과, 탄화규소의 평균입경이 0.1 내지 2μm 분말을 가하고, 진공중 또는 불활성가스중에서 1900 내지 2300℃에서 고온프레스하는 것을 특징으로하는 강인성 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 이트륨과 티탄 또는 바나듐을 금속으로 가하고, 2000℃ 내지 2200℃ 에서 고온프로스 한 후, 즉시 서냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 상(a)의 금속원소가 이트륨산화물이고, 입자상(b)의 금속원소가 티탄 및 바나듐인 것을 특징으로 하는 강인성 세라믹스.
- 제14항에 있어서, 이트륨과, 티탄 및 바나듐을 금속으로 가하고, 2000 내지 2200℃ 에서 고온프로스 한 후, 즉시 서냉하는 것을 특징으로하는 강인성 세라믹스의 제조방법.
