Abstract

This research is aimed at developing and validating instruments to measure ecoliteracy capabilities, so that this research can produce a product in the form of a measurement instrument that has been validated and is used for measuring the ability to ecoliterate students. This research and development uses the ADDIE development method. This instrument is based on the Basic Competence of Class X Biology lessons, which consists of three dimensions of ecoliteracy. Based on 30 issues developed, there are 18 right and 12 wrong. The results of the analysis were obtained 15 questions on the dimension of knowledge, 2 questions about the dimensions of concern, and 1 questions about practical competence dimensions. Based on the differential power test, there were six bad criteria, six sufficient, three good and three very good criteria. The empirical validation was conducted by conducting trials on 36 students in the 11th grade of Mother of the Holy Heart High School in Jakarta, which were then analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation. The reliability test result was 0.80 using the Kuder Richardson-20 (KR-20) formula that falls within the very high criteria. It shows that the ecoliteracy measurement instrument developed is worthy of use to the students.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to examine the variables of zakat literacy, trust, and religiousness on Muzakki's decision to pay zakat at LAZ Solopeduli. The study also seeks to explore whether altruism can moderate these three variables in influencing Muzakki's decision to pay zakat at LAZ Solopeduli.Design/Method/Approach : This study utilizes a quantitative method assisted by SEM-PLS software to test statistical hypotheses. The sample size consists of 105 Muzakki respondents.Findings: The research findings indicate that zakat literacy, trust, and religiousness have a positive and significant impact on Muzakki's decision to pay zakat. However, the altruism variable is unable to moderate zakat literacy, trust, and religiousness in influencing Muzakki's decision to pay zakat. On the other hand, the religious obligations and basic understanding of zakat drive Muzakki to consistently pay zakat at LAZ Solopeduli, not influenced by other factors such as environmental conditions or altruistic attitudes.Originality/Values: This study is the first to introduce altruism as a variable to examine Muzakki's decision to pay zakat at an official zakat institution

Therefore, this study used measures the above three aspects, by using regression of 380 PDAMs data in Indonesia. Profit category consists of 1.3 percent of high profit PDAMs, 87.9 percent of profit, 9.5 percent of loss and 1.3 percent of huge loss. According to productivity, it shows that capital and number of employees has increasing return to scale. On the productivity categories, consist of 11.6 percent of high productivity,  42.65 percent of productive, 32.0 percent of less productive, and 13.8 percent of low productivity. According to the production cost category, all independent variables significantly affected the average cost. As many as 6.9 percent PDAM as high efficiency, 53.2 percent efficient, 25.4 percent less efficient, and 15.6 percent in-efficient. Then we have 32 PDAM categories of the three models with generic strategy option for individual PDAM strategies. Local governments as PDAM owners could use this model for development and performance increasement. In addition, sectoral ministries can utilize the 32 categories of PDAMs as basis for programs of facilitation, technical guidance, management and governance for achieving the SDGs 2030.Pencapaian target akses air minum pada SDGs 2030, Indonesia menghadapi keterbatasan pasokan dan kapasitas pengembangan, khususnya pada PDAM sebagai penyedia, sehingga membutuhkan strategi yang komprehensif, mempertimbangkan kategori produktivitas, efisiensi biaya hingga tingkat keuntungan yang mencukupi.

Abstract

Integrity and trust are fundamental in the legal profession, yet diploma forgery threatens these values, leading to ethical violations and diminished public trust. This study examines the legal implications of diploma forgery in Case No. 20/Pid.B/2024/PN Tmg, where an individual used a fraudulent diploma to practice law. Using a normative legal approach, the study analyzes court decisions, legal doctrines, and statutory regulations, including Article 263 of the Indonesian Penal Code and Article 69 of Law No. 20 of 2003. Findings reveal weaknesses in verification systems, allowing unqualified individuals to enter the legal profession. To prevent such fraud, the study proposes blockchain-based diploma verification, offering tamper-proof credentialing and real-time authentication. Stricter regulations, enhanced verification, and ethical awareness campaigns are crucial to safeguarding legal integrity. Adopting blockchain verification can restore public trust, ensure professional accountability, and uphold the credibility of legal institutions.

Abstract

As the largest Muslim-majority country, Indonesia has significant potential for Syariah insurance (Takaful). However, its market penetration remains below 10% due to low financial literacy, regulatory fragmentation, and limited product innovation. This study employs qualitative thematic analysis through expert interviews and document analysis to explore the key challenges and strategic interventions needed to enhance Syariah insurance adoption. Findings reveal that digital transformation, regulatory harmonization, and financial literacy programs are crucial for sustainable growth. Lessons from Malaysia and GCC countries indicate that fintech-driven Syariah insurance solutions, such as blockchain-based takaful and AI-powered underwriting, can significantly increase accessibility and efficiency. This study proposes a regulatory alignment framework, fintech adoption strategies, and microtakaful expansion to enhance market inclusion. The results contribute to the academic discourse by providing a roadmap for policymakers, insurers, and financial regulators to strengthen Indonesia’s Syariah insurance ecosystem.
