Abstract

Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit melakukan pengelolaan obat diantaranya tahap seleksi, perencanaan dan pengadaan. Mengingat sistem pengelolaan obat di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (IFRSUD) H. Hasan Basery masih menuju dalam tahap pencapaian nilai standar indikator, maka peneliti bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana sistem pengelolaan obat dalam tahap seleksi, perencanaan dan pengadaan di IFRSUD H. Hasan Basery pada saat era JKN.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan secara deskriptif eksploratif yang bersifat retrospektif. Pengamatan retrospektif meliputi laporan perencanaan dan pemakaian obat, laporan keuangan, laporan pengadaan obat, faktur, laporan stock opname. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yang belum sesuai standar: persentase kesesuaian obat dengan ForNas II pada obat pelengkap, generik dan BPJS sebesar 0,12%, 55,22% dan 53,21%, persentase alokasi dana pengadaan obat tahun 2014 sebesar 42,56%, persentase kesesuaian antara pengadaan obat dengan e-kataloge untuk obat pelengkap, generik dan BPJS sebesar 2,94%, 69,78% dan 72,48%.

Abstract

Bajakah tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk.) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi obat tradisional. Secara empiris, tanaman ini dimanfaatkan masyarakat pedalaman Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah untuk berbagai penyakit. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, batang bajakah tampala mengandung senyawa fenolik, flavonoid, tannin dan saponin. Zat-zat tersebut secara teoritis dapat memacu pertumbuhan kolagen dan pembentukan epitel baru (re-epitelisasi) yang mempersingkat penyembuhan luka. Namun hingga saat ini, pembuktian ilmiahnya masih belum ada.Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas ektrak etanolik batang bajakah tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk.) terhadap waktu penyembuhan luka. Penelitian bersifat eksperimental dengan desain penelitian posttest only with control group design. Metode penelitian menggunakan 24 ekor tikus Wistar yang dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok acak. Hewan uji diberi luka sayat setelah dilakukan anastesi lokal. Luka sayat kelompok I (kontrol normal) tidak diberikan perlakukan apapun, kelompok II (kontrol positif) diberikan basis salep sedangkan kelompok III sebagai pembanding diberikan larutan povidone iodine. Kelompok IV, V dan VI luka sayat hewan uji diberikan salep yang mengandung ekstrak etanolik batang bajakah tampala sebesar 10, 20 dan 40%. Proses penyembuhan luka diamati meliputi waktu, panjang, maupun kedalaman luka sayat selama proses penutupan luka. Data hasil penelitian kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa salep ekstrak etanol batang bajakah tampala memiliki efektivitas terhadap penyembuhan luka sayat pada tikus putih jantan. Lama penyembuhan luka sayat pada area yang diolesi salep ekstrak etanol batang bajakah tampala 10% relatif lebih baik dibandingkan area yang diolesi ekstrak dengan konsentrasi 20% dan 40%. Hasil statistik  menggunakan  metode  ANOVA  diperoleh  kesimpulan  ada  perbedaan  bermakna terhadap efektivitas antiluka (lama penyembuhan)  antara sediaan salep ekstrak etanol batang bajakah tampala dengan salep povidon iodin, basis, dan kontrol normal.

Abstract

Empirically, one of the plants that are widely used by the Dayak tribe as a medicine is the bajakah tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk.) This plant is claimed to be able to treat several diseases such as abdominal pain, diarrhea and dysentery. But until now studies on the antibacterial activity of bajakah tampala have never been done. This study studied the antibacterial activity of bajakah ethanol extract against the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria and minimum inhibitory value (MIC). This type of research is experimental research. The stem bajakah Tampala looks like it wastaken from the inland forest in Garung Village, Jabiren District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan. The sample of this study was 70% ethanol extract of bajakah tampala stems obtained by maceration. Extract payment of antibacterial activity using a concentration of 3.12%; 6.25%; 12.5%; 25% and 50%. The positive control used is ampicillin 0.01 mg/ml and negative control using distilled water. Tests are carried out by the well method. The tested data were analyzed statistically by the One-Way ANOVA test method. The results of the study showed that the ethanol extract bajakah tampala could inhibit the growth of E. coli bacteria. The biggest inhibition of E. coli bacteria at a concentration of 50% with an average inhibition diameter of 20.32 mm. included in the category of very strong. The minimum inhibitory concentration of extract batang bajakah tampala is 6.25%

Abstract

Ketersediaan obat di rumah sakit sangat menentukan tercapainya suatu pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal. Salah satu upaya rumah sakit yaitu mengelola ketersediaan obat di rumah sakit menjadi lebih baik. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara pengadaan obat dengan kenyataan pakai obat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi ketersediaan obat dengan melihat tingkat ketersediaan obat di RSUD BLUD H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan data retospektif tahun 2017.Data yang digunakan merupakan data kuantitatif dari pengamatan secara observasi dan secara kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada kepala IFRSUD dan petugas gudang farmasi. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu kesesuaian item obat dengan formularium, kesesuaian item obat dengan formularium nasional, kesesuaian item obat dengan e-katalog dan tingkat ketersediaan Obat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari berbagai variabel yang digunakan dapat dilihat kesesuaian item obat dengan formularium sebesar 27,93%, kesesuaian item obat dengan formularium nasional sebesar 19,35%, kesesuian obat dengan e-katalog sebesar 16,53% dan rata-rata tingkat ketersediaan obat sebesar 17,245 bulan. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketersediaan obat RSUD BLUD H. Hasan Basry Kandangan masih belum efesien karena masih ada obat yang berlebih pada tingkat ketersediaan obat.

Abstract

Storage is an activity of storing and maintaining by placing drugs received in a place that is considered safe from theft and disturbances that can damage the quality of the drug. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the drug storage at the UPT Regency Pharmacy Installation Unit was in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Management Training Materials in District / City Pharmacy Installation, Directorate of Public Medication and Health Supplies, Directorate General of Pharmacy and Medical Devices Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with Japan International Coorperation Agency (JICA) in 2010. This type of non-experimental research that is described in a deskritptive evaluative manner with prospective data collection. The population in the study of all drug storage rooms with a sample of the study was as many as 6 (six) drug chambers BUFFER and PKD. Data collection uses interview and direct observation methods. The research instrument using interview texts and observation forms. The results show that the preparation of storage facilities is 100% appropriate, the 90% spatial arrangement is appropriate, the preparation of the drug stock is 75% according to the observation of the drug quality 100% according to the standard.

Abstract

One of the plants in Indonesia that can be used as traditional medicine is bilimbi leaves extract (Averrhoa bilimbi L.). Bilimbi leaves are known to contain flavonoids, saponins, and tannins. Flavonoids are one of the compounds that can counteract free radicals that cause degenerative diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of flavonoids in the ethanol extract of bilimbi leaves. Flavonoid compounds in bilimbi leaves were taken by extracting bilimbi leaves. Bilimbi leaves were extracted using maceration and re-maceration method with ethanol 96%. The determination of flavonoid content begins with a qualitative test, then the flavonoid content is measured using a UV-Visible spectrophotometer method with quercetin standard. The qualitative test results showed that ethanol extract of bilimbi leaves positively contained flavonoids. The quantitative analysis using UV spectrophotometry showed that the flavonoid values in the ethanol extract of bilimbi leaves (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) read at a maximum wave of 412 nm was 42.865 mg / L.

Abstract

Submission of pharmaceutical drug precursors for hard drugs to patients must be prescribed by a doctor. The use of inappropriate precursors can be misused for the manufacture of illegal narcotics and psychotropics, including Pseudoephedrine. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the sales of pseudoephedrine precursor drugs, hard drug groups that used prescriptions and did not use prescriptions before and after the inspection of the BPOM. This research was conducted at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 61 Veteran Banjarmasin with descriptive method. The population taken in the study was the sale of precursor drugs containing pseudoephedrine hard drug, three months before and three months after the BPOM inspection. The samples in this study were data on drug sales in the KIS system, the drugs were Aldisa sr sr, Lapifed, SR Rhinos, Rhinofed, Trifed and Tremenza. Data analysis was the Mann Whitney U-test. The results showed that there was no difference in sales of hard drug precursor of the pseudoephedrine type using prescription before and after BPOM inspection based on the Mann Whitney U-test with a significance value of0.579(p>0.05), and there were differences in the drug sales that did not use prescription with a significance value of0,000(p <0.05).

Abstract

High alert drugs are drugs that have the risk of causing great harm to patients if management is inappropriate. The high alert drug group is divided into 3 namely High Concentrated Electrolytes, Look Alike Sound Alike (LASA) and cytostatic. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of suitability of storage of each high alert drug (LASA & High Concentrate Electrolyte) based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the ideal hospital. This research is a descriptive study, data collected by using observation sheets made by researchers based on SOP of Idaman Banjarbaru Hospital. The population and sample of this study are all high alert drugs in the Pharmacy Installation at Idaman Banjarbaru Hospital. The results of the study found that the overall percentage of suitability of high alert drug storage based on the SOP of Idaman Banjarbaru Hospital in the 4 units of the Pharmacy Installation Service at Idaman Banjarbaru Hospital was 83.48% accordingly. Each group described a high alert drug that is 95% High Concentrated Electrolyte which is appropriate, LASA as much as 67.95% which is appropriate, and High alert (other than the LASA and High Concentrated Electrolyte class) as much as 82.50% appropriate.

Abstract

The level of knowledge of hormonal family planning contraception users is still very low on the side effects that occur in many low-income countries, especially in Indonesia. Most do not know the side effects that often arise in the use of hormonal contraception, one of which is increased blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of Hormonal contraceptive contraceptive users on the side effects of increasing blood pressure at Banjarmasin Pioneer Pharmacy. This type of research is a prospective descriptive method. The study was conducted in March to April 2019 in three Banjarmasin Pioneer Pharmacy, namely in Kuripan Pioneer Pharmacy, Kayutangi Pioneer Pharmacy and S.Parman Pioneer Pharmacy. The population in this study were patients who bought hormonal birth control contraception and patients who bought antihypertensive drugs taking hormonal contraception. The measuring instrument used in the form of a questionnaire consisted of 10 statements. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The results of 132 respondents showed that the level of patient knowledge as many as 46 patients (34.8%) had good knowledge, 66 patients (50.0%) had sufficient knowledge, and 20 patients (15.2%) had less knowledge.

Abstract

Bajakah tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk) is one of the most widely grown plants in Central Kalimantan but has not been widely used. This plant has been empirically used to treat various diseases by the Dayak community. Efficacy obtained is suspected due to the presence of various phenol compounds in the plant. But until now there has been no further research to determine the levels of phenols contained therein. This study aims to determine the total phenolic levels in the stem of the Spatholobus littoralis Hassk. Phenolic compounds in the stem are extracted using maceration method with ethanol solvent. Total phenolic levels were determined using the UV-visible spectrophotometric method with Follin-Ciocalteau reagents and as a comparison used gallic acid. The results showed that in phytochemical screening, the stem extracts were contained phenolic compounds, tannins and saponins. Whereas in the quantitative examination it can be concluded that the average total phenolic content of the stem of the Bajakah extract with a concentration of 500 ppm is 12.33 mg GAE/g.
