Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of Good Governance in the Bima City regional government. This research uses a quantitative approach method by distributing questionnaires. The population in this research is all 34 SKPDs in Bima City. The sampling technique used is Judgment Sampling (selection of samples based on considerations) in determining the sample, a non-random type of sample selection where the information obtained is generally adjusted to the research objectives or problems. In this research, the samples taken were all elements of the leadership of each Bima City SKPD, with considerations directly related to policy formulation and regional financial management. So, the sample in this study was 102 respondents. The data analysis tool uses Smart PLS. This research provides information that the Application of Information Technology, Quality of Human Resources, and Internal Control Systems influence the Implementation of Good Governance in the Bima City government. Likewise, implementing good governance affects the quality of financial reports in the Bima City government.

Abstract

Basically, there will definitely be pros and cons to the use of online transportation between Grab users. It is not surprising that currently the use of online transportation, commonly called grab, is in great demand by peoPle in Bima City, NTB, considering that currently Covid-19 is really troubling the psychology of the community. Covid-19 changes people's buying behavior because information is increasingly clear that the impact of Covid-19 shows a high mortality rate. So that people are limited by space and fear of interacting directly with sellers or consumers. The study population was users of online transportation with the use of sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling, quantitative approach, followed by in-depth interviews through interviews with 7 informants. The data analysis technique used the mix method, namely to measure the accuracy of the data statistically by using one sample test, while qualitatively by describing the results of the interview. The results of the study explain that the use of online transportation (GRAB) has a significant positive effect. Public perception is proven that it can influence people's views of online transportation. Because Grab provides services to the community, from performance to attributes it can affect public perceptions. The public perception of online transportation is good or bad, depending on the performance of the Grab drive it self.

Abstract

Competition between universities is getting tighter, both at national and international levels, covering academic aspects, reputation, innovation, and funding. To stay relevant in the digital era, universities must adapt and improve quality, utilizing social media as a means of communication and personal branding. In addition, through community service, institutions can apply science, technology, and art to provide real benefits. Community service uses a participatory method that involves the role of the STIE Bima academic community. in collaboration with the Bima City Hospital and the Bima Regency BNN with stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation. STIE Fest emphasizes the personal branding of universities in community service as an effort to build image and reputation through social contribution. This can be achieved by demonstrating academic expertise, creating useful innovations, and playing an active role in community empowerment. This approach increases public trust and attracts the interest of prospective students, industry partners, and government support, while reflecting a commitment to social development and sustainability.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to explore the extent to which the role of digital technology can increase financial literacy among students. The problems in the study are the low financial literacy of students and not optimal use of smartphones and the internet, digital technology as an effective solution in applying financial principles interactively easily accessible, not all students have the same access to financial technology and the lack of specific research that discusses the effectiveness of digital technology in increasing financial understanding among students.Design/Methodology/Approach: The population in this study was all students in semesters IV (Four) and VI (Six) of the Financial Management concentration study program at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima, with a total sample of 161 students, and the sampling used was purposive.Findings: The research results show that the use of digital technology plays an important role in increasing financial literacy among students. Digital financial applications, social media, and online education platforms are proven to be able to help students manage personal finances, understand basic financial concepts, and make wiser financial decisions. Apart from that, financial literacy in the digital era needs to continue to be improved through the integration of technology-based financial education in the curriculum and the provision of digital platforms that are trusted and easy for students to access. It is believed that this approach can create a younger generation that is more financially intelligent and ready to face future economic challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Glady 2 Glow. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan kuesioner dari 65 konsumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen dan gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, menegaskan peran keduanya dalam membentuk perilaku konsumen. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi strategi pemasaran, termasuk peningkatan kualitas produk, pelayanan, dan penyesuaian produk dengan gaya hidup target pasar, serta kontribusi bagi pengembangan teori pemasaran dan penelitian selanjutnya.
