Abstract

Maternal Mortality Ratein the Central Java in 2012-2014 has significantly increased in 2012: 675 of cases, 2013: 668 of cases, 2014: 711 of cases, while in 2015 and 2016 decreased: 2015: 619 of cases and 2016: 602 of cases. One Student One Client Program (OSOC) is a program launched by the Governmentof Central Java Provinceas an effort to decrease The Rate of Maternal Mortality in Central Java.The targets and outcomes of this activity are scientific publications and? journals continuously also midwifery care process to the mother; pregnant, childbirth, childbirth, birth control and newborn care.The cooperation between healths professional in midwifery process later can contribute in decreasing Maternal Mortality Rate.The method used is direct learning experience in the community. Each learner will get one client (pregnant mother) through a midwife coordinator in Work Area of Puskesmas Sidoharjo to achieve one student one client.The techniques of data collection are forms of; pregnancy midwifery care , delivery, puerper, new baby born and KB. This accompaniment was carried out for 5 months from April - August 2017 in the working area of Puskesmas of Sidoharjo.The result of this are the majority of pregnant mothers can be through pregnancy with healthy and the increase of awareness and knowledge of pregnant women.?

Abstract

SADARI atau pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (Breast Self-Examination / BSE) adalah pilihan cara pencegahan kanker payudara yang baik dilakukan, khususnya mulai usia 20-an. SADARI rutin memainkan peran besar dalam menemukan benjolan kanker payudara. Banyak mitos yang mengatakan bahwa kanker payudara lebih sering menyerang wanita yang sudah  berusia di atas 30 tahun, tetapi kini banyak  wanita pada usia remaja sudah menderita kanker payudara. Berdasarkan laporan WHO, pada tahun 2011 jumlah wanita khususnya remaja penderita kanker payudara mencapai 1.150.000 orang, 700.000 diantaranya tinggal di negara berkembangtermasuk Indonesia.Pengetahuan masyarakat yang kurang tentang kanker payudara membuat pencegahan dan penanganan secara dini mengalami kesulitan, apalagi disaat pandemi Corona memerlukan aplikasi media sosial untuk mendukungnya diantaranya adalah whatsapp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penyuluhan kesehatan SADARI berbasis Whatsapp terhadap pengetahuan dan praktek SADARI saat pandemi Corona. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswi Prodi S1 Farmasi STIKES Mamba’ul Ulum Surakarta sejumlah 37 orang. Selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan uji Uji -t berpasangan (peried t-test) dengan bantuan Program SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan kesehatan SADARI berbasis Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan kesehatan SADARI berbasis aplikasi whatsapp efektif dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan praktek SADARI saat pandemi Corona nilai ρ = 0.000

Abstract

HIV/ AIDS tidak saja menjadi masalah kesehatan tetapi sudah menjadi persoalan politik dan ekonomi yang serius di negara sedang berkembang, Penderita HIV AIDS urutan terbanyak pada kelompok usia 20 – 29 tahun merupakan generasi muda penerus bangsa. Generasi muda yang dipersiapkan menjadi generasi penerus bangsa akan menjadi sia - sia karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan sikap yang baik mengenai penyakit HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswi tentang HIV AIDS.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada 38 mahasiswi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan uji Kendall Tau. Penelitian membuktikan adanya hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswi tentang HIV / AIDS p =0,003

Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis or TB is a disease caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. There are several comorbidities that experience severity and death when infected with tuberculosis or TB, namely hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disease, and other diseases. This study aims to estimate the magnitude of the risk of treatment failure in Tuberculosis patients with Diabetes Mellitus comorbidity, with a meta-analysis of primary studies conducted by previous authors.Subjects and Method: This was a systematic review and meta-analysis with the following PICO, population: tuberculosis patients. Intervention: chronic comorbid diabetes mellitus. Comparison: without comorbid diabetes mellitus. Outcome: treatment failure. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles “Tuberculosis” OR “TBC” AND “Diabetes Mellitus” OR “DM” AND “Treatment failure”. The included article is a full-text English cohort study design from 2007 to 2021 and reports the adjusted odds ratio (aOR) in multivariate analysis. The selection of articles is done using PRISMA flow diagrams. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application.Results: A total of 7 cohort studies involving TB patients undergoing treatment from America, Europe, Africa and Asia were selected for systematic review and meta-analysis. The data collected showed that tuberculosis patients undergoing treatment with comorbid diabetes mellitus had a 1.57 time the risk of treatment failure compared to patients without comorbid diabetes mellitus (aOR= 1.57; 95% CI= 1.08 to 2.30; p= 0.002).Conclusion: Comorbidity Diabetes mellitus increases the risk of experiencing treatment failure in tuberculosis patients.Keywords: diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, mortality.Correspondence: Sri Iswahyuni. Abstract

Background: Maintaining hospital quality is the most important thing to consider in hospital service indicators. Patient satisfaction is one of the important factors in maintaining hospital quality. This study aimed to analyzed the associated between hospital administration with patient satisfaction.Subjects and Method: This study is a meta-analysis with PICO, population: patients. Intervention: good hospital administration. Comparison: poor hospital administration. Outcome: patients’ satisfaction. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles are “Hospital Administration” OR “Good Administration” OR “Hospital Services” AND “Patient Satisfaction” OR “Satisfaction” AND “Multivariate”. Articles included are full-text English from 2009 to 2021. Articles were selected using a PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application.Results: A total of 7 cross-sectional study articles from Asia (China), Europe (Germany), and Africa (Ethiophia) were reviewed in the meta-analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that good hospital administration has the possibility to increase patient satisfaction 3.58 times compared with poor hospital administration (aOR= 3.58; 95% CI= 2.36 to 5.42; p<0.001) and the results were statistically significant.Conclusion: Hospital administration associated with patients statisfaction.Keywords: hospital, hospital administration, patient statisfaction, inpatients.Correspondence: Siti Maesaroh. This study aimed to analyzed the strength of the relationship between hospital administration with quality of services.Subjects and Method: This study is a meta-analysis with PICO, population: patients. Intervention: good hospital administration. Comparison: poor hospital administration. Outcome: quality of services. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles are “Hospital Administration” OR “Good Administration” OR “Hospital Services” AND “Quality of Services” OR “Services” AND “Multivariate”. Articles included are full-text English from 2009 to 2021. Articles were selected using a PRISMA flow diagram. Based on the results of the analysis, hospital management or good hospital administration has the possibility to increase the quality of service in hospital by 2.61 times compared to poor hospital administration (aOR= 2.61; 95% CI= 1.44 to 4.72; p= 0.002) and the results were statistically significant.
