Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to find out Learning Strategies of Madrasah in instilling Islamic values ​​of moderation which have become a current trend as prevention of radical behavior and racism from an early age. The problems to be answered regarding learning strategies in instilling the value of balance in madrasas are (1) what strategies do teachers use in instilling the value of balance in madrasah? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for cultivating the value of balance in madrasah? To answer this problem, the researcher used a type of case study research with a descriptive-qualitative method, and This research used observation, interview and documentation techniques as data collection. This study result in the finding that three strategies used in instilling the value of moderation in MI Ma’arif Sidomukti, there are expository learning strategies, cooperative learning strategies and also habituation strategies. There are several factors that support and hinder the cultivation of balance values, such as student conditions and abilities, family factors, community factors and Madrasah facility factors.

Abstract

The importance of studying religion has a very broad meaning, regardless of whether a person's condition is normal or has mental, physical or behavioral limitations. Children who have these limitations also have the right to get the same education as normal children in general. Therefore, one of the government's efforts to make this happen is by holding inclusive education. Like SDN Klampis Ngasem I/246 Surabaya which is a school with inclusive education services. This school is growing rapidly with adequate infrastructure and activities and learning in accordance with the characteristics of true inclusive education. The results showed that the learning strategy for Islamic religious education at SDN Klampis Ngasem I/246 Surabaya was to use the Dick and Carey approach. This is evident from the results of the interviews and observations that the researchers conducted, which stated that there were five stages in the learning strategy. The five stages include: First, preliminary learning. Second, delivery of information, Third, student participation, Fourth, evaluation. Fifth, preliminary learning. To achieve the learning objectives of Islamic religious education as effectively as possible, it is necessary to optimize supporting factors and minimize the occurrence of inhibiting factors that prevent learning from running optimally.

Abstract

Fiqh education in the context of Islam is often understood merely as the transfer of knowledge regarding normative laws. However, the exploration of fiqh education as a process that can shape students' character in accordance with the goals of education, which not only transfers knowledge but also forms individual values and character, has not yet been evident. This is due to the lack of understanding of the essence of fiqh education from the perspective of educational philosophy. This article aims to explain that fiqh should not only be viewed as law but also as education rich in moral and character values. Fiqh education, when analyzed through several philosophical perspectives such as ontological, epistemological, axiological, and methodological studies, reveals its moral and character values. From an ontological perspective, fiqh education can be directed towards understanding the meaning of Islamic education and the relationship between fiqh law and moral values. This shows that fiqh education plays a role in building students' character. In the epistemological aspect, the Qur'an and Hadith serve as the primary sources of knowledge. Teaching methods that include textual, rational, and empirical approaches motivate students to understand the legal context more deeply. Axiology in fiqh education emphasizes the importance of moral values and social responsibility, aiming to shape individuals with high morality. Teaching methodologies are also evolving with new approaches, such as problem-based active learning, to enhance students' interest in understanding the material. Thus, it is hoped that the education of fiqh will not only produce individuals who are well-versed in normative laws but also individuals of noble character in accordance with religious teachings.
