Abstract

Quarter Life Crisis is a time when a person experiences confusion, uncertainty and stress which is often experienced by individuals in their 20s to early 30s. One cause is social pressure. The characteristics of someone experiencing a quarter life crisis include, the individual does not know what his desires and goals in life are, his achievements at that age do not match expectations, he is afraid of failure, he does not want his childhood and adolescence to fail. This community empowerment activity is carried out online via Instagram Post from the @phoffeedu account. This activity aims to provide education to Instagram followers @phoffeedu and people who are within Instagram's reach through the hashtag (#) displayed on posts, explore, stories, etc. Regarding the definition, characteristics and methods of preventing and managing quarter life crisis, social media can be used to share health information so that it is effective in changing people's behavior. One of the health promotion media is posters. The theme of this poster is Social Pressure in the Quarter Life Crisis. 50 hours since the poster was uploaded, it has received approximately 147 likes. Of the 41 comments submitted on the poster, 100% of them showed positive reactions from the audience. There were also those who said that the poster really helped them, especially generation Z, in preparing for, preventing or overcoming a quarter life crisis. This means that the goal of the post to raise awareness about the quarter-life crisis has been achieved according to the comments.

Abstract

The soft skills needed in this era are leadership skills. The era of society 5.0 will be dominated by generation Z which consists of people born since 1995 who are often called the digital generation or millennial generation. Students have an important role as determining national cadres in advancing and building the country's progress. With the important role of students as agents of change, it is necessary to improve their quality by providing education on how to become leaders in the future by becoming ideal leaders. The Genzed program is here as an educational program about leadership. The aim of the Genzed program is as an effort to increase knowledge among New Students Class of 2023 Offering F Public Health Science Study Program, Faculty of Sports Sciences, State University of Malang. The method used in this research is quantitative methods as the main approach. In the data collection process, this research used an instrument in the form of a pretest-posttest in the form of a multiple choice test with a total of 10 questions. The results obtained from the implementation of the Genzed Program were that overall, the program ran smoothly and received a good response because all participants helped in making the activity a success. Based on the results of completing the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in the description of the participants' level of knowledge. This, this shows that the Genzed educational program provides sufficient benefits and positive impacts for activity participants.

Abstract

Aceh is a region that has unique culture and traditions, the Madeung tradition is a traditional healing tradition that is commonly practiced in Aceh. This treatment is usually given to mothers during the postpartum period to help improve organ recovery during the postpartum period. Madeung is usually performed by midwives on their patients without thinking about the side effects of the Madeung tradition. Mothers during the postpartum period have a high risk of death, recorded in every thousand live births per year. One sign of the success of the (SDGs) is reducing maternal mortality. The aim of this research is to analyze various things related to the Madeung tradition for postpartum mothers in Aceh. This research was conducted using the literature review method on related journal articles accessed on Google Scholar. Based on this article, it was found that there are many Acehnese people who still practice the Madeung tradition. There are several factors that influence this, including employment factors, level of education and knowledge.
