Abstract

Dispositif d’accouplement pour le transport de fluide cryogénique séparable en cas d’urgence et à fermeture automatique, le dispositif comprenant deux conduites (2, 3) de transport de fluide s’étendant selon une direction longitudinale et comprenant chacune, à une extrémité de raccordement, un mécanisme de clapet (4, 6, 8, 5, 7, 9) configuré pour fermer automatiquement la conduite (2, 3) lorsque les extrémités de raccordement sont séparées et permettre l’ouverture de la conduite (2, 3) lorsque les extrémités de raccordement sont accouplées, le dispositif (1) comprenant en outre un tube (10, 11) externe disposé autour de chaque conduites (2, 3) de transport et définissant un espace sous vide pour l’isolation thermique de la conduite (2, 3) de transport, le dispositif (1) comprenant un mécanisme de connexion rapide des deux conduites (2, 3) comprenant des organes d’accrochage (12, 13) mécaniques conjugués situés au niveau respectivement des deux extrémités de raccordement, le dispositif (1) comprenant en outre un système (24, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21) de séparation d’urgence configuré pour permettre la séparation des deux conduites (2, 3) lorsque les extrémités de raccordement sont accouplées via le mécanisme de connexion rapide (12, 13), caractérisé en ce que le système (24, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21) de séparation d’urgence est situé au niveau d’une extrémité de raccordement d’une première conduite et comprend un ensemble de pièces de liaison déplaçable entre une première configuration assurant une liaison mécanique rigide entre l’extrémité de raccordement munie d’organe(s) d’accrochage (12, 13) de ladite première conduite (2, 3) et le reste de la première conduite (2, 3) et une seconde configuration scindée dans laquelle l’extrémité de raccordement de la première conduite munie d’organe(s) d’accrochage (12, 13) mécanique(s) du mécanisme de connexion rapide est séparée du reste de la première conduite (2, 3).
