Abstract

PT Nusantara Building Industries (NBI) is one of the national private companies located in Central Java Province which is engaged in the building materials industry in the form of symmetrical corrugated cement chrysotile fiber sheets. PT NBI tries to meet the needs of consumers according to demand and make various innovations in producing its products. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a training to improve the soft skills of PT NBI employees in the form of Microsoft Excel training. Microsoft Excel is a software application used to carry out various activities, including data analysis, graph making, complex calculations, and various other tasks. Based on the purpose of implementing community service activities, namely increasing employee productivity. So that the implementation of this training is in accordance with the objectives, namely being able to assist PT NBI employees in finding effective ways to manage and analyze company data. In addition, it can increase understanding in the use of Microsoft Excel. The focus of Microsoft Excel training on the AND/OR function is used to perform logical evaluation of several conditions or criteria. This training is designed to introduce the use of AND/OR functions in the company. This method aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work when encountering cases in several conditions or criteria. The evaluation results of the training implementation showed a good level of acceptance from PT NBI employees towards understanding and using the AND/OR formula. Keywords — Enterprise, Microsoft Excel, AND/OR Function, Data Analysis.

Abstract

According to Ferrari in his 2012 research, it was explained that academic procrastination is a type of procrastination carried out on types of formal tasks related to academic assignments, which can be school assignments or course assignments. One of the characteristics of academic procrastination is the time gap between plans and actual performance. In this research, it is proposed to disseminate time management to guidance and counseling teachers and female students regarding time management for students who are very active on social media. In research (Rifa'i and Syahrina 2019), the elements put forward by Zimmerman in his research on self-regulated learning are explained, with these elements students are able to decide for themselves or with the help of others, what their needs are, how to set targets. learning, what strategies will be used in completing academic assignments and being able to monitor one's own progress. Counseling guidance for students is expected to help students find out their own progress.

Abstract

Background: Islamic insurance in Indonesia has grown significantly into a modern financial institution capable of competing with conventional insurance. In this context, the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector is among the major beneficiaries, as Islamic insurance offers protection aligned with the values and needs of the Muslim community. The Indonesian government continues to promote the development of Islamic microinsurance as part of its strategy to strengthen the halal industry and support the economic resilience of MSMEs. Objective: This study aims to examine in depth the benefits of Islamic insurance for MSMEs in Indonesia, with a particular focus on PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk as a provider of Islamic insurance products designed to support the MSME sector.t did you want to find out? Methods: This research uses a literature review methodology by analyzing various academic sources, government policies, and industry reports related to the development and implementation of Islamic insurance for MSMEs in Indonesia. Results: The findings show that Islamic insurance provides various benefits to MSMEs, including protection against operational risks, natural disasters, and economic uncertainty. Innovative and effectively managed Islamic microinsurance products enable MSMEs to access affordable protection. PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk plays an active role in offering insurance products that are compliant with sharia principles and tailored to the specific needs of MSMEs. Conclusion: This study concludes that Islamic insurance is an important instrument in supporting the sustainability and growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. The protection it offers serves not only as a financial safety net but also as a driver of a sharia-based economy. Future research should explore the empirical impact of Islamic insurance products on the long-term resilience and development of MSMEs.
