Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan yang baik membuat tingkat kepuasan akan baik juga.  Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Kualitas Layanan Digital Library Berpengaruh Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Digital Library Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bima, untuk menganalisi pengaruh kualitas layanan digital library terhadap kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan sekolah tinggi ilmu ekonomi (STIE) Bima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa/siswi sekolah tinggi ilmu ekonomi (STIE) Bima dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Dari 6 indikator kualitas layanan semua menunjukan skor yang sama sebagai kategori baik dengan skor masing-masing indicator, yaitu fleksibilitas/kemudahan, bukti langsung, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Dan dari 3 indikator kepuasan pemustaka yaitu fasilitas, kenyamanan, dan kesesuaian harapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas Layanan Digital Library dalam kategori baik dan hasil uji signifikansi menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansi antara kualitas layanan digital library terdapat tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa sekolah tinggi ilmu ekonomi (STIE) Bima.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of cafe atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Recceh Coffee, which is measured by partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). The population in this study is all consumers who have purchased at recceh cafes. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The research results show that: 1). The cafe atmosphere does not have a partial and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Recceh Coffee; Service quality has a partial and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Recceh Cafe. 2). The cafe atmosphere and service quality simultaneously and significantly influence consumer satisfaction at Recceh Cafe

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparative analysis of product quality, promotional strategies and consumer perceptions on Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study on STIE Bima students as measured by the Independent Samples Test and the population in this study are STIE Bima students who have purchased OPPO and XIAOMI. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 60 people. The research results show that: There is no significant difference between product quality and Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study on STIE Bima Students; there is a significant difference between the Promotional Strategy of Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study on STIE Bima Students; There is no significant difference between consumer perceptions of Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study of STIE Bima students.

Abstract

The financial performance of tobacco companies in Indonesia can be measured using a financial ratio approach. To compare the financial performance of tobacco companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, a profitability ratio approach can be used, specifically the Gross Profit Margin ratio and the Net Profit Margin ratio. The purpose of this study is to compare the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) with PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) in terms of the Gross Profit Margin ratio and the Net Profit Margin ratio. This study uses ratio analysis and statistical analysis methods, employing an independent sample test with research samples from the years 2013-2022 for both objects of study. The results indicate that PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) are in a less favorable condition in terms of the Gross Profit Margin ratio, as both companies have not been able to maximize their gross profit earnings. In terms of the Net Profit Margin ratio, PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) are also in a less favorable condition, meaning that both companies have not been able to maximize their net profit earnings. In conclusion, PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) are both in a similarly unfavorable condition in terms of maximizing profits.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative analysis to measure the effect of changes in PTKP on the realization of tax revenues. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Raba Bima Pratama Tax Office, covering the 2019-2023 period. Data on Non-Taxable Income (PTKP) and realized tax revenues were transformed into natural logarithm (LN) form for statistical analysis. Regression analysis is used to measure the effect of changes in PTKP on the realization of tax revenues. From the regression analysis, the β coefficient value was obtained which shows the significance of the influence of PTKP on the realization of tax revenues. Data analysis for 2021 shows a decrease in PTKP which has an impact on increasing the realization of tax revenues. Based on the results of the analysis, future PTKP policy changes need to be considered carefully to ensure a balance between tax relief for taxpayers and stability of tax revenues. This research found that changes in PTKP had a significant influence on the realization of tax revenues at the Raba Bima Pratama Tax Office. The reduction in PTKP in 2021 will have an impact on increasing the realization of tax revenues, indicating that responsive and effective tax policies are very important to support the stability of tax revenues and sustainable economic development. Further research is needed to explore the influence of other factors such as inflation rates and economic growth on the realization of tax revenues.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of Good Governance in the Bima City regional government. This research uses a quantitative approach method by distributing questionnaires. The population in this research is all 34 SKPDs in Bima City. The sampling technique used is Judgment Sampling (selection of samples based on considerations) in determining the sample, a non-random type of sample selection where the information obtained is generally adjusted to the research objectives or problems. In this research, the samples taken were all elements of the leadership of each Bima City SKPD, with considerations directly related to policy formulation and regional financial management. So, the sample in this study was 102 respondents. The data analysis tool uses Smart PLS. This research provides information that the Application of Information Technology, Quality of Human Resources, and Internal Control Systems influence the Implementation of Good Governance in the Bima City government. Likewise, implementing good governance affects the quality of financial reports in the Bima City government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) terhadap Harga Saham pada Pt. Astra Graphia Tbk. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan laporan keuangan di antara laporan neraca dan laba rugi pada Pt. Astra Graphia Tbk, Adapun data yang di gunakan dalam instrument penelitian yaitu data total utang, ekuitas, penjualan, total aset, dan harga saham dari tahun 2013 – 2022 Sedangkan   teknik   pengambilan   sempel   yang digunakan adalah purposive sampiling, kriterianya didasarkan pada ketersedian data terupdate dan data variabel penelitian yang akan digunakan.  Data dalam penelitian ini diolah mengunakan SPSS. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan taraf signifikan 5%.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) tidak bepengaruh terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work competency and discipline on employee work performance at the Bima Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The approach used in the research is an associative approach. The population in the study was 121 people with a sample of 35 ASN people. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, T test and F test which were processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. that Competency (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bima Regency.

Abstract

The existence of schools that were quite far from the city center and industry area such as private Madrasah Aliyah. Generally, these schools did not have lab facility and its learning process is only by delivering materials without any practicum. Researcher did a research development Practicum Model of Chemistry based Green Chemistry with guided inquiry method in MA Annur Setupatok. The results of the research showed that there was a rising students’s concept understanding showed 85.7% After practicum was done, the average of n-gain score was 0,48. It was showed by the average of pre-test and post-test scores. The average of observation result during the practicum was 90.51%, the average of questionnaire sheet result about students’ attitude and responses was 82,3%, the average result of practicality of practicum instrument was 82.3%, and the effectiveness of lab instrument was 65%. Meanwhile, to test the effectiveness of the lab facility, the researcher used comparative test with practicum that used main lab facilities in MA Nusantara. The result of paired-t test calculation showed that t score was -0,67. It was smaller than t-table score, 3.18.
