Abstract

Digital literacy includes a deep understanding of technology, the ability to access, evaluate and effectively use information presented in digital media, as well as active participation in an increasingly complex digital world. In the context of the digital economy, business actors do not only compete with local competitors, but also with global competitors that can be accessed through digital platforms. Wider connectivity has opened up access to international markets, enabling cross-border transactions without significant geographic barriers. Tanah Mas Banyuasin Village in South Sumatra has unique characteristics in the context of digital literacy and economic growth. Tanah Mas has diverse economic potential, ranging from the commercial sector, fertile agriculture to various traditional crafts. However, like in many other regions in Indonesia, economic, infrastructure and digital literacy challenges remain. The existence of digital literacy makes it easier for people to communicate through existing social media and will have an impact on the development of insights in society to improve economic life in the future.

Abstract

Implementation of community service activities in Arisan Gading Village, South Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, in the form of developing a home industry so that it is better known to many people in South Sumatra and at the national level. The problem in Arisan Gading Village is the lack of use of social media or the lack of training received by the community regarding small and medium enterprises. Facing the 5.0 era, a human-centered and technology-based society. The community is expected to be able to solve various social challenges and problems by using various innovations that emerged in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era to improve people's quality of life. The purpose of this activity is to help home industry entrepreneurs starting from how to manufacture products, product packaging, and product sales. The method used is outreach, training and mentoring, and evaluation for 31 days in 2022. As a result of this activity the local community can be more confident and product sales are increasing with the expansion of the market with online media.

Abstract

Desa Mandi Angin memiliki potensi ekonomi kreatif yang cukup besar terutama dibidang kain tenun songket. Tenun songket ini secara turun temurun telah dijalankan secara mandiri oleh warga desa. Selain itu desa ini pernah menjadi binaan Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir namun belum sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Hal ini menjadi fokus pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat adalah bagaimana mengolah potensi Desa Mandi Angin menjadi potensi desa wisata kreatif . Tahapan pelaksanaan penelitian, yaitu Tahap Perencanaan (identifikasi masalah, identifikasi output); 2. Tahap pelaksanaan (observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, perumusan konsep); 3. Tahap tindak lanjut (diskusi, pengolahan data). Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diperoleh bahwa beberapa hal yang perlu dilakukan dalam pembangunan di Desa Mandi Angin menjadi desa kreatif adalah branding desa, digitalisasi marketing produk desa,  peningkatan peran pemerintah daerah dalam memaksimalkan potensi desa yang ada.

Abstract

Telah terjadi perubahan paradigma di pasar dengan munculnya teknologi digital, yang menempatkan perusahaan, industri, dan konsumen dalam situasi yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Untuk bertahan dan tetap kompetitif, usaha kecil harus menyesuaikan strategi mereka untuk memenuhi tuntutan baru pasar digital. Wilayah Mariana mempunyai lahan yang luas, namun belum ada produk khas yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat setempat, potensi alam yang cukup tidak menjadi faktor pembangunan yang penting secara sosial dan ekonomi. Salah satu tujuan layanan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan seminar tentang cara menggunakan dan memasarkan website. Metode penerapannya adalah edukasi, pelatihan langsung melalui ponsel dan brainstorming. Pelatihan masyarakat digital diselenggarakan untuk para peserta yaitu ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Mariana. Memberikan pelatihan dengan memberikan materi dan menjelaskan apa saja yang perlu dipersiapkan. Antara lain website toko online diperkenalkan pada pelatihan dan lokakarya tersebut. Pelatihan dimulai dengan pengenalan situs e-commerce, cara penggunaan, pembuatan akun dan masuk ke situs tersebut. Peserta akan berlatih mengakses website e-commerce. Peserta diminta mendaftar untuk membuat akun dengan mengisi beberapa informasi pribadi dan memilih tombol Daftar. Setelah registrasi, pengguna dapat memasukkan nama pengguna dan kata sandinya. Berkat pelaksanaan pelatihan ini, peserta akan dapat menggunakan situs e-commerce untuk pemasaran dan melaksanakan rencana yang dibahas bersama

Abstract

Indonesia has a variety of cultures. One of the cultures of Indonesia is Songket woven fabric. Songket woven cloth is a traditional cloth originating from the island of Sumatera. Songket Palembang is one of the cultures from South Sumatera which has been designated as an intangible cultural heritage of Indonesia in 2013 by the ministry of education and culture. Palembang songket woven fabric is a culture that is used in a variety of certain traditional activities, such as weddings. This paper aims to increase knowledge and improve the branding of songket woven fabrics mainly in Mandi Angin village, South Inderalaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used in this paper is a descriptive method with the main data collection of the author in this paper obtained through direct observation or observation in the field, interviews conducted by recording the results of interviews or by using a voice recorder to informant and documentation by taking photos related to writing in the field. The result of the paper is to improve the branding of the songket woven fabric of Mandi Angin Village, as a characteristic of Mandi Angin Village, South Inderalaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency

Abstract

Having a job does not guarantee the ability to get out of the clutches of poverty. A persistent lack of decent work opportunities, inadequate investment and low consumption lead to an erosion of the fundamental social contract that forms the basis of a democratic society: Putting job creation at the center of economic policy-making and development plans, will not only generate decent work opportunities but also stronger growth, and can reduce poverty. This is a positive circle that is good for the economy and for society and encourages sustainable development. Indonesia has made a very strong commitment to achieving decent work and is playing an important role in ensuring that employment and workforce issues are included in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The importance of decent work in achieving sustainable development is highlighted by its aim to promote sustainable economic growth, productive employment opportunities and decent work for all. Social media marketing is a form of digital marketing that uses social media to market business products or services through the platforms provided by the media. Today social media is media that cannot be separated in everyday life. This is related to the cosmetology business that the author introduces in community service in Desa Perajin.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meingkatkan komunikasi lintas budaya sebagai promosi potensi lokal di Desa Tanjung Seteko Kecamatan Indralaya Kabupaten Ogan ilir. Fokus penelitan ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalaui kampung tenun dan meningkatkan promosi potensi lokal di Desa Tanjung Seteko. Hal yang akan menjadi analisi pembahasan tediri dari 4 (empat) tahapan yakni tahap seleksi lokasi, tahap sosialisasi pelatihan komunikasi lintas budaya, tahap pelatihan komunikasi lintas budaya kepada masyarakat, serta tahap kemandirian masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terbatasnya produk karena proses pembuatan songket yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama antara satu hingga dua bulan, dan sistem kerja yang konservatif, yaitu kolektif dalam proses menenun memerlukan waktu saling menunggu, kurangnya kehlian pengrajin tenun songket malalui tahap pencelupan, tahap mencukit motif, tahap menenun, hingga tahapan finishing. Belum tepat sasaran nya program – program yang dilakukan pemerintah maupun stakeholder dalam hal pemberian materi pelatihan menjadi salah satu pemicu lambatnya produksi serta kurangnya promosi potensi lokal ini. Hal ini sangat harus dilakukan pendataan secara berkala karena menenun adalah sebuah warisan dari turun temurun yang harus dilestarikan.

Abstract

The people in Tanjung Agung Selatan Village, Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, have a low level of education. This is inversely proportional to the level of community participation in the direct election of the Tanjung Agung Selatan Village Head, Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Voters' participation rate is quite high at 60%, while the level of education is low at 40%. This shows that there is an abnormality between the low level of community education and community participation in choosing village heads. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of education level on the election of village heads in Tanjung Agung Selatan Village, Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, the level of community participation in direct village head elections, and the factors that influence the community's encouragement to choose village heads directly. This research is included in the type of qualitative descriptive research. Researchers obtained data through observation, interviews and documentation as well as analyzing the data. Based on the research results, it is known that the high level of community participation in village head elections is due to a sense of kinship and community encouragement as voters, and the level of community education does not affect community participation in village head elections. This is because people who have education are indifferent and do not want to participate in politics. Therefore, the level of community education in Tanjung Agung Selatan Village, Lais District, Musi Banyuasi Regency has no effect on the level of community participation in the election of their village head.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the use of applications on various digital platforms in buildingcreative businesses as an effort to increase creative human resources and have a competitive advantagein Air Batu Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses a qualitativeapproach with the aim of looking at the relationship between the use of information andcommunication technology in building a creative economy in the digital era, especially in the use ofsmartphone applications to increase the income of Micro, Small and Medium Units (MSMEs) as aneconomic mode for the residents of Air Batu Village, in Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency,South Sumatra. The relationship between the role of applications on smartphones and increasing MSMEincome in Air Batu Village was researched based on Information and Communication Technology theoryand Creative Economy theory. From the analysis carried out, findings in the field can be obtained that the vast Air Batu Village which has various business units has many good profit niches in increasinghousehold income and reducing unemployment through the MSMEs that are run, but there is still notenough education and motivation and innovation in society so that it does not reach its maximum pointin carrying out the technical use of information communication technology available on smartphones,namely online marketing communications and other advantages of social media.

Abstract

The strategy of the South Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office in promoting Tourism Objects through Instagram media @pesonasriwijaya aims to describe the way of the promotion strategy of the South Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office on Instagram social media. This type of research uses qualitative methods using AISAS Theory (Attention, Interest, Search, Action and Share). The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by the South Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office in promoting tourist attractions through the sriwijaya charm Instagram media is through the messages they convey on the sriwijaya charm Instagram, then attracting audience interest through post content, utilizing Instagram features such as highlights and hashtags to make it easier for people to find out tourist attraction information, making persuasive invitation sentences in each post caption, and making posters and sharing travel testimonials with the public.
