Job satisfaction is one of the crucial factors in enhancing employee productivity and loyalty. A conducive work environment is presumed to have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction among employees of PT Carsurin Laboratorium & Marine in Tanah Grogot. This research employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of all employees at PT Carsurin Laboratorium & Marine in Tanah Grogot, totaling 40 individuals, using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a job satisfaction scale (36 items, ? = 0.917) and a work environment scale (20 items, ? = 0.815), both of which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results revealed that the work environment significantly influenced job satisfaction (R² = 0.557; p = 0.000). The physical work environment contributed more to job satisfaction than the non-physical work environment. Specifically, the physical work environment had a significant impact on aspects such as salary/wages (38.4%), promotion (32.8%), benefits (24.8%), recognition (35%), rules/procedures (39.7%), and communication (29.7%). Meanwhile, the non-physical work environment significantly influenced coworker relationships (50.5%) and the nature of the work itself (40.1%). The conclusion of this study is that the work environment has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT Carsurin Laboratorium & Marine in Tanah Grogot. It is recommended that the company improve the physical work environment (such as lighting, air circulation, and cleanliness) and enhance interpersonal relationships among employees to further increase job satisfaction. ABSTRAK Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif diduga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT Carsurin Laboratorium & Marine di Tanah Grogot. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Carsurin Laboratorium & Marine di Tanah Grogot yang berjumlah 40 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja (36 aitem, ? = 0,917) dan skala lingkungan kerja (20 aitem, ? = 0,815) yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (R² = 0,557; p = 0,000). Aspek lingkungan kerja fisik memberikan kontribusi lebih besar terhadap kepuasan kerja dibandingkan lingkungan kerja non-fisik. Secara rinci, lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap aspek gaji/upah (38,4%), promosi (32,8%), tunjangan (24,8%), penghargaan (35%), peraturan/prosedur (39,7%), dan komunikasi (29,7%). Sementara itu, lingkungan kerja non-fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap aspek rekan kerja (50,5%) dan pekerjaan itu sendiri (40,1%). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Carsurin Laboratorium & Marine di Tanah Grogot. Perusahaan disarankan untuk memperbaiki lingkungan kerja fisik (seperti pencahayaan, sirkulasi udara, dan kebersihan) serta meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal antar karyawan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.
