Background
The use scene of the electronic equipment requires continuous miniaturization, generalization and modularization of the electronic equipment according to the development of the modern technology. Therefore, the power supply case needs to be made into a plug-in form, so that the plugging and the replacement are convenient. And power supply equipment needs to go through long-term debugging work in the production process, needs often plug quick-witted case in the debugging process, and is very inconvenient to the quick-witted case of fastening through the panel screw to use. The quick plugging and unplugging of the plug box can be realized through the quick locking limiting mechanism, the plugging and unplugging can be completed within ten seconds, and the use is very convenient. For a part of cases using water cooling, the water cooling joint has a rebound force in the inserting and combining process, and the fastening by screws is more inconvenient. Therefore, a new type of quick lock limit technology needs to be developed.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a quick locking limiting mechanism which has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, safety and reliability.
The purpose of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the quick locking and limiting mechanism comprises a handle, a button, a pin shaft, a positioning sliding block, a spring A, a spring B and a locking block; the bottom of the case body is provided with a panel, and the edge of the panel is provided with a limiting block; the locking block is arranged at the lower edge of the case body, a sliding groove is formed in the locking block, one end of the positioning sliding block is propped against the sliding groove through a spring B and can move in a telescopic mode along the sliding groove, and the other end of the positioning sliding block is clamped against the limiting block; the handle below the locking piece is internally provided with a button, the periphery of the button is sleeved with a spring A, the spring A is supported on the panel, the upper part of the button is connected with a driving pin shaft, and the pin shaft is provided with an inclined surface for pushing the positioning sliding block, so that the positioning sliding block is separated from the limiting block to separate the case body.
As the preferred technical scheme, the quick locking limiting mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the case body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the locking and positioning functions are combined together, the size is compact, the occupied space is small, and the plugging and unplugging can be realized quickly;
2. the structure strength is high, the device is suitable for both light load and heavy load equipment, and the application range is wide;
3. effective connection of water or electrical connectors can be achieved without locking the panel screws, especially if fluid connectors are used; springs in the fluid connector have rebound force in the inserting and combining process, and screws on the panel are not locked in the using process, so that the connector is possibly not connected in place, and fluid leakage is caused; meanwhile, the mechanism has a limiting function, once the case is inserted into the cabinet, the mechanism limits the position of the case, and the effective connection of the connector is ensured;
4. the normal use of the case can be realized without locking the locking screw on the case panel in the situation of certain vibration.

The installation process of the invention is as follows: the quick locking limiting mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the case body 8, as shown in fig. 2, during installation, the case body 8 is pushed into the quick locking limiting mechanisms on two sides, wherein the outer side of the positioning slide block 4 collides with the limiting block 10 firstly and retracts into the chute 7-1, and after the case body 8 is completely inserted and closed in place, the positioning slide block 4 is popped out under the action of the spring B6 and clamped against the limiting block 10, so that the locking and limiting of the case are realized. When the case body 8 needs to be pulled out, the button 2 is pressed to drive the pin shaft 3 to move upwards, the positioning slide block 4 retracts into the chute 7-1 under the action of the inclined surface of the pin shaft 3, and the case body 8 can be pulled out by pulling the handle 1 at the moment.
The invention can meet the scene of quick plug and replacement of the case, can accurately limit the position of the case, realizes the reliable connection of the connector, has high integration level and is convenient to operate.
