Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh dari pelatihan pasar modal, return investasi, persepsi risiko, dan literasi keuangan terhadap minat investasi generasi z. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan alat pengumpul data Kuesioner, dengan populasi generasi z pada Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh pelatihan pasar modal (X1) terhadap minat investasi generasi z, adanya pengaruh return investasi (X2) terhadap minat investasi genereasi z, tidak ditemukannya pengaruh persepsi risiko (X3) terhadap minat investasi generasi z, dan terdapat pengaruh literasi keuangan (X4) terhadap minat investasi generasi z. Tetapi jika diujikan secara Simultan semua Variabel berpengaruh secara Signifikan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Program Kemitraan bagi Msyarakat ini adalah memberikan Teknologi tepat guna bagi Usaha Kecil yang bergerak di bidang jasa pertamanan. Sasaran dari program kemitraan bagi masyarakat ini adalah pemilik usaha di bidang Jasa pertamanan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Ukm Jasa pertamanan adalah tidak adanya peralatan atau tehnologi Tepat Guna dalam mendukung kegiatan pertamanan tersebut, selain itu praktek manajemen usaha juga belum di sentuh dalam melakukan usaha, misalnya mempromosikan hasil taman yang di perbaiki atau yang dibuat, sehingga konsumen akan tertarik akan hasil kerja jasa pertamanan tersebut, Pengusul program kemitraan pada masyarakat sepakat dengan mitra untuk melakukan pengadaan teknologi tepat guna dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan jasa pertamanan dan pemberian pengetahuan tentang promosi hasil jasa pertamanan. Kegiatan PKM ini telah dilaksanakan dengan Pengadaan TTG berupa Alat Pemotong Rumput. TTG (Alat Pemotong Rumput) tersebut telah di serah terimakan kepada Mitra. Kegiatan PKM ini juga telah memberikan Pelatihan Promosi melalui Media social kepada Mitra, sehingga lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work stress, work involvement, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. CORONA DWI DAYA BALIKPAPAN. This research uses quantitative methods with a total of 50 employees as respondents. Sampling was taken using stratified random sampling. The application used to test this research was SPSS 18. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple determinant analysis (R2). The results of this research show that the t-test carried out partially shows that the work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, the work engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Regarding the F test, it shows that the variables Job Stress, Job Engagement, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously significantly affect Employee Performance at PT. CORONA DWI DAYA Balikpapan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior, financial attitude, and demographics on consumer behavior among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. This research used a questionnaire with a research sample of 100 students, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used multiple regression with the help of the SPSS program.The results of this research show that financial literacy has no significant effect on consumptive behavior, financial behavior has a significant effect on consumptive behavior, financial attitude has a significant effect on consumptive behavior, and demographics has no significant effect on consumptive behavior among students at the Faculty of Economics, University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya.

Abstract

Photocandy Studio, sebuah self photo studio di Surabaya, mengalami pertumbuhan pesat berkat inovasi teknologi dan promosi melalui media sosial. Meskipun menarik perhatian dengan konsep self photo studio dan fasilitas uniknya, seperti kostum Onesie dan berbagai latar belakang, bisnis ini menghadapi tantangan dalam hal kualitas pelayanan yang memicu kritik pelanggan dan pencemaran nama. Kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, dan promosi melalui media sosial menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan persepsi harga secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di PhotoCandy Studio Royal Plaza Surabaya. Kualitas pelayanan, termasuk faktor kenyamanan dan harga, menjadi perhatian utama pelanggan, sementara promosi dengan dimensi hadiah, sponsor, dan kesan iklan di media memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Persepsi harga, sebagai sinyal kualitas, juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, faktor-faktor ini secara keseluruhan berkontribusi pada tingkat kepuasan konsumen di PhotoCandy Studio Royal Plaza Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see whether there was any influence from capital market training, investment returns, risk perceptions, and financial literacy on the z generation's investment interest. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. With a questionnaire data collection tool, with a population of generation z at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya Faculty of Economics and Business. The results of this study are that there is an effect of capital market training (X1) on the z generation's investment interest, there is an effect of investment return (X2) on the z generation's investment interest, no effect of risk perception (X3) is found on the z generation's investment interest, and there is an influence of literacy finance (X4) to investment interest in generation z. But if tested Simultaneously all Variables have a Significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this Partnership Program for People is to provide Appropriate Technology for Small Businesses engaged in flower plant nursery. The target of this partnership program for the community is business owners in the field of flower plant nursery. The problem faced by flower plant nursery SMEs is the absence of appropriate equipment or technology in supporting flower plant nursery activities, besides that business management practices have not been touched in doing business, for example simple financial painting and promotion through social media. The proposer of the partnership program in the community agreed with partners to procure appropriate technology in the form of water reservoirs in the implementation of flower plant nurseries, in addition to providing training and assistance in business management and promotion. The operation of the water reservoir will facilitate watering of flower plant seedlings, so that productivity increases. The provision of business management training and assistance has also increased its sales turnover, so that the welfare of flower plant nursery SMEs can be better.

Abstract

Nowadays, there is a lot of participation of women in various fields, and the results are quite amazing. It turns out that women also have hidden abilities that can still be explored apart from cooking. So on this occasion we will provide training to PKK mothers in Sidoarjo Park, namely by holding fish farming training, simple bookkeeping and financial management assistance. Our community service team aims to motivate PKK mothers to earn additional income by utilizing empty land. The community service team also aims to make PKK mothers smart in managing business finances. The description above is the aim of our community service team to help Mrs. PKK progress in managing the business, so that it can generate additional income.

Abstract

Community empowerment in the formation and management of waste banks and used cooking oil waste in RW 03, Medokan Semampir Village, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City, aims to increase community awareness and participation in protecting the environment. This program was initiated as a response to the problem of solid and liquid waste which is often ignored, even though it has the potential to be managed into a resource with economic value. Through the waste bank, residents are involved in the process of managing household waste, sorting organic and inorganic waste, and utilizing it into valuable or recyclable items. Meanwhile, for used cooking oil waste, collection and education are carried out regarding the negative impacts of careless disposal of oil on the environment, as well as its use as raw material for biodiesel or other environmentally friendly products. The community empowerment approach is carried out through outreach, training and mentoring by the driving team. This program not only aims to improve the environment, but also opens up economic opportunities for local communities through a savings system from the sale of collected waste and used cooking oil. The results of this activity show an increase in environmental awareness among the community, as well as real economic benefits felt by the residents of RW 03.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the impact of service quality, price perception, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty among Kopi Kenangan consumers at Ruko Ngagel, Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique involving 100 respondents who are customers of Patas Jastip. The data obtained were processed using SPSS version 26.0, and the tests used in this study include Instrument Testing (Validity and Reliability Tests), Classical Assumption Testing (Normality, Multicollinearity, and Heteroscedasticity Tests), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and the Coefficient of Determination Test, while hypothesis testing is conducted using the F and T tests. The results of the study indicate that service quality, price perception, and customer satisfaction significantly affect customer loyalty among Kopi Kenangan consumers at Ruko Ngagel, Surabaya. Simultaneously, the variables of service quality, trust, and customer satisfaction influence customer loyalty among Kopi Kenangan consumers at Ruko Ngagel, Surabaya.
