Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this service program is to help compile and make financial statements CV. Kasih dan Sayang. Specific targets to be completed are knowledge and skills in preparing and formatting financial statements. The problem in preparing financial statements is knowledge and skills in the recording of business finances. Therefore, the challenges in this target group need to be overcome by increasing knowledge and training in making financial statements that are easy and helping financial records for partners. The method that will be used in this service program is participation method. CV. Kasih dan Sayang were given financial statement training. The results of this community service activity are trainees who are able to provide training materials that are supported by using financial statements formats in the form of MS. Excel is in accordance with the case of business transactions. In addition, the financial statement format is in the form of an MS. Excel will tidy up and make it easier to make business financial statements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik peternak dan masyarakat sekitar usaha burung walet. Mengidentifikasi dampak sosial usaha sarang burung walet terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Mengidentifikasi dampak sosial usaha burung walet terhadap peternak burung walet dan mengidentifikasi dampak usaha sarang burung walet terhadap peningkatan ekonomi peternak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lambara Harapan, Kecamatan Burau, Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Jumlah populasi peternak sarang burung walet sebanyak 20 orang dan penduduk Desa Lambara Harapan sebanyak 1.704 jiwa. Penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel sebanyak 38 orang yang terdiri dari 8 orang peternak diambil 40% dari populasi dan 30 orang masyarakat sekitar dengan kriteria bertempat tinggal tidak lebih dari 15meter dari bangunan walet.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakterisitik peternak sarang burung walet, yaitu rata-rata umur 46 tahun termasuk ketegori usia produktif, Pendidikan peternak dominan SMP, rata-rata tanggungan keluarga 3 orang. lama usaha sarang burung walet 6 tahun. Karakteristik masyarakat sekitar usaha sarang burung walet, yaitu rata-rata umur 42 tahun, pendidikan dominan S1, rata-rata tanggungan keluarga 2 orang. Dampak sosial yang dirasakan masyarakat sekitar terhadap usaha sarang burungwalet yaitu skor sebesar 65, yang artinya dampak sosial dari usaha sarang burung walet terhadap mesyakarat sekitarberdampak negatif. Dampak sosial usaha sarang burung waletterhadap peternak, yaitu skor sebesar 23, yang artinya dampaksosial dari usaha sarang burung walet terhadap peternakberdampak positif pada mobilitas sosial peternak. Dampakusaha sarang burung walet terhadap peningkatan ekonomipeternak, yaitu skor sebesar 20, yang artinya dampak ekonomi usaha sarang burung walet terhadap peternak burung walet berpengaruh positif pada peningkatan ekonomi peternak

Abstract

Usahatani stroberi tidak terlepas dari segala jenis risiko kegagalan dalam usahatani. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko usahatani stroberi dan sumber risiko yang dihadapi petani. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tingkat risiko dengan menggunakan koevisien variasi. Tingkat risiko akan dilihat dari risiko produksi, biaya, dan pendapatannya. Selanjutnya sumber risiko akan dibahas dengan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tabel frekuensi. Sumber risiko dibahas berdasarkan risiko produksi, SDM, pasar, kelembagaan dan keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat risiko petani stroberi di Kelurahan Malino dan Pattapang tergolong rendah. Sedangkan sumber risiko segi produksi adalah perubahan cuaca, serangan OPT, serta sarana produksi yang tidak tersedia. Penyebab atau sumber risiko yang dialami oleh petani stroberi dari segi sumber daya manusia adalah kurangnya tenaga kerja, serta pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam mengelola usahatani stroberi rendah. Penyebab atau sumber risiko yang dialami oleh petani stroberi dari segi pasar adalah kurangnya pembeli akibat pembatasan pandemi, serta harga buah stroberi yang turun akibat terlalu lama diambil.. Penyebab atau sumber risiko yang dialami oleh petani stroberi dari segi kelembagaan adalah peran penyuluh yang rendah, serta tidak aktifnya kelompok tani Penyebab atau sumber risiko yang dialami oleh petani stroberi dari segi keuangan adalah kurangnya modal, tingginya pengeluaran rumah tangga dan tidak adanya pencatatan keuangan usahatani.

Abstract

A coffee shop (cafe) offers a relaxed atmosphere for fast food and drink. A good cafe can provide satisfaction for consumers in terms of service, affordable products and prices, and adequate equipment and facilities. The research objectives are: (1) Describe the coffee drink production process and (2) Describe product quality. (3) Describe consumer satisfaction with the quality of coffee drink products. (4) Analyzing the influence of coffee drink product quality on consumer satisfaction. The population of this research is consumers who make purchases directly at the "From Heart" coffee shop in Makassar City. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The research results show (1) The coffee drink production process begins with procuring and selecting the main ingredients, namely coffee beans, grinding them to become powder, and procuring/selecting additional ingredients in the form of flavor variants. The ground coffee beans are mixed with the flavor variants according to the consumer's wishes; then, the packaging process is carried out. (2) The quality of the coffee drink product, namely performance, features, aesthetics, and conformance to specifications, is in the "very good" category. (3) The level of consumer satisfaction based on emotional factors, price, and service quality in the "very satisfied" category. (4) The influence of the quality of coffee drink products, namely performance, features, aesthetics, and conformance to specifications, together (F test) or partially (t-test), has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Cultivating vegetables using the hydroponic method is essential in developing Indonesia's agricultural sector. Vegetables are a type of food that is consumed at any time, so there is always a stable demand all the time. The ever-increasing demand and awareness of the importance of nutritious food make hydroponics an attractive option. The potential for high demand for vegetables opens up many business opportunities to meet people's needs, including cultivating hydroponic vegetables. This research aims to analyze the actual profits of hydroponic businesses and the maximum profits they can generate. The research location is in Deedad Hidroponik, Tamalate District, Makassar City, from July to October 2023. Primary data was collected through interviews and direct observation of owners and employees, and secondary data was obtained from previous studies related to this research. Linear programming analysis via the Simplex Method is used to analyze Deedad Hidroponik's profit maximization. Profit analysis involves production costs, inputs, production results, and business revenues. The research results show that Deedad Hidroponikis can generate profits of IDR 6,980,492 from various types of vegetables. Deedad Hidroponik's source of profit comes from the production of 4 kinds of vegetables: lettuce, bok choy, kale, and spinach. Through a linear programming approach, Deedad Hidroponikwill achieve maximum profits if they plant vegetables with a combination of 625 planting holes for lettuce, 302 planting holes for bok choy, 257 planting holes for kale, and 260 planting holes for spinach; therefore, they could increase profits to IDR 7,496,783 with the potential increase of 7.38%. This shows that selecting vegetable types and resource allocation can be optimized to achieve maximum profits.

Abstract

The extreme climate change on the earth's surface in recent years is a serious issue. Agricultural sector has been affected by climate change because it causes crop failure and decreases crop productivity, especially food crops, namely corn. The climatic conditions of the Takalar Regency are generally characterized by high rainfall and drought, particularly at dry times. The purpose of this study is to: (1) Analyze the opinions of corn farmers; (2) Analyze the adaptation pattern of corn farmers; (3) Analyze the factors that influence the adaptation pattern of corn farmers. The first and second objectives were analyzed descriptive quantitatively, and the third objective was analyzed using ordinal logistic regression. The results on 39 farmers being interviewed showed that (1) Corn farmers' opinions regarding changes in temperature, rain intensity, drought have increased in recent years; (2) Adaptation patterns carried out by corn farmers in facing climate change are improving water management, soil management technology, integrated pest control, changing cropping patterns, and adjusting planting time; (3) Factors that affect the pattern of adaptation of corn farmers to climate change are land area, number of dependents of the household head, income, and access to information on climate change.
