Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership, supervision, firmness, punitive sanctions, and allowances on employee discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This study used a quantitative research method with respondents namely employees of the office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, totaling 44 employees and Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in Muara Enim Regency, totaling 20 people. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that leadership, supervision, firmness, punitive sanctions, and allowances affect employee discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency both partially and simultaneously. In this study, leadership has the highest influence with a regression coefficient value of 0.257, while the lowest is Punishment with a regression coefficient value of 0.081.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, training, human relations, work ethics and teamwork individually and collectively on the work productivity of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that leadership has a significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency. Training has a significant effect on work productivity. Human relations have a significant effect on work productivity. Work ethic has a significant effect on work productivity. Team work has a significant effect on work productivity. Leadership, training, human relations, work ethics and teamwork have a significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model collaborative pair-checking dalam penelitian puisi. Penelitian ini memakai penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik dan metode pengumpulan data memakai angket, wawancara, observasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data memakai analisis statistik inferensial untuk menarik kesimpulan tentang model tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, uji-t berpasangan dipakai untuk menguji perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan model kerja sama pasangan. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MA Darul Hasan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan pemerolehan belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan model pair-check. Data nilai siswa sebelum penerapan model yakni dengan nilai rata-rata 67,29, sedangkan setelah penerapan model rata-rata nilai siswa yaitu 74,79. Maka dari itu, dapat dilihat bahwa penerapan model kerjasama pair-check dapat dinilai efektif untuk digunakan dalam mendalami puisi. Kata Kunci: keefektifan, pair check, dan puisi
