Abstract

Abstract. This research was carried out based on the problems that existed in the children of Group B of Melati Kindergarten, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency, namely the suboptimal independence of children. Therefore, learning stimulation is needed which can be an alternative to increasing children's independence, one of which is through the playing method using Educational Game Tools in Melati Kindergarten, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research along with observational data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. The research location was at Melati Kindergarten, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency with 14 children participating. Preliminary research results show that most children are still in the undeveloped category. At the end of cycle I to the end of cycle II, most of the children were in the starting to develop and developing as expected category. Learning through playing with educational game tools can increase the independence of Group B children in Melati Kindergarten, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada pada anak-anak Kelompok B TK Melati Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang, yaitu ketidakoptimalan kemandirian anak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan stimulasi pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian anak, salah satunya melalui metode bermain dengan menggunakan Alat Permainan Edukatif di TK Melati Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas disertai teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di TK Melati Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang dengan partisipan sebanyak 14 orang anak. Hasil penelitian awal menunjukkan sebagian besar anak masih berada pada kategori belum berkembang (BB). Pada akhir siklus I hingga akhir siklus II, sebagian besar anak berada pada kategori mulai berkembang (MB) dan berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Pembelajaran melalui bermain dengan alat permainan edukatif dapat meningkatkan kemandirian anak Kelompok B TK Melati Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang.
