Abstract

Human potential in human resource management is divided into four parts, first emotional potential, second physical potential, third intellectual potential, fourth spiritual potential. The existence of human potential by integrating human resource management based on spiritual behavior. This research aims to build human ethics and morality in interacting, build human potential in developing skills, balance welfare at work and create an environment that is in accordance with inspiration or a desired goal. . By using qualitative research methods, literature study or library research. The results of this research show that based on a study of several scientific works that have been presented, it can be concluded that optimizing human potential by integrating spiritual behaviorbased human resource management can be done in three ways, namely by paying attention to several things including, the importance of values and ethics, creating prosperity. in individuals or groups, making leadership spiritually based. These three things refer to an approach to human resource management that emphasizes the importance of spiritual values, ethics and morality in the work environment. This approach can improve employee welfare, productivity and organizational sustainability

Abstract

This research discusses the use of the tasmi’ (listen and repeat) in the context of teaching tahfidz Al-Qur'an at Pondok Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Al Mawaddah area. The main aim of the research This is to analyze the impact of the tasmi’ on quality memorization of the Al-Qur'an by students. A qualitative approach is used for understand the experiences and perceptions of students regarding this method. Study involving participants from among the students of the Nurul Islamic Boarding School Jadid has followed the tahfidz process using the tasmi method. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that tasmi method' has a positive impact on the quality of memorizing Al- The Qur'an, allows for a deeper understanding of the meaning and recitation deep. The research involved participants from Pondok students Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School which has followed the tahfidz process uses tasmi method'. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of related documents. Research result shows that the tasmi’ have a positive impact on the quality of memorizing the Qur'an, enabling understanding of the meaning and deeper recitation.

Abstract

This study explores and analyzes the conflict management of pesantren-based madrasahs, especially madrasahs, in the educational environment. The conflict has both positive and negative impacts, such as the conflict in the madrasah environment, which includes a decrease in the mutual of teachers and groups in the world of education, which hinders effective communication. This research focuses on finding pesantren-based conflict management in MA Nurul Jadid, which aims to understand conflict dynamics, analyze conflict sources, impact on the learning environment, evaluate the effectiveness of conflict management strategies, and develop a contextualized model. The research method includes identifying patterns, themes, and nuances from interviews and observations. This study describes how pesantren values are implemented in daily life in madrasah, especially in the context of conflict management. The results showed that pesantren values became an essential foundation in their approach to conflict, creating an environment filled with brotherhood and deliberation. Training and discussion forums support creating a school culture that reflects these values. This research is expected to contribute value to understanding conflict management in pesantren, particularly in MA Nurul Jadid, and enrich the literature related to conflict management in pesantren-based educational institutions.

Abstract

Learning media are tools, facilities, or intermediaries used in the interaction process between the teacher and students to encourage the teaching and learning process to acquire knowledge. Skills strengthen what is being learned and help achieve quality learning goals. Engaging, effective, and modern interactive learning media based on Android is urgently needed to introduce the world of learning or material so that teachers and students know it. A teacher needs to keep up with the times. Now teachers must be creative and innovative in developing principles of integrating technology and learning activities; the development of the golden generation needs to be followed up by introducing English from an early age because English is an international language.The aims of this study are as follows (1) to describe the development of English language learning for early childhood education through Android-based song media and (2) to determine the effectiveness of English language learning media for early childhood education through Android-based song media.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work life balance, employee engagement and job satisfaction in improving the employee performance of PT ASABRI (Persero) Branch Office both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method using a 1-5 Likert scale analysis tool which is then tested. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire distributed via a Google Form link. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT ASABRI (Persero) Branch Office, totaling 363 people. The sample size in this study was 190 determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling using proportional random sampling. The results of this research show that work life balance, employee engagement and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect in improving the employee performance of PT ASABRI (Persero) Branch Office

Abstract

Noting the benefits of motivation and the lack of Islamic teachers in motivating students, the efforts of Islamic teachers need to be improved. This study aims to determine the efforts of Islamic teachers in increasing student motivation, to know and describe the form of motivation of Islamic teachers in motivating students and to know the role of Counseling Guidance teachers in motivating students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection used in the research is observation, interview and documentation. The results showed the teacher's efforts in increasing student motivation, namely by stimulating students, secondly providing realistic expectations, thirdly giving awards, and fourthly directing students' behavior. The form of motivation that is often given by Islamic religion teachers varies greatly, but the form of motivation that is often used by teachers in increasing student motivation is in the form of grades, where grades can improve poor test scores. The role of counseling guidance teachers in increasing student motivation is as mentors and counselors. In essence, motivation to learn Islamic religion is a trait from within students that can increase and decrease students' interest and effort to behave in learning.

Abstract

In essence, learning is a transactional communication process between teachers and students where the process is mutually beneficial. Learning is the procedures and methods adopted by teachers to make it easier for students to actively learn in order to achieve learning objectives. However, the process does not run easily, the method that must be taken if there are problems in the learning process. And of course in schools there are many problems in PAI subjects. In addition, a teacher is also required to have good ability to determine conditions. Therefore, it is important here to be able to apply one of the learning methods, namely PAIKEM, it is hoped that this method can increase students' attention in participating in learning and can also stimulate students' learning motivation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research where data collection is carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the PAIKEM method in PAI subjects at MA Mambaul Ulum District. Bangkalan. The research results show that the implementation of the PAIKEM method in increasing student learning motivation at MA Mambaul Ulum District. Bangkalan is still not optimal because there are still many subject teachers, especially PAI subject teachers, who are not optimal in implementing the PAIKEM method in the classroom.

Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that has its own education system in Indonesia, especially on the island of Java. In the eyes of the people fundamentalists, pesantren are often associated with traditional aspects; oldfashioned and conservative. That view, also associated with the conditions of the times that continue to grow, and the needs of people who are increasingly diverse in the world education. So that Nurcholis Madjid, in several of his books, also reviews it what is the condition of traditional pesantren, and reforming the education system. This is done so that traditional pesantren are not considered old-fashioned, conservative and outdated. Abstract

  This research is based on the basic social sciences course given as a compulsory subject to second semester students in the social sciences department of Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah State Islamic University, Tulungagung. As a compulsory subject, the department has a big aim, namely to provide basic social knowledge to students at the end of the lecture to have, possess, various moral & social attitudes, a sense of sensitivity to the conditions of social problems that exist around students, which is considered important in the current era of society. Aoutput fromgoal basic social science courses. The main problems in this research include: 1. Do basic social science courses help TIPS UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung students find social problems in society? 2. Are TIPS UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung students able to provide solutions to social problems found in society ?, 3. To what extent do TIPS students at Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung State Islamic University consider the importance of sensitivity to social issues in society? This research was conducted at the Tadris Imu Social Sciences Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung State Islamic University which is located at Jalan Mayor Sujadi Timur No. 46 Plosokandang Tulungagung. The type of research used in this research is quantitative percentage researchsurvey. This research aims to see how much or how many students have, have, and consider it important that sensitivity to social problems that exist in the community where students live. The population in this study were all active students in semester 2 who were taking basic social science courses for the 2023/2024 academic year, in 3 classes, namely Tadris IPS class 2A, Tadris IPS class 2B, and Tadris IPS class 2C, with a total of 95 students. student. From the research results, problem formulation 1 is; By providing ISD courses, it can be seen that as many as 87% of TIPS students can find social problems that exist in society. Problem formulation 2; Shows that almost all students with a percentage of 80% who discover social problem phenomena in the community can provide solutions in the form of descriptions of various stages of activities, actions, and also suggestions for efforts to resolve existing social problems. Research results on problem formulation 3; shows that from the assessment scale received by students, almost 90% stated that sensitivity to social problems was considered 10% important, 90% was very important in students after receiving the Basic Social Sciences course with a description of its importance as a provider of solutions, suggestions, for various social problems that arise. exist and are discovered by students around the community. And according to students, it is also important as an effort to maintain diversity and maintain the moral values of society in the global era.
