Abstract

The government's efforts to help vocational schools produce graduates who are superior and absorbed in the world of work continue to be made. One of them is the existence of the Center of Excellence (PK) Vocational School program. This program aims to enable graduates to be globally competitive and able to open up job opportunities through entrepreneurship. This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of teacher leadership on teacher OCB and teacher performance at Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools domiciled in Banyuwangi. All 345 vocational school teachers were used as the population. The total sample is known to be 184 teachers using the Slovin Formula. Descriptive statistics are used to find out information about respondents and research variables. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with WarpPLS 7.0. After analysis, the results are that: 1) leadership at SMK Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi has a positive influence on teacher performance; 2) organizational citizenship behavior possessed by teachers can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Produsen memiliki tanggung jawab besar terhadap sampah karena sudah diatur tentang Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) atau Tanggung Jawab Produsen yang diperluas yang merupakan kebijakan lingkungan yang mengharuskan produsen bertanggung jawab atas produk mereka dari awal hingga akhir masa pakainya. Hasil dari brand audit sampah dari aksi besuk sungai dan pantai yakni jenis sampah non merk yang ditemukan terbesar adalah sampah tekstil dengan total berat 20 kilogram. Sampah ini meliputi pakaian bekas, potongan kain, hingga limbah tekstil lain yang sulit terurai. Kemudian disusul kertas minyak seberat 7,5 kilogram dan pecahan botol kaca sebesar 5,5 kilogram. Untuk sampah yang memiliki brand ditemukan dari besuk sungai, ada 4 merek yang mendominasi adalah merek Aqua (PT Tirta Investama) dengan 348 bungkus, diikuti Yupi (PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum) sebanyak 264 bungkus, Jasjus (PT Karunia Alam Segar) sebanyak 230, dan Indomie (PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk) sebanyak 184. Hasil ini mendorong Pimpinan Wilayah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Jawa Timur melalui gerakan Merdeka Sampah untuk mendorong produsen bisa melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya, sedangkan untuk masyarakat adalah dengan melakukan gaya hidup ramah lingkungan.
