<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis terkait faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pembunuhan oleh anak, serta mengetahui dan menganalisa upaya penanggulangan yang dilakukan oleh pihak Kepolisian ResortBone dan Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Maros dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana pembunuhan oleh anak di Kabupaten Bone. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif-empiris. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Bone dan Kabupaten Maros tepatnya di Kepolisian Resort Bone dan Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Maros. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik studi kepustakaan, lapangan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab anak melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan adalah adanya faktor internal yaitu pola pikir negatif, psikologi, serta ketidakstabilan emosional dan faktor eksternal yaitu faktor keluarga, faktor lingkungan pergaulan, dan faktor ekonomi. upaya yang dilakukan pihak Kepolisian Resort Bone dan Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Maros dalam menanggulangi terjadinya tindak pidana pembunuhan yang dilakukan oleh anak yaitu dengan dua upaya yang terdiri dari Upaya represif yaitu melalui jalur hukum pidana dan Upaya premetif dan preventif yaitu upaya awal pencegahan agar tidak terjadinya hal tersebut This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that cause the crime of murder by children, as well as know and analyze the countermeasures carried out by the ResortBone Police and the Maros Class II Child Special Development Institute in tackling the crime of murder by children in Bone Regency. The type of research used is normative-empirical legal research. The location of this research was carried out in Bone Regency and Maros Regency, to be precise at the Bone Resort Police and the Maros Class II Child Special Development Institute. The data collection technique used is the technique of library research, field studies and interviews. The results showed that the factors that cause children to commit murder are internal factors, namely negative thinking patterns, psychology, and emotional instability and external factors, namely family factors, social environment factors, and economic factors. efforts made by the Bone Resort Police and the Maros Class II Child Special Development Institute in overcoming the crime of murder committed by children, namely with two efforts consisting of repressive efforts, namely through criminal law channels and preventive and preventive efforts, namely initial efforts to prevent this happened.]]>
