In the present research paper, the researcher collected the information about tourism and its benefit to the area and also the employment generated there through monthly publications, various websites, newspapers and necessary secondary sources and then reviewed to arrive at the analysis and conclusions. Efforts are being made to provide benefits to tourist places, but not all tourist places benefit from the scheme. Special mention is made of the lack of development of tourist places in Vidarbha region. This paper tries to convey information and create awareness about tourism.

"India has designed and planned to adopt a new education strategy throughout the next decade of the twenty-first century called the Indian National Education Policy under the direction of its current government and an expert committee with people from various backgrounds (NEP-2020)". Practitioners and the general public are familiar with the aims, goals, and specifics. To give everyone access to high-quality primary and secondary education as well as postsecondary education and have the expectation of comprehensive and research-oriented advancement, NEP-2020 is an innovative and futuristic plan with both positive and negative features. This paper begins with an overview of NEP-2020, identifies the policy\'s strengths and weaknesses in the higher education and research sectors, evaluates the implementation recommendations made in the procedure, and identifies and analyses potential generic strategies for NEP-2020 implementation to achieve its goals based on focus group discussions.

"The sacrifice that has to be borne is certain but the return in the future may be uncertain. This attribute of investment indicates the risk factor. The risk is undertaken with a view to reap some return from the investment. A variety of factors influence investors behavior such as returns, safety of principal amount, progressive amount, tax savings along with other factor like family, friends and expert opinion and motives behind savings and last but not least discomforts they face while investing, all directs investor's behavior. The risk and returns involved in each of these investment avenues differ from one to another. The investors are ready to invest after evaluating the main features of investments such as security of principal amount, liquidity, income stability, easy transferability, etc. At the same time the choice among the variety of these factors depends upon the preferences and behavior of individual investor. The present study is based on the comparative analysis of investment patterns and behavior of individual investors. This study is much helpful to the operation of investment behavior. The NEP replaces the 34-year old policy of 1986 and aims to pave way for transformational reforms in class and better education systems within the country. Time by time, various committees have recommended increasing the allocation of the budget for education to 6% of the GDP; this has led to the interests of researchers. This paper aims to identify the concerns and focus of NEP 2020. Commerce and management education play an important role in the country's economy as it affects all the sectors like manufacturing, service industry, research and development, banking, etc. In the entire field, finance is the nerve system, and knowledge to manage finance is dealt with commerce and management. The current education policy existing in India is concentrating majorly on theoretical aspects which lack the practical training among the students i.e., the major drawback for meeting the global job opportunities. The purpose of this research paper is to investigate the challenges and opportunities of the Maha... more The purpose of this research paper is to investigate the challenges and opportunities of the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY) which was launched in 2013-2020 to provide healthcare benefits to families below the poverty line (BPL). The research methodology employed in this paper is a comprehensive literature review of the literature available on the MJPJAY, including policy documents, academic papers, and news articles. The findings of the review indicate that there are numerous challenges facing the MJPJAY, including inadequate infrastructure, weak financial management, and low awareness among BPL families. However, the MJPJAY also presents several opportunities, such as increased access to healthcare services, improved quality of care, and cost savings. This paper concludes that, while there are challenges in the implementation of the MJPJAY, with proper management and public awareness, the MJPJAY can be a successful and beneficial program for BPL families.

Attitudes towards savings can significantly influence the saving behavior of households and indiv... more Attitudes towards savings can significantly influence the saving behavior of households and individuals, and can be shaped by a variety of socioeconomic and cultural factors. In recent years, easy access to credit facilities has led to a shift towards reactive saving behavior, where individuals and households save money after satisfying their immediate needs. This paper aims to study the attitudes towards savings of households in urban areas of Nagpur district. The study focuses on two aspects of savings behavior: saving to pay for satisfying a need in the future and satisfying a need and then saving to pay off equated monthly installments in the future. The research methodology involved using one-to-one questionnaire-based interviews, and data analysis was performed using statistical tools such as ANOVA one-way and Tukey's HSD tests. The finding indicates that attitude of households towards savings differ significantly for household heads with difference in their age, education, occupation and income. The study can provide valuable insights into the factors that influence saving behavior among households and inform policies and programs aimed at promoting financial literacy and encouraging proactive saving behavior.

The adoption of digital methods for payments is facilitated by phenomenal increase in ownership of smart phones and presence of user friendly payment modes like PAYTM and BHIM UPI. The paper tries to explore the global trends in digital currencies in selected countries and tries to examine the implications of digital currency for India through SWOT analysis. In recent years, with the rapid growth of global non-cash transactions, digital currencies have booming development and gained wide attention in the industry. The COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 has a positive impact on stimulating the rapid development of digital currencies, which magnifying the effect of monetary policy, increasing the vulnerability of the financial system, and posing challenges to the regulatory framework and cyber security.
