<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Hok Tong Plaju Palembang. This research method is a quantitative research method, with a population of 328 employees at PT Hok Tong Plaju Palembang. From a population of 382 employees, the Croum Production section was selected as many as 86 employees. Analysis of the data used is simple regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the significant value between work motivation and work discipline partially on employee productivity at PT .Hok Tong Plaju Palembang with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 for the work motivation variable and 0.007 <0.05 for the work discipline variable. It can be concluded that together there is a significant influence between Work Motivation and Work discipline on Employee Productivity at PT Hok Tong Plaju Palembang. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Productivity.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT hok Tong Plaju Palembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 328 orang karyawan yang ada pada PT Hok Tong Plaju Palembang. dari populasi sebanyak 382 karyawan dipilih bagian croum production sebanyak 86 orang karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi (R2), Uji t dan Uji F. Berdasarkan hsil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada Pt.Hok Tong Plaju Palembang dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05 untuk variabel motivasi kerja dan sebesar 0,007<0,05 untuk variabel disiplin kerja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja dan disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT Hok Tong Plaju Palembang. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja.]]>
