Abstract

Copyright accompanies any content uploaded to the YouTube channel. Content that has been uploaded is sometimes re-uploaded by editing and changing without including the source. The main problem in this study is how copyright infringement in YouTube video content is viewed from the perspective of Islamic Law. The purpose of this study is to determine copyright infringement in YouTube video content from the perspective of Islamic Law. This research uses a type of library research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data in the form of books, journals, videos, and so on including secondary data. The results showed that actions that can be indicated as copyright infringement of YouTube video content are the use, taking, duplication and/or alteration of a substantial whole or part by not mentioning the source and name of the video content owner, taking advantage (commercial purposes) and causing losses to the owner of the YouTube video content. Meanwhile, according to the perspective of Islamic law, it is clearly stipulated in the MUI Fatwa Decision No. 1/MUNAS/MUI/5/2005 concerning the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and MUI Fatwa No. 1/2003 that all use, disclosure, manufacture, use, sale, import, export, distribution, delivery, provision, announcement, reproduction, plagiarism, forgery and/or piracy of someone else's YouTube video content is a form of tyranny and the law is haram according to Islamic law.

Abstract

A person's personal character is reflected in the way they live their religious teachings. Character is developed through formal education. The role of schools as educational institutions is obliged to provide character education for children. More specifically, children's character is formed from religion, namely worship education. So schools from elementary level such as kindergarten need to implement worship education. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of worship education at the ABA Muttahidah Luwuk Kindergarten. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The research results show that worship education at the ABA Muttahidah Luwuk Kindergarten This aims to ensure that students can worship correctly according to Islamic teachings and be devoted to Allah SWT. Worship education can be done by learning to read prayers, pray and recite the Koran. There are obstacles in implementing worship education, AUD teachers as mentors, role models, facilitators and motivators play a very important role in optimizing Worship Education at the ABA Muttahidah Luwuk Kindergarten. From these findings, it is hoped that schools or kindergartens, school principals, AUD teachers will always innovate in Worship Education through varied methods, media and learning resources.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) have an important role in the country's economic development. Even though UMKM make a large contribution and are the backbone of the national economy, they face many problems, including: 1) Not having a business license, 2) Low knowledge on how to run a business, 3) Not using digital marketing to increase sales, 4) Not doing business branding, and 5) Lack of product innovation. This is also a problem UMKM in Keroya Village which makes the community's economy not increase. So it is necessary to empower UMKM and assistance in carrying out product innovations to be able to improve the community's economy. With regard to the description above, an experiment was carried out in innovating processed tempe products, namely making tempeh chocolate. Making this product innovation aims to improve Value Added of tempe products in Keroya Village. It is hoped that through the empowerment of UMKM and innovation of tempeh chocolate products, it can help UMKM in Keroya Village to further develop in the future and the product of tempeh chocolate in Keroya Village can be recognized by the wider community so that it can improve the community's economy.
