Abstract

Salah satu sektor perekonomian yang sangat berpotensi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja adalah sektor industri. Salah satu indikator untuk memulai keberhasilan ekonomi suatu negara adalah dilihat dari kesempatan kerja. Di Kota Batam sektor industri memberikan andil yang sangat besar dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja sehingga dapat mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Batam. Populasi yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah semua unit usaha industri di Kota Batam yang sekaligus sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 106 perusahaan. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah nilai investasi, nilai upah, nilai produksi dan variabel dependen adalah penyerapan tenaga kerja. Metode Pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adlah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja secara signifikan di Kota Batam adalah nilai investasi dan nilai produksi.

Abstract

Increasingly rapid of technology in development encourages various business sectors to utilize technology to compete in carrying out their business. Therefore, almost every business sector currently utilizes technology, both website and mobile based. Due to the problems that arise in door-to-door coffee sales, such as permanent places that are difficult to find, technology is used to facilitate these sales. Through the existing website to support door-to-door coffee orders, sellers can easily get orders and can directly deliver the coffee to the customer. The website development uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP programming languages and the phpMyAdmin as database. This website-based door-to-door coffee ordering information system was designed using an object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) process.

Abstract

Ruang server adalah ruangan yang memiliki standar khusus untuk menjaga hardware di dalam ruangan tersebut agar tetap beroperasi dengan aman. Salah satu contoh faktor yang telah dikerjakan pada ruang server adalah membaca suhu ruangan secara online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperluas tipe informasi dengan pengukuran suhu, iluminasi cahaya, tekanan udara, daya terpakai, dan kelembapan ruangan, tanpa perlu mendatangi ruangan. Pengguna juga mendapat sistem peringatan dini yang realtime saat kondisi ruangan dinilai berbahaya/berisiko/mengkhawatirkan. Alat ini dirancang dengan ESP32 sebagai pusat kendali dari sensor-sensor yang terhubung, BME280 sebagai pembaca indikator untuk suhu, kelembapan, ketinggian, dan tekanan, PZEM004T sebagai pembaca indikator daya, arus, dan tegangan, sedangkan untuk pembacaan indikator cahaya menggunakan Light Dependent Resistor. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diunggah ke Cloud, yaitu Ubidots. Secara keseluruhan sistem pemantau ini memiliki ralat sistem sebesar 2,35 % dan waktu tanggap realtime maksimum berdasarkan pengukuran ping sebesar 300 ms.

Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan sumber bantuan pembiayaan yang tidak bersumber dari pendanaan sendiri atau dari orang tua, akan tetapi diberikan oleh pemerintah, perusahaan swasta, kedutaan, universitas serta lembaga Pendidikan, program beasiswa tersebut bertujuan agar dapat membantu meringankan beban keuangan keluarga. SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang memiliki beberapa program bantuan beasiswa seperti PIP dan Lazizmu, dalam proses penyeleksian beasiswa masih dilakukan secara konvesnional sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan rentan terjadi kesalahan yang dikhawatirkan dapat mempengaruhi proses penyeleksian beasiswa. Agar proses penyeleksian beasiswa dapat berjalan dengan baik maka diperlukan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang mampu menentuan kelayakan penerima beasiswa. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dibangun menerapkan algoritma FMADM dengan Metode MOORA dalam menentukan kelayakan penerima beasiswa yang berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan yaitu kartu bantuan, jumlah tanggungan, pendapatan keluarga dan keadaan keluarga. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan ini berupa rekomendasi nama-nama siswa yang layak mendapatkan beasiswa. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kelayakan beasiswa yang menerapkan algoritma FMADM (Fuzzy Multiple Atributte Decision Making) dengan metode MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) diharapkan dapat mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam melakukan proses penyeleksian beasiswa.

Abstract

Padang Sinar Minang Restaurant is a culinary business that is quite busy with visitors from the Alloggio cluster. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the influence of Alloggio visitors' interest in Padang Sinar Minang Alloggio Restaurant. To conduct this research, a qualitative research method was used with data collection through questionnaires. Data was collected from a research sample of 56 respondents living in the Alloggio cluster. The findings show that there is high buying interest from visitors to Alloggio residents towards the Padang Sinar Minang Alloggio Restaurant. This high buying interest is demonstrated by the frequency of consumer purchases, which at least once a week make a purchase at the Padang Sinar Minang Alloggio Restaurant. The main factors that influence this interest are price and taste (80.4%) where consumers think that the Padang cuisine offered has an appropriate price and taste. The higher the consumer's buying interest, the greater the interest of visitors from Alloggio residents to make purchasing decisions at the Padang Sinar Minang Alloggio Restaurant.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the impact of Auditor Quality, Liquidity, Profitability and Solvency on Audit Opinion Going Concerns on Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Period 2018-2022. The research will be carried out by the food and beverage companies that are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange through the website www.idx.co.id. This approach uses a quantitative approach, which is a method based on positivism that is used to study the population of a particular sample. The population to be used in this research is the number of consumer companies that are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange since the year 2018 until the year 2022. The number of people in this research is the total of 18 companies. The results of this study show that there is no partially significant influence between the Quality of Auditors on the Opinion of the Audit Going Concern. There is no Partially Significant Effect between the Liquidity on the Opportunity to Audit.

Abstract

SME Garmen X has been operating for more than 30 years by carrying out the production process from sheet fabric to finished clothes. SME X which is engaged in the garment manufacturing industry already has many loyal customers who entrust their clothing production with several types of models to SME X. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with owners and workers at SME X, information was obtained that the production process with the make to order system often experiences delays in the production process. Therefore, a lean manufacturing approach is needed to minimize waste and maximize production time. The application of lean manufacturing is carried out by making current value stream mapping, and identifying waste using the waste relationship matrix (WRM) and waste assessment questionnaire (WAQ). After the results are obtained, the next step is to select tools using the VALSAT method. Based on the results of the data, the 3 highest wastage scores were obtained, namely motion (19.89%), defect (19.22%), and waiting (16.89%). Furthermore, the results of the average score were multiplied by the detail mapping multiplier factor and the dominant tool was obtained, namely process activity mapping (PAM) of 542.23. Then analyze the causes of the problem using a fishbone diagram and five whys analysis. Improvements were made by implementing 5S, standard operating procedures, making machine setting instructions, and surprise inspections. The results show an increase in process cycle efficiency of 13.14%.

Abstract

Kentucky Fried Chicken is a very famous fast food restaurant or commonly called KFC. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Image, Price and Promotion on KFC Product Purchasing Decisions on Unpri Medan Students. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The research sample was 97 respondents using Simple random sampling as a sampling technique. The partial test results obtained a value of t count> t table (3.816> 1.986) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that H1 is accepted, namely Brand Image influences KFC Product Purchasing Decisions on Unpri Medan Students. The partial test results obtained a value of t count> t table (2.992> 1.986) and a significance of 0.004 <0.05, meaning that H2 is accepted, namely Price influences KFC Product Purchasing Decisions on Unpri Medan Students. The partial test results obtained a calculated t value > t table (2.750 > 1.986) and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05, meaning that H3 is accepted, namely that Promotion influences the Decision to Purchase KFC Products on Unpri Medan Students. The simultaneous test results obtained a calculated F value (29.946) > F table (2.70) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H4 is accepted. Brand Image, Price and Promotion influence the Decision to Purchase KFC Products on Unpri Medan Students.

Abstract

Optimizing profit in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) poses a common challenge for owners, particularly in the culinary sector. This study explores the potential application of the simplex method to maximize profits in "Martabak Pak Amir," a Martabak business. Utilizing POM-QM software, the research identifies key variables influencing Martabak business profits, including production costs, selling prices, production time, and profits from three Martabak variants. The simplex method, a linear programming problem-solving approach, iteratively develops solutions to achieve optimal outcomes. Data collected from observations and interviews with Martabak Pak Amir over a two-week period are utilized. The enterprise offers three Martabak variants: chocolate, pandan, and cheese. Through linear programming and simplex method analysis, the optimal calculation reveals that producing the pandan variant three times yields a maximum profit of Rp 8,100,000 monthly, with total monthly sales of Rp 4,764,000 or 397 portions of pandan Martabak sold per month.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the 3A theory (Attractions, Accessibility, and Amenities) in the development of Coban Pelangi Waterfall as a natural tourism attraction in Gubugklakah, East Java, Indonesia. The waterfall’s natural beauty, highlighted by its unique rainbow phenomenon, is the primary attraction, drawing both domestic and international visitors. Accessibility is assessed based on transportation networks, road conditions, infrastructure quality, and the ease of navigation within the site, which play critical roles in enhancing the overall visitor experience. The analysis of amenities focuses on essential facilities like parking areas, public restrooms, and accommodation options, as well as additional features such as food stalls and souvenir shops that contribute to visitor satisfaction. Using qualitative research methods, including field observations and interviews with visitors, the study identifies strengths such as the site’s captivating natural appeal, serene environment, and existing recreational activities, including trekking and photography. However, challenges remain in improving infrastructure, such as better road conditions, enhanced waste management systems, and the availability of clear directional signs to facilitate smoother navigation. The findings underscore the importance of strategic enhancements in these areas to boost visitor satisfaction, ensure environmental sustainability, and promote Coban Pelangi as a competitive and well-rounded tourism destination. Furthermore, the study highlights the potential benefits of involving local communities in conservation efforts and tourism management, fostering a sense of ownership and economic opportunity.
