Abstract

Banking in Indonesia is progressing rapidly every day. Sophisticated banking transactions make it easier for individuals or companies to use banking services. Related to these conditions will certainly increase the number of transactions in the Bank including at PT. State Savings Bank. To support banking activities, PT. Bank Tabungan Negara always wants to be a healthy bank with a high level of performance efficiency and gain a significant advantage. In the correlation coefficient test results at Bank Tabungan Negara can be seen that the relationship between Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) to Return On Assets (ROA) is having a weak and unidirectional relationship. From the result of determination coefficient of determination of Return On Assets (ROA) influenced by Operational Cost and Operating Income (BOPO) equal to 47,7% the rest 52,3% influenced by other factor. The calculation results show the regression equation Y = 4.793 - 0.039x formed can be seen that the constant of 4.793 states that if there is no Operational Cost and Operating Income (ROA) thenReturn On Assets (ROA) will be 4.793%. With the regression coefficient x of -0.039. Stated that if Operational Cost and Operating Income (BOPO) increased one unit (1%) will reduce Return On Assets (ROA) by 0,039%. Keywords: BOPO, ROA

Abstract

Currently buyers already clever in choosing a product to be bought. Prospective buyers have a wide range of alternative options of similar products. For new products and has not been known to the public requires promotion in order to be better known. One of the promotional activities that can be done is the promotion of personal selling. With this promotion potential buyers can directly face to face with the marketing power of a product, so that prospective buyers can also learn more about the details of the product to be bought as well as the benefits and advantages of the products chosen. The purpose of this study was to determine the personal selling promotional activities in encouraging consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions. With the marketing power of personal selling promotional activities, the sales force can influence buying behavior and ultimately making purchasing decisions. The method used by the researchers is that the secondary data through literature and through the property sales activity of homes in Greater Jakarta in 2014. In 2014 the house in jabodtabek property sales tend to decline so developers do personal selling activities more intensively. One of them is holding an exhibition at the Mall property by placing a powerful sales force. With the sales force conducting a reliable personal selling so as to influence the behavior of consumers in making purchasing decisions. Thus very likely they will be to buy back in the future because it was already familiar with the products offered so as to increase sales in the next year. Abstract

Manusia adalah salah satu faktor penting, karena manusia sebagai perencana tindakan dan pelaku untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan organisasi. Memiliki sumber daya manusia yang unggul sangat menguntungkan perusahaan, karena tujuan perusahaan dapat lebih mudah dicapai.  Motivasi bekerja karyawan menjadi dasar dalam penelitian ini. Salah satu perusahaan Garmen di Sukabumi menjadi objek pada penelitian ini.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan dan pengawasan kerja berdampak pada motivasi karyawan. Pendekatan analisis kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini.  Rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% digunakan penulis dalam teknik pengambilan sampel, menghasilkan 75 responden.  Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan SPSS 21 dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh gaya kepemimpinan, serta dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh pengawasan kerja. Hasil koefisien determinasi dari hasil pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pengawasan terhadap motivasi kerja menggambarkan besarnya kontribusi variabel yang diteliti. Penelitian ini juga melakukan uji simultan.  Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu motivasi kerja dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan pengawasan kerja secara bersamaan Oleh karena itu, memiliki gaya kepemimpinan dan pengawasan kerja yang membantu dan memadai akan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengawasan, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan individu dalam mengendalikan, mengarahkan, memimpin, mengatur seseorang agar dapat melakukan sesuatu sehingga tercapainya tujuan yang diinginkan atau diharapkan. Iklim organisasi merupakan kondisi atau suasana yang tercipta dalam lingkungan kerja yang dapat menjadi ciri khas organisasi dimana hal ini menyangkut kepribadian, sikap, dan perilaku seluruh anggota organisasi. Kinerja atau prestasi kerja merupakan hasil yang dicapai oleh seseorang dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab dan tugasnya baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Ruang lingkup pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada PUSDATIN Kementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayan, Riset, dan Teknologi dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 69 pegawai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalukan observasi. Secara parsial variabel Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sedangkan variabel Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Namun secara simultan Kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Leadership is an individual's ability to control, direct, lead, organize someone so that they can do something so that the desired or expected goals are achieved. Organizational climate is a condition or atmosphere created in the work environment which can become a characteristic of the organization where this concerns the personality, attitudes and behavior of all members of the organization. Work performance or achievement is the result achieved by someone in carrying out their responsibilities and duties, both in quality and quantity. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational climate on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The scope of this research is employees who work at PUSDATIN, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology with a sample size of 69 employees. This research method uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out by observation. Partially, the Leadership variable has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, while the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. However, leadership and organizational climate simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Budaya yang kuat pada suatu perusahaan akan mendukung terciptanya suatu prestasi yang positif bagi anggotanya dan akan sangat taat oleh para karyawan. Kantor yang merupakan tempat bekerja dari para karyawan menjadi tempat yang tepat perlu dirancang secara khusus agar dapat mendukung aktivitas kerja di dalamnya. Baik dari segi suasana, desain, maupun masalah efisiensi pemanfaatan ruang dan lantai tempat kerja tersebut tidak dapat dipisahkan dari susunan ruangan atau unit kerja lainnya serta fasilitas yang tersedia dari seluruh bagian. Kedua hal tersebut memiliki kemungkinan dalam kinerja karyawan setiap hari. Pada penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui seberpa besar pengaruh dari budaya kerja dan tata ruang kantor terhadap kinerja karyawan Hasil penelitian di dapat R square determinasi adalah 0,936. , dan sisanya 7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar yang tidak dijelaskan lebih lanjut. Hasil uji simultan menjawab hipotesis penelitian bahwa HA diterima, dimana Fhit > Ftabel dan sig < 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa budaya kerja dan tata ruang kantor secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of exchange rates and stock trading volume on stock returns in companies incorporated in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2022-2024. The type of research conducted uses statistical quantitative methods. The research population includes companies incorporated in the LQ45 index as many as 45 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method so that 25 companies were obtained that met the required criteria and the number of data observations processed was 75 data samples. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on stock returns which explains when the rupiah weakens against the United States dollar causing stock returns to decline. While the value of stock trading volume has a positive and significant effect on stock returns which explains when an increase in stock trading activity tends to encourage an increase in stock returns. And both simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns even though the contribution of simultaneous influence is only 21.3% and the remaining 78.7% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of the study. This finding implies that investors and capital market players need to include the analysis of macroeconomic factors such as exchange rates and market activity (trading volume) as a crucial part of the investment decision-making strategy in liquid stocks.
