Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat terpengaruhnya struktur modal dan struktur aset secara semuanya pada nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan asuransi BEI. Populasi semua perusahaan asuransi konvensional. Teknik pengambilan 11 sampel memakai sampel jenuh. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pendekatan dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. analisa data analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan X1 mempengaruhi nilai pada PT assurance X2 tidak terdapat pengaruh pada terhadap Y. Secara parsial maupun simultan terdapat pengaruh struktur modal dan struktur aset terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan asuransi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas (struktur modal dan truktur aset) terhadap terikat (nilai perusahaan) adalah 61%. Kata Kunci: struktur modal, sruktur aset, nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACT This study aims to see the effect of capital structure and asset structure on the firm value of the IDX insurance company. The population of all conventional insurance companies. The technique for taking 11 samples used saturated samples. In this study using quantitative. Data collection techniques approach documentation and literature. data analysis descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that overall X1 affects the value of PT assurance. X2 has no effect on Y. Partially or simultaneously there is an effect of capital structure and asset structure on firm value in insurance companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables (capital structure and asset structure) on the bound (firm value) is 61%. Keywords: capital structure, asset structure, firm value.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) of Mataram University in Bonjeruk Village aims to address the issue of plastic waste management by educating the community on utilizing waste into economically valuable products. One of the proposed solutions is training in the production of lightweight bricks made from plastic waste mixed with fly ash from the Jeranjang Steam Power Plant (PLTU Jeranjang). The activities are carried out through a participatory approach, involving the community in various stages, including an initial survey, socialization, training, mentoring, as well as documentation and publication. The brick-making process includes burning plastic waste, mixing it with fly ash and used oil, molding, cooling, and drying before it is ready for use. The results of this program indicate that processing plastic waste into lightweight bricks can be an innovative and sustainable solution for reducing waste while also providing economic opportunities for the people of Bonjeruk Village.
