Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi efektif dalam mengurangi konflik antara pendidik dan orang tua siswa yang dapat berkembang menjadi sengketa hukum. Tindakan disipliner yang diterapkan oleh pendidik sering kali memicu konflik di lingkungan pendidikan. Kesimpulan utama menunjukkan bahwa memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan hukum bagi pendidik, mensosialisasikan kebijakan disiplin kepada orang tua, menetapkan prosedur penyelesaian konflik yang jelas, meningkatkan komunikasi antara pendidik dan orang tua, menerapkan pendekatan restoratif dalam disiplin, serta memantau dan mengevaluasi kebijakan disiplin adalah strategi-strategi efektif untuk mengurangi risiko konflik. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi berharga dalam pembentukan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman dan harmonis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan langkah-langkah ini dapat melindungi hak-hak baik guru maupun siswa, sekaligus membangun kepercayaan antara sekolah dan orang tua. Namun, studi ini memiliki keterbatasan terkait generalisasi temuan, karena berfokus pada konteks tertentu di Indonesia. Disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menyelidiki efek jangka panjang dari langkah-langkah pencegahan ini dan menganalisis variasi kontekstual di berbagai daerah. Oleh karena itu, studi ini tidak hanya membahas masalah pencegahan konflik tetapi juga menawarkan saran yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kebijakan pendidikan.

Abstract

Stunting and dental caries are two major health problems affecting children in Indonesia. This study investigated the association between stunting and dental caries risk in Indonesian children. Data were sourced from Google Schoolar, Pubmed and Science Direct. Demographic data and sample characteristics showed that stunted children come from diverse socioeconomic back-grounds, with the prevalence of stunting varying across regions. The prevalence of dental caries was also high among stunted children. The results of this study have important implications for public health policy development in Indonesia, namely the need for a holistic approach to the prevention of stunting and dental caries, including increased nutrition, dental health, and oral hygiene counseling. It was concluded that these programs could improve the overall quality of life of Indonesian children.

Abstract

This study introduces an IoT-based automated system for freshwater aquaculture that enables real-time monitoring of water quality and control of fish feeding. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with pH, ultrasonic, infrared, temperature, and RTC sensors to monitor pond conditions. A servo motor is used for feed dispensing, while a fluid and clean water pump adjusts pH levels automatically when they fall outside the optimal 6.5–8.5 range. Sensor data is sent to the cloud via the Blynk platform, allowing remote monitoring and notification through a mobile app. Laboratory and field tests over three days demonstrated a fast response time of 1.78 seconds, accurate feed monitoring, and stable pH control. The system offers an efficient, low-cost solution for small to medium-scale aquaculture.
