Abstract

RSIA Permata Bunda as a JKN provider is paid according to the INA-CBG rate by BPJS Kesehatan, the amount of which does not match the costs incurred by the hospital so that there is a negative difference between the hospital section caesarea (SC) rate and the INA-CBG rate which reached 2 billion in 2021. The aim of this study was to reconstruct the SC service rate for JKN patients so that efficiency occurs. This study was an explanatory sequential mixed method design, preceded by quantitative research with unit cost calculation using the activity based costing (ABC) method and the average fee for service rate for hospital SC services and then qualitative research for interviews with informants. The unit cost calculated using the ABC method is lower than hospital package rates, fee for service rates but higher than INA-CBG rates for SC severity level I services in treatment classes I, II and III which causes losses for the hospital. Efficiency efforts that can be carried out by hospitals are through tariff reconstruction by adjusting LOS (length of stay), optimizing drug use and supporting examinations according to clinical pathways and changing the calculation of medical services from fee for service to a package system.

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to improve fifth-grade students’ skills in solving mathematical word problems by implementing the cooperative learning method of Teams Games Tournament (TGT), modified with the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach. The study was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations, written tests, and documentation, and were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that students demonstrated improved understanding and greater accuracy in solving word problems. Their participation and enthusiasm in learning activities also increased significantly. These findings indicate that the modified TGT method combined with the RME approach is an effective and engaging strategy for enhancing students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities in the classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman matematis siswa kelas V SD melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi luas dan keliling bangun datar, yang disebabkan oleh pendekatan pembelajaran yang masih bersifat tradisional. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, mengacu pada model Kemmis dan McTaggart. Subjek penelitian adalah 32 siswa kelas V SDN Cempaka Putih Timur 01 Pagi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru meningkat dari 82% pada siklus I menjadi 100% pada siklus III, sedangkan aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 75% menjadi 96%. Selain itu, ketuntasan belajar siswa juga meningkat dari 59% pada siklus I menjadi 84% pada siklus III, dengan rata-rata nilai akhir 82,84. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan keberhasilan penerapan model NHT dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kolaboratif, dan bermakna. Dengan demikian, model NHT efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran matematika untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' mathematical communication skills through the application of the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) model in grade 5 of SDN Jati 03. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach which is implemented in three cycles with two meetings. Each cycle includes the planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were obtained through written tests and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The results showed a significant increase in students' mathematical communication skills from the pre-cycle by 17% to 52% in Cycle 1, increasing to 73% in Cycle 2, and reaching 93% in Cycle 3. This increase reflects the effectiveness of the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) model in developing students' mathematical communication skills such as the ability to express mathematical ideas, the ability to describe mathematical ideas, using mathematical terms and notations, the ability to describe visually, and the ability to interpret mathematical ideas. Therefore, this learning model is recommended as an innovative alternative to improve mathematical communication skills at the elementary school level, especially material regarding data.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuanpenyelesaian soal cerita matematika menggunakan metode Schema BasedInstruction pada kelas IV SDN Pondok Kelapa 05 Pagi. Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Analisis datadilakukan pada setiap kegiatan refleksi, yaitu tanya jawab dan diskusi antara penelitiatau pelaksana tindakan dengan observer. Data yang dianalisis berupa hasilevakuasi siswa setiap akhir siklus dan instrument pemantauan tindakan yang telahdiisi. Penerapan metode Schema-Based Instruction dalam pembelajaranmatematika terbukti memberikan dampak positif yang substansial. Peningkatankemampuan penyelesaian soal cerita matematika siswa tercermin dari hasil tesevaluasi. Meskipun pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan masih 28% (9 siswa) danpada siklus II meningkat menjadi 59,3% (19 siswa) namun belum mencapai target, pada siklus III terjadi peningkatan drastis menjadi 75% dengan 24 siswa yangtuntas. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode SchemaBased Instruction efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penyelesaian soal ceritamatematika pada materi pengukuran luas dan volume siswa kelas IV SDN PondokKelapa 05 Pagi Jakarta

Abstract

The development of logical mathematical intelligence in elementary school students frequently does not reach optimal levels, particularly when mathematics instruction relies on conventional teacher-centered approaches. Such methods often provide limited opportunities for students to explore concepts actively, recognize relationships, and apply reasoning skills in solving mathematical problems related to the area and perimeter of plane figures. This classroom action research was designed to enhance logical mathematical intelligence by implementing the Generative Learning Model, which emphasizes stages of exploration, focusing, challenge, and application. The study involved 29 5B students of SD Negeri Rambutan 03 Pagi and was conducted in three cycles comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation sheets to record learning activities and essay tests to measure logical mathematical intelligence across indicators including calculation, problem-solving, pattern recognition, inductive and deductive reasoning, and cause-effect analysis. The results showed consistent improvement both in students’ performance and engagement. The average test scores increased from 58 in the pre-cycle and 68 in Cycle I, 81 in Cycle II, and 85 in Cycle III. Observations revealed that students became more active in discussing solutions, more confident in applying formulas, and more accurate in performing calculations. These findings indicate that the Generative Learning Model is effective in developing logical mathematical intelligence and offers a promising instructional strategy to support mathematics learning in elementary education.

Abstract

Salah satu tantangan utama dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika karena siswa sering menghadapi hambatan dalam memahami isi soal, memilih strategi yang sesuai, serta mengubah permasalahan ke dalam bentuk matematika. Upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut memerlukan model pembelajaran yang relevan yaitu Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang dimodifikasi dengan Realistic Mathematic Education (RME). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) modifikasi Realistik Mathematic Education (RME) pada siswa kelas V SDN Gedong 03 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus dengan 2 pertemuan setiap siklus. Penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang dimodifikasi dengan Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari persentase dan skor pada siklus III yang sudah mencapai target yang ditentukan yaitu pada pengamatan guru yaitu 95% dan pengamatan siswa yaitu 92,5 %. Adapun kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika yaitu 93,10 %. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) modifikasi Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika kelas V SDN Gedong 03 Pagi.
