Claims (70)
- 긴 관(管) 모양의 노즐, 노즐의 상부 말단에 이웃한 노즐을 통과하는 유로를 먼저 폐쇄하는 파열막, 막에 인접하여 위치하는 입자 및, 막을 파열하여 노즐을 통해서 입자들이 내재된 초음속 기체를 방출하는데 충분한 기체 압력을 막의 상부쪽에 적용하는 압력기로 이루어지고, 여기서, 입자들은 노즐의 내부를 가로질러 확장하는 두개의 파열 격막 사이에 위치된 분말화된 약제인 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압력기가 막의 챔버 상부와 챔버 내 기체압의 조절된 보충을 위한 장치로 이루어지는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 챔버 내의 압력을 보충하는 장치가 유출 밸브에 의해 챔버에 연결된 압축 기체원으로 이루어지는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 일체 완비되어 있고 휴대용이며 압축 기체의 자체 저장기를 포함하는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 챔버의 상부 말단이 멸균 배리어에 의해 폐쇄되는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 멸균 배리어가 기체는 통과시키지만 박테리아는 통과할 수 없는 반투과성 막인 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 챔버는 실린더 모양이고 멸균 배리어는 피스톤이며, 실린더형 챔버 내에 가스를 압축하기 위하여 피스톤을 전진시키는 장치가 있는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 피스톤을 전진시키는 장치가 피스톤 상부 말단에 적용된 압축 기체의 공급원인 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 일체 완비되어 있고, 휴대용이며, 압축 기체의 자체 저장기와 기체 압력에 피스톤을 노출시키기 위해 수동으로 열 수 있는 밸브를 포함하는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 피스톤을 전진시키는 장치가 피스톤을 전진시키기 위하여 압축된 후, 수동으로 풀리도록 배열된 스프링으로 이루어지는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 피스톤이 전진하기 전에 챔버 내의 기체가 먼저 과대기압에 있는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 피스톤의 선단이 볼록한 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 압력기는 압축된 가스를 내재하고 주사기에서 돌출부와 함께 작동하는 스프링 장착된 밸브에 의해 막혀있는 출구를 갖는 벌브로 이루어지고, 벌브가 돌출부를 향하여 진전할 수 있도록 배열되고, 여기서 돌출부는 밸브를 오픈하고 벌브로부터 가스가 흐르는 것을 허용하는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 막을 파열하기 위하여 막의 상부쪽에 적용되는 기체가 공기보다 가벼운 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 이웃한 격막들 사이에 상이한 종류의 입자들을 위한 별도 공간을 제공하는 3 이상의 파열가능한 격막이 있는 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 파열가능한 막은 파열가능한 격막에 의해 제공되는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 파열가능한 격막들이 그 가장자리가 함께 밀봉되어 입자들을 함유하는 작은 주머니 또는 캡슐을 이루는 것인무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2개의 파열가능한 격막 중 1 이상이 다른 것으로부터 떨어져서 오목하여 대부분의 입자가 격막 가장자리에서 방사상으로 안쪽으로 위치하기에 충분한 간격을 제공하는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 막의 하부, 노즐의 내부가 실질적인 대기압에서 공기 보다 가벼운 기체를 함유하고, 이 가벼운 기체는 노즐의 하부 말단에서 용이하게 제거할 수 있는 봉인에 의해 억제되어 있는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 봉인이 제거가능한 플러그 또는 마개인 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 봉인이 박리가능한 호일인 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 노즐 내에 함유된 기체는 헬륨인 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 노즐이 막의 선단 테이퍼형/말단 확대형 또는 선단 테이퍼형/원통형 하류인 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 스페이서가 노즐의 하부 말단에 설치되어 목표로부터 노즐의 실재 공간을 제공하는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 공간은 35 ㎜ 이하인 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 공간은 5 내지 15㎜의 범위내에 있는 무침 주사기.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 스페이서가 충분히 크게 형성된 관 모양의 측판이어서 노즐 배출구에서 나오는 기체를 포함하는 입자의 분출이 사용시에 측판의 하부 말단과의 위치에서 배출구 영역을 5 배 이상 횡단면까지 확장하는 것을 억제하지 않는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 스페이서가 구멍이 없는 관 모양의 측판이고, 소음 장치는 관 모양 노즐을 에워싼 통 내의 고리 모양 공간 내에 위치하여 스페이서 측판을 통해서 목표로부터 재반사되는 충격파를 흡수하는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 적어도 멸균 노즐, 막, 입자로 이루어진 폐기가능한 하부 부분과; 적어도 압력기 일부로 이루어진 상부 부분으로 용이하게 분리되는 무침 주사기.
- 제 29항에 있어서, 챔버의 상부 말단 가까이에 멸균 배리어가 추가되어 있고, 상기 폐기 가능한 부분은 챔버와 멸균 베리어를 포함하는 것인 무침 주사기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 작용시 200 내지 2,500 m/초의 속도로 노즐을 통해서 입자를 주입하고, 상기 입자는 대개 0.1 내지 250 ㎛의 크기와 0.1 내지 25 g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 무침 주사기.
- 제 31항에 있어서, 속도는 500 내지 1500m/초의 범위인 무침 주사기.
- 제 32항에 있어서, 속도는 750 내지 1000m/초의 범위인 무침 주사기.
- 제 31항에 있어서, 입자의 크기는 1 내지 50㎛의 범위인 무침 주사기.
- 제 34항에 있어서, 입자의 크기는 적어도 10㎛인 무침 주사기.
- 제 35항에 있어서, 입자의 크기는 10 내지 20㎛의 범위인 무침 주사기.
- 제 31항에 있어서, 입자의 밀도는 0.5 내지 2.0g/㎤의 범위인 무침 주사기.
- 제 29항에 따른 주사기의 폐기가능한 하부를 포함하는 멸균 패키지.
- 격막 가장자리 주위에서 직접 또는 간접적으로 서로 접합되어 있고 경피 주사용 분말 형태 입자를 함유하는 2개의 적막으로 이루어진, 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 주사기용 또는 이 주사기의 봉인된 유니트를 포함하는 치료용 제품.
- 제 39항에 있어서, 접합된 파열가능한 주머니 또는 캡슐 형태인 제품.
- 제 40항에 있어서, 상기 주머니는 함께 주사되는 분말 형태의 상이한 치료제를 함유하는 2 이상의 격실을 제공하는 3 이상의 격막으로 이루어지는 것인 제품.
- 제 36항에 있어서, 분말 형태의 치료제가 습식 혼합되었을 때 불안정한 약제의 안정한 혼합물인 것인 제품.
- 제 39항에 있어서, 치료제가 인슐린인 것인 제품.
- 제 39항에 있어서, 입자들이 주로 0.1 내지 250 ㎛의 크기를 가지는 것인 제품.
- 제 44항에 있어서, 크기 범위가 1 내지 50 ㎛인 것인 제품.
- 제 45항에 있어서, 크기가 적어도 10㎛인 것인 제품.
- 제 46항에 있어서, 크기 범위가 10 내지 20㎛인 것인 제품.
- 관형 노즐, 분말 입자와 활성화 상태에서 노즐을 통해 적어도 200 내지 2,500 m/sec의 속도로 상기 입자를 공급하는 활성 수단과 상기 입자가 대부분 10 내지 250 ㎛의 크기와 0.1 내지 25 g/㎤의 밀도를 가지는 무침 주사기.

- 사용시 압력하에 가스원을 포함하는 상부 배럴부를 갖는 긴 몸체와 짧은 상부의 상단 테이퍼형 부위와 긴 하부의 원통부 또는 말단 확대형 부위를 포함하는 유로를 갖는 하부 된 모양의 노즐(상기 배럴부와 노즐부는 말단과 말단이 분리할 수 있게 함께 연결되어 있고, 입자를 포함하는 캡슐과 함께 연결되는 경우 이들 사이에 위치되도륵 배열된다); 노즐 유로를 통해 입자가 내재된 초음속 가스 흐름을 만들기 위해 가스를 갑자기 방출하기 위한 수단; 및 환자의 조직으로부터 노즐의말단이 떨어져 있도록 하고, 노즐부와 주위 보호판 사이의 환상 공간에 환자의 조직으로부터 사용시 재반사되는 충격파에서 에너지를 발산시키기 위한 소음 장치를 제공하기 위하여 노즐부의 하부 말단을 둘러싸고 팽창하는 보호판으로 이루어진 무침 주사기.
- 제 59항에 있어서, 갑자기 가스를 방출하기 위한 수단이 노즐의 상부 말단에 인접해 있고 충분한 가스압이 막에 적용될 때 파열하는 파열막을 포함하는 것인 주사기.
- 제 59항 또는 제 60항에 있어서, 가스원이, 배럴부에서 돌출부와 함께 작동하는 스프링이 장착된 밸브에 의해 막힌 출구를 갖는 압축가스의 벌브이고, 이러한 배치로 벌브를 배럴 아래로 밀면 돌출부가 밸브를 개방시켜 방출 가스가 벌브로부터 흐르도록 하는 것인 주사기.
- 제 48항, 제 57 또는 제 59항에 있어서 , 활성시에 어떤 속도로, 어떤 크기와 밀도를 갖는 입자를 운반하여 입자가 100 내지 500㎛의 경피 투여를 달성되게 하는 주사기.
- 압축 가스의 저장기, 목의 하부에 분기부를 갖는 노즐, 크기가 10미크론 이상이고 밀도가 0.5 내지 2.0g/㎤인 분말화된 입자, 및 가스를 방출시켜 노즐을 통해 입자가 내재된 가스 흐름을 제공하여 입자가 200m/초의 속도로 운반되게 하기 위한 활동 수단으로 이루어진 무침 주사기.
- 제 63항에 있어서, 분말화된 입자는 초기에 입자를 가스 흐름에 연행시키기 위해 노출되도록 방출된 가스에 의해 갈라져 있는 밀봉된 캡슐 내에 포함되어 있는 주사기.
- 제 63항 또는 제 64항에 있어서, 노즐이 목의 하부에 상단 테이퍼 부위를 갖는 주사기.
- 제 63항 또는 제 64항에 있어서, 목표물로부터 노즐의 말단에 간격을 주기 위해 노즐의 하부 말단 주위에서 팽창하는 보호판으로 이루어진 주사기.
- 제 66항에 있어서, 목표물로부터 재반사되는 가스에서 에너지를 퍼뜨리기 위한 소음 장치를 노즐과 주위 보호판 사이의 환상 공간에 제공하는 것인 주사기.
