Claims (11)
- 내연 기관에 구동 연결되는 입력 부재와, 차륜 구동용의 회전 전기기기와, 차륜에 구동 연결되는 출력 부재와, 변속용 결합 장치를 구비함과 함께 적어도 상기 입력 부재의 회전을 변속해서 상기 출력 부재에 전달하는 변속 장치와, 상기 입력 부재를 상기 변속 장치로부터 분리하는 분리용 결합 장치를 구비하는 차량용 구동 장치에, 오일을 공급하는 오일 공급 장치이며,
상기 입력 부재에 연동하는 제1 연동 부재와 상기 회전 전기기기에 연동하는 제2 연동 부재 중 회전 속도가 높은 쪽의 부재에 의해 구동되는 제1 유압 펌프와,
상기 제1 유압 펌프의 구동력원과는 다른 구동력원에 의해 구동되는 제2 유압 펌프와,
상기 분리용 결합 장치 및 상기 변속용 결합 장치 중 적어도 한쪽에 대하여 윤활을 위한 오일을 공급하는 윤활 유로와,
상기 분리용 결합 장치에 대하여 결합의 상태를 제어하기 위한 오일을 공급하는 제1 결합 유로와,
상기 변속용 결합 장치에 대하여 결합의 상태를 제어하기 위한 오일을 공급하는 제2 결합 유로와,
상기 제1 유압 펌프 및 상기 제2 유압 펌프의 각각으로부터 토출된 오일의 각 유로에의 공급 상태를 제어하는 공급 상태 제어부를 구비하고,
상기 제1 결합 유로 및 상기 제2 결합 유로의 양쪽에 대하여 상기 제1 유압 펌프로부터 토출된 오일이 공급됨과 함께, 상기 윤활 유로에 대하여 적어도 상기 제2 유압 펌프로부터 토출된 오일이 공급되는 상태가 제1 공급 상태이며,
상기 제2 결합 유로에 대하여 상기 제1 유압 펌프로부터 토출된 오일이 공급됨과 함께 상기 제1 결합 유로에 대하여 오일이 공급되지 않는 상태, 또는 상기 제1 결합 유로 및 상기 제2 결합 유로의 양쪽에 대하여 오일이 공급되지 않는 상태가 제2 공급 상태이며,
상기 공급 상태 제어부는, 상기 분리용 결합 장치 및 상기 변속용 결합 장치 중 적어도 한쪽을 미끄럼 결합 상태로 제어해서 상기 입력 부재의 회전을 상기 출력 부재에 전달할 경우에, 상기 제1 공급 상태로 하고, 상기 분리용 결합 장치를 해방 상태로 제어해서 상기 회전 전기기기의 출력 토크를 차륜에 전달시킬 경우에, 상기 제2 공급 상태로 하는, 오일 공급 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 상태 제어부는,
상기 제1 유압 펌프의 토출구 하류에 설치된 제1 역지 밸브와,
상기 제2 유압 펌프의 토출구 하류에 설치된 제2 역지 밸브와,
상기 제1 역지 밸브의 하류 유로와 상기 제2 역지 밸브의 하류 유로의 양쪽에 접속되어 있음과 함께, 상기 제1 결합 유로와 상기 제2 결합 유로의 양쪽에 접속되어 있는 합류 유로와,
상기 제2 유압 펌프의 토출구와 상기 제2 역지 밸브를 접속하는 접속 유로로부터 분기한 유로인 분기 유로와,
상기 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 유로의 연통 상태를 제어하는 연통 상태 제어 밸브와,
상기 연통 상태 제어 밸브의 상태를 제어하는 밸브 제어 장치를 구비하는, 오일 공급 장치. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공급 상태 제어부는 상기 합류 유로로부터 분기해서 상기 윤활 유로에 접속되어 있는 윤활 분기 유로를 더 구비하고,
상기 분기 유로는 상기 윤활 분기 유로를 개재하는 일 없이 상기 윤활 유로에 접속되어 있고,
상기 연통 상태 제어 밸브는 상기 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 유로의 연통 상태를 제어하는 분기 제어 밸브부와, 상기 윤활 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 유로의 연통 상태를 제어하는 윤활 제어 밸브부를 구비하는, 오일 공급 장치. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분기 제어 밸브부는 상기 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 유로가 연통하는 상태와, 상기 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 유로가 비연통이 되는 상태를 전환하는 제어를 행하는, 오일 공급 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공급 상태 제어부는 상기 합류 유로로부터 분기해서 상기 윤활 유로에 접속되어 있는 윤활 분기 유로를 더 구비하고,
상기 분기 유로는 상기 윤활 분기 유로에 접속되어 있고,
상기 연통 상태 제어 밸브는 상기 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 분기 유로의 연통 상태를 제어하는 분기 제어 밸브부를 구비하는, 오일 공급 장치. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연통 상태 제어 밸브는, 또한 상기 윤활 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 유로의 연통 상태를 제어하는 윤활 제어 밸브부를 구비하는, 오일 공급 장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분기 제어 밸브부는 상기 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 분기 유로가 연통하는 상태와, 상기 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 분기 유로가 비연통이 되는 상태를 전환하는 제어를 행하는, 오일 공급 장치.
- 제3항, 제4항, 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 윤활 제어 밸브부는 상기 윤활 분기 유로로부터 상기 윤활 유로로 흐르는 오일의 유량을, 제1 유량과, 당해 제1 유량보다 적은 제2 유량으로 전환하는 제어를 행하는, 오일 공급 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분기 유로는 상기 제2 역지 밸브의 하류 유로를 개재하는 일 없이 상기 윤활 유로에 접속되어 있는, 오일 공급 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연통 상태 제어 밸브는 상기 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 유로가 연통하는 상태와, 상기 분기 유로와 상기 윤활 유로가 비연통이 되는 상태를 전환하는 제어를 행하는, 오일 공급 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회전 전기기기는 상기 차량용 구동 장치의 동력 전달 경로에 있어서의 상기 입력 부재와 상기 변속 장치 사이에 구동 연결되고, 상기 분리용 결합 장치는 상기 동력 전달 경로에 있어서의 상기 입력 부재와 상기 회전 전기기기 사이에 설치되고, 상기 제1 연동 부재는 상기 입력 부재와 항상 연결된 부재이며, 상기 제2 연동 부재는 상기 회전 전기기기와 항상 연결된 부재이거나 또는
상기 회전 전기기기는 상기 변속 장치를 개재하는 일 없이 차륜에 구동 연결되고, 상기 제1 연동 부재는 상기 입력 부재와 항상 연결된 부재이며, 상기 제2 연동 부재는 상기 출력 부재와 항상 연결된 부재인, 오일 공급 장치.
