Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of financial literacy in developing financial management skills in early childhood, using descriptive qualitative methods. This research was conducted in several elementary schools, where data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and parents, as well as analysis of documents and school records related to the curriculum and financial learning activities. The results of this research show that financial literacy plays a crucial role in shaping children's understanding of money, saving and spending. Children who are exposed to basic financial concepts from an early age demonstrate a more mature understanding of the value of money and the importance of financial management. In addition, it was found that interactive and engaging financial literacy teaching can increase children's interest and understanding of this topic. This research also reveals that support from parents and teachers is very important in developing children's financial literacy. Collaboration between school and home is an important factor in ensuring children receive consistent and effective financial education. Based on these findings, this study recommends more intensive integration of financial literacy in primary school curriculum and closer collaboration between schools and parents in educating children about financial management. In conclusion, financial literacy is an important aspect in early childhood education and has a significant impact on the formation of their financial management skills. The implications of this research are valuable for the development of educational policies and teaching practices in schools.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is a critical process in human resource management that influences employee motivation, development, and recognition. However, challenges in performance appraisal are often associated with subjectivity and a lack of fairness in the assessment. Therefore, this research aims to develop a behavior-based assessment scale that can promote fairness in performance appraisal. The method of developing this assessment scale involves several key steps. First, identify relevant and objectively measurable assessment criteria, such as technical skills, teamwork, initiative, and integrity. Next, establish a clear and measurable assessment scale for each criterion, whether numerical scales or specific behavioral descriptions. Validation of the scale is conducted through testing and factor analysis to ensure its reliability and validity in accurately measuring behavior. Training for evaluators and relevant employees is also a crucial part of implementing this assessment scale to ensure consistent and objective evaluations based on established criteria. The results of developing this behavior-based assessment scale are expected to enhance transparency, objectivity, and fairness in the performance appraisal process. With a measurable and relevant assessment scale in place, it is hoped to motivate employees, identify areas for development, and provide fair recognition based on the actual contributions of each individual within the organization. This research makes a significant contribution in the context of human resource management towards achieving organizational goals effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Innovation in business management plays a key role in improving organizational performance and productivity. This research highlights various strategies and approaches that companies can implement to drive innovation and achieve competitive advantage. The primary focus of this research is on how companies can integrate advanced technology and innovative management practices to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and spur growth. The methodology used includes an analysis of case studies of companies that have successfully implemented innovation in their management, as well as a review of current literature related to this topic. The research results show that companies that proactively adopt new technology and develop a culture of innovation tend to have better performance and higher productivity compared to those that do not. In addition, this research also found that employee involvement and visionary leadership are important factors in driving innovation. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for business practitioners and academics in understanding the importance of innovation in business management and how to implement it effectively to achieve desired results. At the end of the research, it is recommended that companies continue to invest in research and development, as well as adopt a flexible management approach to remain competitive in an ever-changing business environment.

Abstract

Peningkatan keterampilan keuangan di kalangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dan penyusunan laporan keuangan dalam pengembangan keterampilan keuangan UMKM. Melalui pendekatan praktis dan mudah dipahami, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan para pelaku UMKM dengan pengetahuan dasar tentang manajemen keuangan. Pelatihan pembukuan sederhana akan mencakup konsep dasar pencatatan transaksi, penyusunan neraca, dan laporan laba rugi. Hal ini memungkinkan pemilik UMKM untuk memahami arus keuangan bisnis mereka secara lebih baik dan membuat keputusan yang lebih terinformasi. Sementara itu, penyusunan laporan keuangan akan membantu UMKM dalam mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan mereka secara berkala, serta meningkatkan aksesibilitas terhadap sumber pendanaan eksternal. Dengan menerapkan keterampilan yang diperoleh melalui pelatihan ini, UMKM dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan keuangan mereka, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan mengurangi risiko keuangan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dan penyusunan laporan keuangan tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan bisnis UMKM, tetapi juga pada pembangunan ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan. Abstract

In the digital era, customer relationship management (CRM) has undergone a significant transformation with the advent of advanced technology that facilitates more effective interactions between companies and customers. Digital CRM allows companies to collect, analyze and utilize customer data in real-time, thereby offering a more personalized and relevant experience. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and predictive analytics have played an important role in optimizing CRM strategies. Through the use of chatbots, automated personalization, and data analysis, companies can increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Implementing digital CRM not only helps in understanding customer needs and preferences, but also enables companies to respond quickly and appropriately to changes in customer behavior. This study explores how digital technology has changed traditional CRM approaches and provided competitive advantages for companies. In addition, this research also highlights the challenges faced in implementing digital CRM, including issues of data privacy and information security. In conclusion, technology integration in CRM is the key to improving customer experience in the digital era, making interactions with customers more effective and efficient. Thus, companies that successfully adopt digital CRM can create stronger and more sustainable relationships with their customers.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi elemen kunci dalam pengelolaan bisnis di era Industri 4.0. Perkembangan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), big data, dan komputasi awan telah mendorong perubahan fundamental dalam operasional bisnis. Digitalisasi tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas, tetapi juga membuka peluang inovasi serta model bisnis baru. Namun, di balik peluang tersebut, terdapat berbagai tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh perusahaan, seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan, keamanan siber, serta kebutuhan akan peningkatan keterampilan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana transformasi digital mempengaruhi manajemen bisnis serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang muncul dalam proses tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber akademik dan studi kasus perusahaan yang telah sukses mengimplementasikan digitalisasi dalam operasional mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital dapat memberikan keunggulan kompetitif yang signifikan bagi perusahaan yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi bergantung pada kesiapan organisasi, strategi yang tepat, serta investasi dalam sumber daya manusia dan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengembangkan strategi yang komprehensif dan adaptif agar dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sekaligus mengatasi tantangan yang muncul dalam perjalanan menuju digitalisasi penuh.

Abstract

Pelatihan manajemen dan pemasaran untuk UMKM GRS Roti Bandung bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial dan strategi pemasaran untuk memperluas daya saing di pasar. Kegiatan pelatihan mencakup materi tentang manajemen bisnis, pemasaran digital, dan inovasi produk. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep manajemen dan pemasaran, serta kemampuan dalam menerapkan strategi digital untuk promosi produk. Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut pasca pelatihan membantu peserta mempertahankan pembelajaran dan menerapkan inovasi secara berkelanjutan. Dengan pelatihan ini, GRS Roti diharapkan dapat bersaing lebih baik di pasar lokal dan berkontribusi pada perekonomian UMKM di Bandung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Muna Barat, Sulawesi Tenggara. Fokus utamanya adalah pada tantangan yang dihadapi dalam operasional SIMRS, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, sumber daya manusia, dan jaringan internet. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIMRS terhambat oleh dukungan infrastruktur yang tidak memadai dan pelatihan SDM yang tidak efektif. Rekomendasinya antara lain meningkatkan infrastruktur TI, mengadakan pelatihan SDM secara berkala, dan meningkatkan sistem keamanan data. Penerapan SIMRS yang efektif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, keakuratan data, dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di RSUD Muna Barat

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of content marketing on customer loyalty through the mediating role of customer engagement in the context of culinary MSMEs in the digital era. Using a quantitative approach and structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with data from 200 respondents, the results reveal that content marketing does not directly influence customer loyalty. However, it significantly impacts customer engagement, which in turn positively affects loyalty. Furthermore, customer engagement fully mediates the relationship between content marketing and loyalty. These findings highlight the critical role of engagement in transforming content strategies into long-term customer relationships. The study offers valuable implications for MSME practitioners aiming to optimize digital content to build loyalty.

Abstract

Penguatan usaha mikro memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat perekonomian lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk usaha mikro yang berpotensi berkembang adalah pabrik kerupuk rumahan. Namun, banyak pelaku usaha tersebut menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pengelolaan bisnis dan manajemen keuangan yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam penguatan keberlanjutan usaha mikro melalui pembinaan bisnis dan manajemen keuangan pada pabrik kerupuk rumahan di Kendari. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang dasar-dasar manajemen usaha, perencanaan keuangan, serta strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Kegiatan ini juga mencakup pendampingan langsung kepada pelaku usaha dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang sederhana namun tepat guna untuk memantau perkembangan usaha mereka. Selain itu, peserta juga diberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya pencatatan transaksi keuangan secara sistematis dan penggunaan alat bantu seperti aplikasi akuntansi sederhana untuk membantu mereka dalam mengelola keuangan usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan bisnis yang baik, serta meningkatnya kemampuan mereka dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang jelas dan mudah dipahami. Dengan demikian, diharapkan pabrik kerupuk rumahan di Kendari dapat berkembang lebih berkelanjutan dan mampu bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas. Pendampingan ini juga menjadi langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro dan mendukung perkembangan ekonomi lokal
