Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di M.A. Roudlotul Mubtadiin Jepara, yang berupa strategi-strategi yang dijalankan dalam upaya merealisasikan visi (tujuan) sekolah.  Untuk mewujudkan tujuan madrasah maka diperlukan sosok pemimpin (kepala sekolah) dengan model kepemimpinan yang transformasional yang mampu menjawab berbagai tantangan, berintegritas, serta unggul dalam kompetensi-kompetensi kepemimpinan lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif naturalistik. Penelitian didasarkan pada sisi alamiah suatu kasus model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di M.A. Roudlotul Mubtadiin Jepara yang menghasilkan data deskriptif dari responden atau perilaku dan situasi yang diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah lembar observasi, panduan wawancara, dan panduan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diukur menggunakan triangulasi sumber. This study aims to reveal the models of school leadership in M.A. Roudlotul Mubtadiin Jepara, that is in the form of strategies undertaken in order to realize the vision (goal) of the school. To realize the goal of madrasah then it requires a leader (principal) with a transformational leadership model who is able to ‘answer’ the challenges, having an integrity and is superior in other leadership competencies. This study used a descriptive approach naturalistic. The study was based on the natural inquiry of such a case of school leadership model in M.A. Roudlotul Mubtadiin Jepara which then generated some descriptive data from respondents’ opinions, observed behavior as well as authentic situations. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used for collecting data are observation sheets, interview, and documentation guidelines. Validity of the data was measured using the technique of triangulation. Kata kunci: model kepemimpinan, madrasah, pesantren

Abstract

In this era of global reform is necessary a renewal and improvement of the quality of society in order to ensure there will be many changes in society, both in terms of education, social and cultural rights are always evolving. The changes are a result of the development of science and technology is rapidly increasing, which in turn form the characteristic want competent people to beat each other. So there is no place in society without competition. Competition is the principle of a new life, because the world is open and Compete who can create something for the better. Transformation and innovation is needed at this time, it will bring a change and renewal in Islamic education management.

Abstract

Efektivitas pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat dapat dikatakan efektif apabila masyarakat mendapat kepuasan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, dengan adanya kepuasan tersebut pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat sudah efektif. Pemerintah dan Pemerintahan tidak terlepas dari kata “pelayanan”, karena pemerintah diciptakan dan dibentuk adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, baik kebutuhan mendasar maupun kebutuhan yang bersifat umum, sehingga pada hakikatnya pelayanan merupakan fungsi dasar dari pemerintah. Pemerintah harus mampu memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada artikel ini ingin mengetahui seberapa efektif pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat pada program kalimasada di kelurahan sukolilo baru.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to develop and produce creative character-based learning device in the rectangular and square sub chapters at seventh grade of junior high School (SMP) which have valid, practical and effective criteria. Learning device developed among them is the implementation plan of learning and student worksheets. Development of this learning device using the model of Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) which consists of 5 stages including riview, development, cooperative work, independent work and projects. Learning device were developed based on the modified 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel. The development of this learning device consists of defining, designing and developing phases. The subject of this research is the students of class VII A SMPN 1 Silo. The instruments of data collection from this research are: validity sheet, student worksheet, teacher activity observation sheet, student activity observation sheet, teacher questionnaire, and reader sheet of student worksheet. Based on data analysis, this study has three results. First, the learning divice developed have valid criteria. Secondly, the learning device developed have practical criteria based on teacher activity observation sheets and teacher response sheets. Abstract

The use of technology is very important for updates in data management of an organization, especially in the current digital era. The development of information technology is happening very fast. Every time new technologies emerge that add value to existing technologies. Based on all the advantages that can be obtained with the existence of computer technology, researcher are interested to develop an application that will be used for management of organizational membership, and the activities of the work program scheduled. This application development utilizes java programming with a MySQL database. The system development method used in this study is to follow the stages of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The author uses the waterfall model because the execution of a system is done sequentially or linearly. The steps taken in developing applications in this study are System Requirement Analysis, System Design, and Encoding. This study successfully developed a Desktop-based SWARA Organization Management Application (AMORA) that can automate the process of recording organizational membership data, divisions and organizational agendas so that it can facilitate organizational data management. Abstract

Program padat karya merupakan suatu usaha strategis sebagai upaya mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan dan pengangguran yang telah menjadi fokus dalam berbagai kebijakan pemerintah. Program ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan sementara bagi tenaga kerja tidak terampil melalui proyek-proyek infrastruktur dan kegiatan produktif lainnya. Dengan melibatkan komunitas lokal dan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang tersedia, harapan pada program padat karya bisa menciptakan kesempatan kerja jangka pendek akan tetapi juga bisa meningkatkan keterampilan daya saing pekerja di pasar tenaga kerja. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan penurunan signifikan dalam angka pengangguran di wilayah-wilayah yang diimplementasikan, sekaligus memberikan dampak positif terhadap perekonomian lokal. Namun demikian, keberhasilan program padat karya sangat bergantung pada perencanaan yang tepat, pengawasan ketat, dan komitmen kuat dari semua pihak terkait.

Abstract

Lecturers serve as professional educators and scientists whose primary roles are knowledge transformation, development, and dissemination in fields such as science, technology, and the arts through education, research, and community service. They play a critical role in fostering an educated generation, and as such, must maintain high levels of integrity in their work. The academic position of a lecturer often reflects their involvement in research, community service, and scientific publications, indicating a broad scope of expertise. This study aims to cluster lecturers based on their academic positions, research activities, community service, and number of publications, using secondary data from the Community Service Research Institute, UPT Academic Positions and Lecturer Certification, and UPT Publications. The clustering was conducted using a non-hierarchical k-means method, which resulted in three clusters: Cluster 1 with 26 members showing minimal productivity in the tridharma tasks, Cluster 2 with 6 members demonstrating high engagement, and Cluster 3 with 20 members with moderate involvement. These findings suggest that universities need to monitor and support lecturers in Cluster 1 to improve their contributions to education, research, and community service. This clustering provides insights that can guide universities in promoting a balanced and active academic environment.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the economic resilience of the Huntap Semeru community through collaborative learning initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and innovation. The goal is to address financial constraints and empower residents to achieve sustainable economic recovery following the 2021 Mount Semeru eruption. The study employs a quantitative descriptive method to assess the differences in knowledge and skills before and after collaborative learning. A purposive sample of 10 active participants from the Huntap Semeru area was selected. Data collection involved structured questionnaires covering entrepreneurship knowledge, financial literacy, innovation capabilities, and financial constraints. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests to evaluate the relationship between financial literacy, innovation, and financial constraint reduction. The findings reveal significant improvements in understanding entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and innovation post-learning. Pretest accuracy, averaging 30%, increased to over 80% in the posttest. Collaborative learning effectively bridges knowledge gaps and motivates the community to explore innovative solutions. Enhanced financial literacy equips residents to manage budgets and investments, reducing financial constraints and supporting economic sustainability. This research contributes to practical applications by offering a replicable model of community-based learning to empower disaster-affected populations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Mendeskripsikan dampak mendongeng dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris siswa kelas satu MA-Tarbiyatus Shibyan Sumber Papan dan mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek kemampuan berbicara yang meningkat setelah penerapan metode mendongeng pada siswa kelas satu MA-Tarbiyatus Shibyan Sumber Papan. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif dan merupakan penelitian lapangan, sehingga jenis penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pengalaman berbagi cerita dan berinteraksi secara verbal di depan teman sekelas, yang difasilitasi oleh metode ini, secara bertahap menghilangkan rasa malu dan kurang rasa percaya diri yang sebelumnya mungkin menghambat partisipasi aktif mereka. Seiring waktu, siswa menjadi lebih berani dan nyaman mengekspresikan diri dalam bahasa Inggris di depan umum. Lebih lanjut, perkembangan minat belajar yang dipicu oleh bercerita merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung penting yang secara sinergis berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Ketika siswa memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk belajar bahasa Inggris, mereka akan lebih aktif mencari kesempatan untuk berlatih berbicara, tidak takut membuat kesalahan, dan lebih terbuka terhadap umpan balik yang membangun.Terdapat lima belas siswa yang memiliki kategori perkembangan sangat baik, dengan delapan siswa dalam kategori baik dan tiga siswa dalam kategori cukup. Aspek-aspek yang paling berkembang adalah pemahaman, pemahaman, tata bahasa, kelancaran, dan pelafalan. Setelah penerapan metode bercerita kepada siswa kelas satu MA-Tarbiyatus Shibyan, kemajuan yang dicapai mencakup beberapa bidang penting dalam kemampuan berbicara, termasuk peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman mereka terhadap alur cerita yang disajikan dan respons mereka terhadap pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan narasi.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Berbicara Bahasa Inggris, Bercerita, Siswa.

Abstract

The recommendation system was developed to assist students of the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Widya Gama Lumajang, particularly those from the Faculty of Economics and Business, in determining their preferred career options. This system helps students by providing various job references that match their individual criteria. The data was collected from a tracer study, which includes information such as academic grades, non-academic achievements, job positions, company names, salaries received. From the total dataset, 1,120 records were deemed valid and used in the research process. The aim of this research is to assist students by providing job recommendations based on similar criteria between current students and alumni. The method applied in this study is quantitative experimental research based on data mining, with the main approach being Content-Based filtering and the MLP (Multi-Layer Perceptron) Classifier algorithm. The data was split into two parts: 65% for training and 35% for testing. This division aims to allow the model to learn from most of the data while also being tested for accuracy using unfamiliar data. The recommendation model was developed using the MLP Classifier algorithm with a hidden_layer_size configuration of 100 neurons and a max_iter of 200 iterations. For the initial test, 10 sample data points were used to evaluate the model’s performance. During training, the loss value was monitored to assess how well the model understood the data and adjusted its internal weights. With this configuration, the system is expected to provide accurate job recommendations based on the user’s profile and academic history.
