Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Qiroati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar, bagi para peserta didik MI Nihayatul Amal 2 Purwasari Karawang. Adapun pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus. Metode yang di gunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penerapan metode Qiroati sebagai salah satu metode membaca Al-Qur’an yang di pilih. Dalam penerapannya ada 3 tahapan, Pembiasaan, Klasikal, dan Individual, pembiasaan merupakan kegiatan memca do’a pendek sehari-hari dan surat-surat pendek, Klasikal merupakan tahapan penyampaian materi dan juga sebagai sebuah sarana untuk memperbaiki makroj dari setiap hurufnya dari tahap ini pula merupakan kunci keberhasilan dari metode Qiroati, dan terakhir tahapan individual, di mana peserta didik maju kedepan satu per satu dan di simak secara langsung oleh guru dan tidak boleh di tuntun. semua dilakukan sevara sistematis, dengan tujuan agar peserta didik belajar untuk disiplin dalam segala hal terutama tentang membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar, tentunya ini akan menjadi habits yang baik bagi para peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to quantify the costs of job mobility, emphasizing the differences in costs faced by workers with different qualifications. Our analysis uses the Ordinary Least Squares and Instrumental Variables. The impact of trade and technological reforms on workers' welfare is largely dependent on the level of economic flexibility. In this context, high labor mobility costs become an important factor in analyzing the impact of trade policies. Despite workers' high mobility between job sectors, traditional theory suggests that this flexibility may not be as strong due to the greater influence of non-financial factors. This suggests that there needs to be a different policy approach to managing the impact of trade and technology reforms to ensure worker well-being and overall economic stability. Trade and technology reforms often result in increased efficiency, but they also incur certain costs. The finding that unskilled workers have higher mobility costs than semi-skilled workers is interesting, as it suggests that there are greater barriers for unskilled workers to move between employment sectors. The impact of slow adjustments in the labor market due to high mobility costs is also important, as this indicates that the economy takes a long time to adapt to changes, both from trade and technological reforms. This has long-term implications for the well-being of negatively affected workers, depending on the particular model parameters. It is important to continue to deepen our understanding of the costs of mobility and labor market adjustment, as this will help in designing better policies to support workers impacted by economic reform and change.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to propose a tourism observatory design to support strategic decision-making in tourist destinations. The proposed methodology uses input-output analysis. We propose the destination survey as a model for randomly selecting visitors at tourist attractions. The research results reveal that the observatory concept serves as a viable tool for tourism policy, addressing the information gaps at the destination level, where national statistical operations fall short. Observatories act as management tools that generate and concentrate scientific and statistical information, becoming the main source of official tourist data about a destination. However, in almost provinces, existing information does not fully meet the needs of users. Therefore, this research suggests a tourism observatory model to enhance the availability of systematic and timely information for decision-making at the provincial level. We hope that provinces and territorial units on a sub-national scale, lacking a complete tourism information system, will find the proposed model useful. We expect them to implement tourism observatory projects as a means to address specific needs, resolve local issues by uniting various tourism system participants, and address deficiencies in their current tourism statistics system. In this regard, provincial tourism observatories are expected to play a decisive role in the development of indicators and the calculation of trends, and the results obtained will provide feedback on the actions taken in relation to tourism policy.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically evaluate the importance of social capital on the likelihood of falling into poverty. The expanded survey employs user-based research, focusing on the household unit of analysis. The results of the analysis seem to confirm the hypothesis that social ties have the potential to reduce poverty. In this context, it is important to differentiate the impact of social capital in the context of survival and mobility. The results of this study tend to support a subsistence effect of social capital rather than a mobility effect. This shows that social capital itself is still not an effective enough instrument to reduce the risk of falling into poverty. However, realizing the positive role of social capital in promoting upward socio-economic mobility requires considering its interaction with family human capital, reinforcing the notion that social capital alone is insufficient to combat social segregation. In this context, coexistence, characterized by enormous diversity in the content and quality of social contacts, appears to play a role in the formation of social capital. Underlying social issues need to be considered. If this is a reality, it is important to establish policies aimed at restoring the construction processes between various social ties to achieve greater sociocultural diversity within each network formed. While different alternative strategies can achieve policy objectives, this research does not address the potential impact of combining educational and spatial integration policies to counteract educational segmentation and urban segregation.

Abstract

The Purpose Of This Study Is To Examine How Factors Such As Pricing Value, Habit, Social Influence, Performance Expectancy, Information Quality, And Facilitating Conditions Affect Users' Ongoing Intention To Use Mobile Apps. Researchers Employed A Single Cross-Sectional Design For Data Gathering In This Study, Utilizing A Conclusive Descriptive Research Approach. Mobile Application Users Made Up The Study's Population. Thus, Judgmental Sampling Will Be The Type Of Sampling And Non-Probability Sampling Will Be The Technique Employed. In This Study, 100 Respondents Made Up The Sample. Multiple Linear Regression Analyses Are Used In This Research To Examine Hypotheses. The Continual Intention To Utilize Is Unaffected By The Information Quality Variable. Continuous Intention To Use Is Not Influenced By The Performance Expectation Variable. Continuous Intention To Use Is Not Influenced By The Effort Expectancy Variable. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 58 karyawan. Berdasarkan Teknik sampel jenuh, maka sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 58 Selanjutnya, data diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24 dengan menguji uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari pengujian normalitas, multikolinieritas, dan heteroskedastisitas, uji linier berganda yang meliputi dari pengujian t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan jika variabel kompensasi, pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Pelatihan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di Desa Banyumekar Kecamatan Labuan Kabupaten Pandeglang Provinsi Banten. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh tim terdapat salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu minim nya minat dan kemampuan anak-anak berusia 4-10 tahun dalam membaca dan menulis sehingga tim mengangkat program kegiatan yang diberi nama “kampung literasi” dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan baca tulis. Literasi perlu ditanamkan sejak dini dan mendapatkan perhatian khusus baik di lingkungan keluarga, sekolah maupun masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan baca dan tulis anak melalui pendampingan literasi di desa Banyumekar yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Januari 2022 sampai dengan 9 Februari 2022. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap observasi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan adanya peningkatan kemampuan baca dan tulis anak melalui program “kampung literasi”. Kegiatan evaluasi dilakukan oleh tim setiap minggu untuk mengukur kemajuan anak-anak dalam membaca dan menulis.

Abstract

As digital natives, Gen Z employees possess unique characteristics, including a strong affinity for technology, a desire for work-life balance, and a preference for flexibility in the workplace. A flexible work environment—which includes autonomy in choosing work time and location—has emerged as a relevant managerial approach to enhance productivity and job satisfaction among this generation. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 Gen Z employees working in various startups across Indonesia. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression to examine the relationship between a flexible work environment and work motivation. The results indicate that a flexible work environment has a positive and significant impact on Gen Z employees' motivation. Flexibility fosters a sense of trust and autonomy, which in turn boosts enthusiasm and work loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the communi cation styles used by teachers and analyze their impact on students’ mental health. In the context of modern education, effective communication between teachers and students is a crucial factor, not only in supporting the teaching and learning process but also in promoting students’ psychological well-being. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using interviews, questionnaires, and observations as data collection techniques. The results indicate that the democratic communication style is the most commonly applied by teachers and has a positive impact on students’ mental health, such as reducing stress and increasing self-confidence. Conversely, the authoritarian style tends to have negative effects,  leading to pressure and anxiety. These findings highlight the importance of teacher training in developing supportive communication styles to foster a mentally healthy learning environment.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to public service delivery, requiring government organizations to be more responsive, transparent, and efficient. This study explores the role of organizational culture in improving the quality of public services amidst digital transformation. A strong organizational culture—built on values such as commitment, innovation, and collaboration—has proven effective in enhancing employee performance and fostering a work environment that supports optimal service delivery. The study also identifies several challenges in developing an adaptive organizational culture, including resistance to change and inadequate training. Using a descriptive approach and literature review, this study concludes that the success of public services in the digital era is heavily influenced by how well organizational culture can adapt to the dynamics of the time. Therefore, strengthening organizational culture in alignment with digital transformation is essential for effective and sustainable public service delivery.
