Claims (3)
- 取付側部材に形成された孔部に挿入されて取り付けられる締結部材付き部品であって、高剛性のねじ部と低剛性の圧潰部、及び前記取付側部材に対する回り止め部として前記取付側部材に食い込む刃部を備えたフランジ部を有する一方の締結部材と、該ねじ部に強く螺合して該圧潰部を圧潰可能なねじ部を有する他方の締結部材と、両ねじ部を弱く螺合させた状態で該一方の締結部材と該他方の締結部材との間に仮締め保持された部品と、で構成され、
前記回り止め部で回り止めされた状態で、前記フランジ部と圧潰された圧潰部との間に前記取付側部材が挟持されていることを特徴とする締結部材付き部品。 - 前記部品が端子又はブラケットであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結部材付き部品。
- 請求項1又は2記載の締結部材付き部品を前記取付側部材の孔部に取り付けるための締結部材付き部品の取付方法であって、
前記圧潰部を該取付側部材の孔部に挿入し、該取付側部材に対して前記一方の締結部材を前記取付側部材に前記刃部を食い込ませることで回り止めした状態で、前記他方の締結部材を強く締め付けて、該圧潰部を圧潰させることで、前記フランジ部と圧潰された圧潰部との間に前記取付側部材を挟持することを特徴とする締結部材付き部品の取付方法。
