Abstract

Introduction : Quarter life crisis is an individual's response to moving towards the reality of life in which there is instability, continuous change, various choices and the emergence of panic due to feeling helpless. Life changes like this are accompanied by the emergence of various kinds of emotional reactions such as anxiety, panic, stress, and confusion about goals, as well as doubts about one's own abilities and fear of failure. Methods: in utilizing social media, using qualitative methods, which include collecting data by interviews and delivering material. Purpose: to take an approach involving visual narratives, interviews, and practical solutions in providing a comprehensive view of the quarter life crisis and providing positive value in using social media and having a good impact on oneself. Results: The author's video has its own interest among Instagram users, as evidenced by the author's video views reaching 3,753 and video likes reaching 89 likes. This shows that Instagram users gain knowledge about the quarter life crisis. Conclusion: Currently there are still students who experience changes in emotional reactions such as anxiety, panic, stress, and confusion and doubt about their own abilities. Video about the quarter life crisis by conducting interviews with students to get various perspectives on the quarter life crisis and strategies for dealing with it. The video content will be disseminated via social media such as Instagram.

Abstract

The soft skills needed in this era are leadership skills. The era of society 5.0 will be dominated by generation Z which consists of people born since 1995 who are often called the digital generation or millennial generation. Students have an important role as determining national cadres in advancing and building the country's progress. With the important role of students as agents of change, it is necessary to improve their quality by providing education on how to become leaders in the future by becoming ideal leaders. The Genzed program is here as an educational program about leadership. The aim of the Genzed program is as an effort to increase knowledge among New Students Class of 2023 Offering F Public Health Science Study Program, Faculty of Sports Sciences, State University of Malang. The method used in this research is quantitative methods as the main approach. In the data collection process, this research used an instrument in the form of a pretest-posttest in the form of a multiple choice test with a total of 10 questions. The results obtained from the implementation of the Genzed Program were that overall, the program ran smoothly and received a good response because all participants helped in making the activity a success. Based on the results of completing the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in the description of the participants' level of knowledge. This, this shows that the Genzed educational program provides sufficient benefits and positive impacts for activity participants.

Abstract

The percentage of early marriage cases in South Kalimantan in 2021 was 15.3%. Many factors can encourage the occurrence of these cases, including economic, educational, social and cultural factors. Until now, cervical cancer is still a topic of concern for all women in countries around the world, especially in developing countries. One of the factors thought to have increased risk of cervical cancer is premature marriage. So the purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between early marriage cultures and the risk of cervical cancer in South Kalimantan. Research methods use literature aimed at finding more incidents of increased risk incidence of cervical cancer because of an early marriage. Based on the results of the study, it was found that early marriage and marriage performed at the age of less than 20 years has the risk of increasing the incidence of cervical cancer in South Kalimantan Province. The government's efforts to provide education about early marriage through counseling, guidance and counseling, and providing facilities for adolescent reproductive health services such as Generasi Berencana (Genre) with the aim of helping adolescents to build careers and marriages that are in accordance with adolescent health.
