Abstract

The research objective in this article is to describe critical thinking skills through the Student Worksheet (LKPD) which is oriented towards numeracy literacy which has three aspects, namely 1) analyzing the problem, 2) completing the sheet, and 3) drawing conclusions. The type of research in this article is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques with participatory observation, deepening, and document analysis. Data validation performed by triangulation of sources and time. The data analysis technique was done inductively. The results of the study, the ability to think critically through the numeracy-oriented Student Worksheet (LKPD) of mathematics can be divided into three. 1) analytical skills related to aspects of Identifying problems (questions) from various points of view by understanding concepts and developing problem strategies that are carried out by getting used to analyzing problems in Mathematics Student Worksheets that are oriented towards numeracy literacy. 2) Aspects of problem solving abilities related to problem solving indicators, students are able to solve problems and think logically and concept development needs to be familiarized. 3) The ability to think critically on indicators related to the communication of new ideas still needs to be familiarized and communicated in everyday contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide teachers and facilitators with an understanding of holistic learning so that they are able to apply it in learning, provide assistance in the implementation of holistic learning in improving the literacy and numeracy abilities of students in the Sungai Mulia 5 Learning Studio, Kuala Lumpur. Assistance in strengthening literacy and numeracy through holistic learning. By providing this reinforcement, it is hoped that students at the Indonesian Learning Center under the coordination of the Kuala Lumpur Indonesia School in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia will have a good understanding of knowledge in aspects of literacy and numeracy. This service method goes through five stages, (1) Mapping the initial conditions of partner learning studios, (2) Socialization is carried out to discuss with partners regarding the implementation of community service, (3) Training and assistance to students regarding literacy and numeracy through holistic learning, (4) Monitoring and evaluation of the abilities of students in the Mulia 5 river learning studio, and (5) preparation of reports, follow-up and recommendations as well as publication in the form of articles. The results of this community service activity show that the application of literacy and numeracy with holistic learning has become more organized and resulted in increased literacy and numeracy skills, this is after the overall test was carried out for more than a month the facilitators implemented holistic learning in the Sungai SB Start 5.

Abstract

Terdapat beberapa permasalahan pendidikan yang dialami di Indonesia, antara lain: belum meratanya pendidikan di setiap daerah; kualitas guru yang belum merata; infrastruktur dan fasilitas yang belum memadai di semua fasilitas pendidikan. Pengaruh mutu pendidikan keterampilan abad 21 memiliki peranan penting dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik untuk menghadapi perubahan dan pertumbuhan pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Bina Prestasi dan mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari program Bina Prestasi di SD Aisiyah Unggulan Kecamatan Gemolong, Kabupaten Sragen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembinaan dilakukan secara kontinyu untuk menghasilkan atlet yang unggul. Atlet yang berkompeten berasal dari penjaringan dengan proses pengamatan dan rekomendasi wali kelas maupun seleksi. Setelah itu pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, kegiatan akhir dan evaluasi program. Banyaknya prestasi yang diperoleh suatu sekolah berasal dari proses pembinaan prestasi pada atlet. Ada berbagai kendala yang dialami mulai dari kondisi atlet yang kurang kondusif. Selain itu, durasi yang kurang maksimal membuat guru pembina melakukan sistem “memingit” ketika mendekati hari perlombaan.
