Claims (4)
- 夫々に緊急時に流体の流通を遮断するための弁体が設けられた一対のカプラーが連結機構により分離自在に突き合せ状態で連結されてなり、緊急離脱時は、前記連結機構が連結解除動作して前記カプラー同士の連結を解除し、このカプラー同士の連結が解除されることにより各カプラーに設けられた前記弁体が閉弁動作し各カプラーの開口部を閉塞して、流体の流通を遮断すると共に流体の外部流出を防止した状態で緊急離脱するように構成されている極低温流体を荷役する流体荷役装置への適用に好適な流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構であって、前記一対のカプラーの夫々は、流体が流通可能な筒状に形成されたカプラー本体部と、緊急離脱時に前記カプラー本体部の開口部を閉塞する前記弁体と、この弁体を動作させるための弁体駆動機構とからなり、前記弁体動作機構は、全ての構成部材が前記カプラー本体部内に設けられていると共に前記弁体を前記カプラー本体部の開口部側に付勢する付勢体を有する構成とされ、前記弁体は、このカプラー本体部内に設けられた弁体動作機構の前記付勢体の付勢力により前記カプラー本体部の開口部側に付勢され、前記カプラー同士が連結した状態では他方の弁体と相互に押し合って前記付勢体の付勢力に抗して没入移動して前記カプラー本体部の開口部を開口状態にし前記カプラー同士の連結が解除されて分離した状態では前記付勢体の付勢力により突出移動して前記カプラー本体部の開口部に圧接係合してこのカプラー本体部の開口部を閉塞状態にするように構成され、前記カプラー本体部は、流体がその内部を通過する内筒部と、この内筒部に比して先端側が拡径している外筒部と、前記内筒部と前記外筒部との間を閉塞する連結フランジ部とで形成されていると共に、前記内筒部と前記外筒部との間が真空層に形成されている構成とされ、前記連結フランジ部は、肉厚が前記外筒部の肉厚よりも薄い肉厚に設定され、前記内筒部と前記外筒部との離間距離が最も大きい前記内筒部と前記外筒部との先端部間に設けられている構成とされて、前記カプラー同士が連結した状態では、前記内筒部と前記外筒部との間の熱伝導部が前記連結フランジ部のみとなるように構成されていることを特徴とする流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構。
- 前記弁体は、弁体基部と、この弁体基部の先端側を覆い前記カプラー同士が分離している状態において大気中に露出状態となる弁体先端部とからなり、前記弁体先端部は、合成樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構。
- 前記カプラー本体部は、開口部の周縁にこの開口部を区画する弁座が設けられていて、この弁座とこの弁座に圧接係合する前記弁体基部の夫々は、金属製であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構。
- 前記弁座と前記弁体基部は、夫々相互に係合する係合面が段差状に形成され、前記弁座若しくは前記弁体基部の各段差部にシール材が設けられていて、前記係合面に複列状に設けられた複数の前記シール材により前記弁座と前記弁体基部とが密着係合するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構。
