Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this study were whether was a significantdifferenceof students achievement, to describestudentresponse and to determine effect of mind mapbookletassistedNHT learningmodelon enviromental pollution material. This research used quasi experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design.Population in this study were VII class SMPN 11 Pontianak. The research sample were VII D class control andVII E class experimental. Achievement test, questionnaire,observation sheet and interview guidelineswere used to collect data.Achievement were analyzed using Mann Whitney U- test. This indicated that there were a significant difference between studentsachievementtaught using mind mapbookletassistedNHT learningmodeland conventional learning  model. The average percentage of responsetowardmind map booklet was 86,77 which categorized as very high. Mind map bookletassistedNHT learningmodel on enviromental pollution material has 44.84 %  effect on improving students achievement. Keywords: Numbered Heads Together, Booklet Mind Map,Response,Learning Outcomes, Enviromental Pollution

Abstract

Redesign adalah suatu perencanaan untuk melakukan perubahan pada struktur dan fungsi suatu benda, bangunan atau suatu sistem dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan manfaat yang lebih baik dari desain semula, atau untuk menghasilkan fungsi yang berbeda dari desain semula terhadap pasar pagi samarinda yang meliputi permasalahan terkait masalah lokasi parkir, penataan ruang, penempatan PKL, penempatan sampah, serta kondisi bangunan pada pasar pagi sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan triangulasi melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. Pengaturan sirkulasi kendaraan dan area parkir baik yang indoor maupun outdoor akan dapat menyelesaikan kesemerawutan yang terjadi selama ini 2. Pengaturan kembali zona pembuangan limbahnya agar tercipta lingkungan pasar yang lebih higienis dan mereduksi polusi bau, serta menjamin keberlangsungan estetika lingkungan 3. Desain ulang seluruh fisik bangunan utama agar nilai estetika bentuk dari pasar pagi bisa maksimal mewakili wajah kota samarinda

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti bcara meningktakan keterampilan keterampilan memuat suatu keterampilan yaitu layang-layng untuk siswa tunagrahita ringan dengan media yang ditentukan yaitu media video tutorial. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian PTK, yang bertempat di SLB Negeri Muara Bungo. permasalahan penelitian didasarkan latar belakang keterampilan layang-layang sudah pernah diterapkan, namun masih ada siswa yang memiliki nilai di bawah KKM, dikarenakan siswa belum bisah dalam keterampilam layang-layang, maka peneliti akan melaksanakan penelitian dengan dua siklus setiap siklus dilakukan empat pertemuan. Di setiap siklus ada perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes perbuatan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan membuktikan bahwa media video tutorial dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membuat layang-layang.

Abstract

This research focuses on the communication values that arose during the field experience practice process at State Vocational High School 2 Palangka Raya. These values were generated through mutual interactions between teachers, students, supervisors, and the community, including the church, family, and local residents. The communication process was achieved through module consultations, twelve meetings with students to revisit the topic, a communicative demonstration stage in the classroom, and a Christmas pageant in early December 2023. The purpose of this service is to fulfill academic administrative requirements and explore alternative communication values in multi-party interactions and Christian religious education. The researchers employ the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The benefits of community service include promoting consistent sustainability and communal awareness among students, facilitating the exchange of thoughts and ideas between Pamong teachers-supervising lecturers and PPL students, and fostering a sense of community joy.

Abstract

Keripik pisang adalah makanan ringan yang menjadi kegemaran semua orang. Jenis pisang yang sering digunakan, yaitu pisang kepok. Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan vitamin C keripik pisang. Metode yang digunakan dalam praktikum pengujian vitamin C adalah metode titrasi Iodometri. Alat yang digunakan adalah pisau, timbangan, baskom, alat pengiris keripik, spatula, wajan, tampah, saringan minyak, tabung gas, erlenmeyer 200 ml, gelas ukur 50 ml, lumpang dan alu, spatula, neraca analitik, kertas saring, corong, gelas kimia, buret, pipet tetes, statif dan klem. Bahan yang diperlukan adalah pisang kepok, garam, minyak goreng, air, keripik pisang, aquades, larutan iodium 0,1 N, dan indikator amilum. Prosedur pengujian dilakukan dengan proses pengolahan keripik kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengujian vitamin C. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah keripik pisang sebanyak 4,947 kg dengan kandungan vitamin C sebesar 39,39 mg/100 gr. Hasil ini menunjukkan penurunan kadar vitamin C pada keripik pisang, hal ini disebabkan adanya proses penggorengan menggunakan suhu panas. Kesimpulan dari pengolahan dan pengujian keripik pisang dinyatakan bahwa proses pengolahan pisang dengan menggunakan panas dapat menurunkan kadar vitamin C.

Abstract

Realistik Mathematics Education (RME) stems from the understanding that mathematics is a human activity, with the main goal being to facilitate the transition from informal to formal knowledge through problem-solving in a real-world context. The purpose of this study is to conduct literary analysis related to the relationship between RME and mathematical disposition. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is the method used. Data collection is carried out by documenting and reviewing every article about the relationship between mathematical and RME dispositions that have this research as part of it. A total of sixteen articles from Google Schoolar, Scopus, and ERIC were used in this experiment. RME is a term used in mathematics that has been published from 2014 to 2024. The study's findings indicate a positive correlation between the RME paradigm and mathematical disposition. Pendekatan RME is also effective in enhancing students' abilities in a constructive way and fostering their self-confidence in the context of mathematical education. Later, mathematical aptitude continues to be the primary factor in enhancing a particular problem in RME.

Abstract

Smoking habits can have negative impacts on health, especially for adolescents who are still growing. As an educational environment, schools have a crucial role in increasing students' awareness of the dangers of smoking. This study is to investigate the methods used by Islamic Religious Education instructors at SMP Negeri 28 Mataoleo , Bombana Regency, to discourage smoking. Descriptive qualitative research methodology is applied, and data is gathered by documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the study demonstrate that PAI instructors actively participate in educating students using a methodology grounded in religious principles, thematic learning, and character building through extracurricular activities and positive habits. In addition, cooperation between schools and parents also contributes to increasing the effectiveness of smoking prevention programs. Consequently, it can be said that PAI teachers are important in raising awareness of the risks associated with smoking by using a religious perspective and ongoing moral development.

Abstract

Kadar air merupakan parameter penting dalam menentukan kualitas produk seperti rasa, tekstur, dan penampilan. Ketahanan produk akan lebih terjaga apabila kadar airnya sesuai dengan batas yang ditetapkan dalam Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Kandungan air yang tinggi dalam produk olahan dapat mempercepat aktivitas mikroba yang dapat mempercepat kerusakan suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kandungan kadar air pada nuget bayam. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada November 2024. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu metode gravimetri dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengeringkan sampel menggunakan oven selama beberapa jam untuk mendapatkan selisih berat sebelum dan sesudah pemanasan. Selisih tersebut digunakan untuk menghitung kadar air yang terkandung dalam sampel nuget bayam sehingga dapat diketahui seberapa besar kandungan air yang didapatkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kadar air sebesar 41,394% angka tersebut sudah sesuai dengan SNI 01-6638-2002 yang menyatakan bahwa kadar air nuget maksimal 60%. Kesimpulan dari pengujian kadar air nuget bayam, yaitu adanya perubahan berat pada sampel setelah dilakukan pemanasan menunjukkan adanya kandungan kadar air pada produk tersebut.

Abstract

Coconut meal is an agricultural waste that has not been widely utilized but still contains nutrients. This study aims to evaluate the effect of fermentation on the protein, fat, and carbohydrate content of coconut meal. Three main treatments were compared: unfermented coconut meal, coconut meal fermented with Rhizopus sp., and coconut meal fermented with EM4. The results of the analysis showed that unfermented coconut meal had a protein content of 34,77%, fat 8,84%, and carbohydrate 27,73%. Fermentation with Rhizopus sp. increased the protein content to 37,37%, decreased the fat content to 6.11%, and slightly increased the carbohydrate content to 23,04%. Meanwhile, fermentation with EM4 increased the protein content to 35.87%, decreased the fat content to 6.55%, and increased the carbohydrate content to 26.86%. Based on the results of the study, fermentation with Rhizopus sp. was more effective in increasing protein content and decreasing fat content compared to fermentation with EM4. Fermentation with EM4 showed a significant increase in carbohydrate content. In conclusion, the fermentation process can improve the nutritional quality of coconut meal, so that it can be a more nutritious alternative as animal feed
