Abstract
Traktionsbatterie (10) für ein elektrisch betriebenes Fahrzeug, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
- die Traktionsbatterie (10) weist einen Modulbereich (11) und einen von dem Modulbereich (11) räumlich getrennten Elektronikbereich (12) auf,
- die Traktionsbatterie (10) umfasst einen Einlasskanal (13) zum Zuführen eines Kühlmittels, eine den Modulbereich (11) von dem Elektronikbereich (12) räumlich trennende Trägerwand (18) und einen in die Trägerwand (18) integrierten Auslasskanal (15) zum Abführen des Kühlmittels, der einerseits mit dem Modulbereich (11) und andererseits mit dem Elektronikbereich (12) fluidtechnisch verbunden ist und eine Drosselscheibe (16), nämlich eine Platte mit definierten Bohrungen, zum Drosseln des abgeführten Kühlmittels enthält,
- der Einlasskanal (13) verzweigt symmetrisch einerseits in den Modulbereich (11) und andererseits in den Elektronikbereich (12) und
- der Elektronikbereich (12) umfasst eine zwischen dem Einlasskanal (13) und dem Auslasskanal (15) angeordnete fluiddichte und wärmeleitfähige Kühlplatte (17).
