Abstract

The purpose of this study was: (1) to analyze the effect of creatine monohydrate to give strength after doing physical exercise with maximum intensity, towards endurance after doing physical exercise with maximum intensity, (2) to analyze the effect of non creatine monohydrate to give strength after doing physical exercise with maximum intensity, towards endurance after doing physical exercise with maximum intensity, (3) to analyze the results of the difference by administering creatine and non creatine on strength and endurance after exercise with maximum intensity. This type of research used in this research was quantitative with quasi experimental research methods. The design of this study was using pretest and posttest control group design, and data analysis was using a paired sample t-test. The process of data collection was done with the test leg muscle strength using a strength test with back and leg dynamometer, sit ups test with 1 minute sit ups, push ups test with push ups and 30 seconds with a VO2max test cosmed quart CPET during the pretest and posttest. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 series. The results showed: (1) There was the influence of creatine administration against the strength after doing exercise with maximum intensity; (2) There was the influence of creatine administration against the group endurance after doing exercise with maximum intensity; (3) There was the influence of non creatine against the force after exercise maximum intensity; (4) There was the influence of non creatine against the group after endurance exercise maximum intensity; (5) The significant difference with the provision of non creatine and creatine from creatine group difference delta at higher against the increased strength and endurance after exercise maximum intensity. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that the increased strength and durability for each of the groups after being given a workout.

Abstract

This study is intended to describe the implementation of the physical fitness development and training program for members of MRC (Military Regional Command) IV/Diponegoro by evaluating CIPP (context, input, process and product). A qualitattve method was used. The data were collected by using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documents. The respondentsts include Comand-in-chief, trainers, army members, program, facilities, infrastructure and documents. The data were analyzed by using non statistic qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the context is evaluated to be very good by 86.67% of the respondentsts and good by 13.3% of them. The input is evaluated to be very good by 33.33% of the respondentsts and good by 66.67% of them. The process is evaluated to be very good by 66.67% of the respondentsts and good by 56.67% of them. The product is evaluated to be very good by 36.67% of the respondentsts and good by 63.33% of them. It is concluded that the evaluation study is of good quality and to be very good, some improvement on input and process should be made.

Abstract

The preliminary study gives the result that the Football School (SSB) trainers in Medan City do not yet have adequate long passing and shooting skill measuring instruments. They rely on observation only in assessing their students’ achievement. Assessment that is based on observation has many weaknesses, one of which is the high element of subjectivity. This study aims to produce instruments to measure the studentss long passing and shooting skills. This is a research and development study. The authors used experimental methods in this study through the following steps, (a) draft development, (b) validation, (c) small group tryouts, and (d) extended group trials. The small group tryouts were conducted three times and the extended group trial was administered once. In the extended group trial the authors involved 150 male students of 8 SSB. Based on factorial analysis (validity test) and test and retest (reliability test), the result is that the long passing and shooting instruments are valid (P <000) and reliable (R> 0.6). Thus, this measuring instrument is very good for measuring long passing and shooting skills of the SSB students.

Abstract

The Sport of Wrestling is rarely heard in Indonesia but the real fact is not so. Although it is not as popular as football, badminton, or tennis, this type of hard sport still exists in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine whether interval of the endurance training techniques with the training program software can improve the VO2 Max of the wrestling athletes in the Gold-for-Indonesia Program in the Sea Games XXVII Myanmar 2013. The method used in this research was the experimental method; the researchers deliberately and systematically incorporated treatments into natural phenomena and then observed the its effects. The results show that, overall, the VO2 Max of the pretest result is 46.95%, the result of the first cycle test shows an increase to 49.43%, and the second cycle test shows even better result to 50.21%. To improve the endurance of the wrestling athletes of the program of Gold-for-Indonesia in the Sea Games XXVII Myanmar 2013, the trainers need to use the interval of endurance training techniques with the software of the training program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan performa atlet bolavoli dan bola basket dengan metode latihan plyometric front cone hops dan plyometric counter movement jump. Tiga puluh siswa yang terpilih sesuai kriteria akan dilakukan pretest untuk menentukan pembagian kelompok plyometric front cone hops, plyometric counter movement jump atau kelompok kontrol. Back leg dynamometer untuk mengukur tingkat kekuatan otot tungkai dan jump MD untuk mengukur tingkat power otot tungkai. Akan diberikan latihan selama 6 minggu untuk masing-masing kelompok dan 3 kali perlakuan dalam seminggu. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan metode latihan plyometric front cone hops menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan dan power otot tungkai, kelompok plyometric counter movement jump menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan otot tungkai. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari metode latihan plyometric front cone hops dan plyometric counter movement jump lebih efektif untuk peningkatan dua komponen kondisi fisik kekuatan dan power otot tungkai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk peningkatan performa fisik otot lengan siswa ekstrakulikuler putra SMAN 2 Lamongan yang memiliki kelemahan saat dilakukan evaluasi fisik. Empat puluh siswa sehat dengan melihat status gizi melalui indeks masa tubuh (IMT) dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria dan dilakukan pretest dan pemeringkatan sehingga masuk dalam pengelompokan traditional push up, plyometric push up, incline push up dan kelompok kontrol. Push up 30 detik, push up 60 detik dan medicine ball test digunakan untuk mengukur peningkatan kinerja. Ketiga kelompok berpartisipasi dalam penelitian tiga hari dalam seminggu selama enam minggu dan menyelesaikan 18 sesi pelatihan, pada frekuensi 3 sesi per minggu. Hasil uji paired sample t-test dalam kelompok traditional push up menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan dan daya tahan, kelompok plyometric push up menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan dan power, dan kelompok incline push up menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan dan daya tahan. Disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa pelatihan traditional push up, plyometric push up dan incline push up ketiganya efektif untuk peningkatan kinerja tubuh bagian atas.

Abstract

Latihan plyometric merupakan bentuk latihan yang cukup beraneka ragam. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya menggunkan tiga bentuk latihan yaitu jump to box, depth jump dan single-leg depth jump. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan jump to box, depth jump dan single-leg depth jump terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai dan power otot tungkai. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut yang mengikuti ektrakurikuler degan jumlah subjek 40 siswa berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Rencana penelitian ini menggunakan matching-only design dan dianalisis menggunakan Anova. Proses pengambilan data kekuatan otot tungkai menggunakan leg dynamo meter dan power otot tungkai menggunakan jump MD pada saat pre test dan post test. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh latihan jump to box, depth jump dan single-leg depth jump terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai dan power otot tungkai. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan jump to box, depth jump dan single-leg depth jump sangat efisien untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan power tungkai.

Abstract

The development of physical condition are absolute requirement for achievement. To improve the physical condition required a training. In this research, the training in question is core stability training dynamic and medicine ball, with the aim to increase leg muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, and balance. The purpose of this research was to analyze about: (1) The effect of core stability dynamic to enhancement leg muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, and balance, (2) The effect of medicine ball to enhancement leg muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, and balance. Goal of this research is the male students batch 2015, Study program Physical Education and Recreation Health STKIP PGRI Sumenep. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with quasi- experimental methods. This research design using randomize control group pretest-posttest design and analysis using anova. Data collection process with leg muscle strength test (leg dynamometer), abdominal muscle strength test (sit up), and balance test (stand stork test) when pretest and posttest. Next, the data were analyzed with the help SPSS 17.0. The result of research showed: (1) there are the effect core stability dynamic training to enhancement leg muscle strength by 7,55%, abdominal muscle strength by 11,82%, and balance by 13,17%, (2) there are the effect medicine ball training to enhancement leg muscle strength by 7,07%, abdominal muscle strength by 12,02%, and balance by 9,64%. Based analysis above, can be concluded that there enhancement leg muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, and balance for each experimental group and the control group after being given core stability dynamic and medicine ball training seen from the t-test result. There are also differences in the effect of each workout to increase leg muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, and balance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena olahraga di bangsa Indonesia Ini kurang berkembang dengan banyaknya atlit-atlit yang kurang bersinar ditingkat internasional di asia tenggara pun prestasi olahraga bangsa ini mulai tertinggal, oleh sebab itu perlu diadakan pembinaan diusia dini untuk mencetak atlit yang berprestasi, sekolah olahraga merupakan tempat pembinaan yang baik untuk mencetak atliti yang berprestasi, tapi banyak faktor-faktor penghambat sehingga proses pembinaan dan pelatihan tidak sesuai dengan ilmu yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil prestasi dan poses pelatihan yang ada di Sma Negeri Olahraga Sidoarjo Jawa Timur. Untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana hasil prestasi dan proses pelatihan yang ada di Sma Negeri Olahraga Sidoarjo Jawa Timur menggunakan jenis penelitian kantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi langsung dan pengisian angket yang diisi oleh pelatih dan atlit, yang angketnya sudah di validasi sebelumnya Penelitian dilakukan langsung di Sma Negeri Olahraga Sidoarjo Jawa timur, hasil penelitian yang didapat dari sudut pandang pelatih dan atlit menunjukan bahwa rata-rata atlit di Sma Negeri Olahraga Jawa Timur mempunyai prestasi, proses pelatihan masuk kategori baik, faktor pendukung pelatihan seperti sumber daya manusia, program pelatihan, dan sarana latihan masuk kategori baik. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, disarankan untuk meningkatkan proses pelatihan yang sudah ada dan memperhatikan faktor-faktor penunjang proses pelatihan. Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran merupakan usaha guru untuk membentuk tingkah laku yang diinginkan. Tingkah laku yang dimaksud adalah menyediakan lingkungan atau stimulus dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berpikir. Tindakan tersebut bertujuan agar siswa mengenal dan memahami pengetahuan yang telah dipelajari. Siswa diberikan kebebasan untuk memilih bahan pelajaran dan cara mempelajarinya sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuannya. Pembelajaran membantu siswa agar memperoleh berbagai pengalaman sehingga menambah tingkah laku baik kuantitas maupun kualitasnya. Tingkah laku ini meliputi pengetahuan, nilai, dan norma yang berfungsi sebagai pengendali sikap serta perilaku siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran siswa sekolah menengah atas negeri olahraga Sidoarjo tahun 2017 mengenai pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar, metode pembelajaran, dan sistem penilaiannya. Hasil penilaian tersebut dapat dijadikan referensi dan bahan evaluasi mengenai mekanisme proses pembelajaran yang baik sehingga meningkatkan kualitas dan prestasi siswa dibidang akademik. Metode dalam analisa ini kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel penelitian guru dan siswa sejumlah 30 orang dengan rincian 20 siswa yang diambil kelas 10 dan 11 serta dari 10 guru. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bhwa rata-rata pengetahuan siswa tentang pembelajaran sebesar 78,33 menunjukkan persentase 78% dalam kategori ?baik? sedangkan untuk guru sebesar 79,33 menunjukkan persentase 79% kategori ?baik?. Hasil pengetahuan guru dan siswa tentang proses pembelajaran telah memahami dengan baik dengan kategori ?baik? untuk siswa dan ?baik? untuk guru. Kata Kunci: Proses Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran, Guru, Siswa. Abstrack Learning is the teachers effort to shape the desired behavior. The behavior in question is to provide an environment or stimulus by giving students the opportunity to think. The action aims to make students know and understand the knowledge that has been learned. Students are given the freedom to choose learning materials and how to learn them according to their interests and abilities. Learning helps students to gain various experiences so as to increase their behavior in both quantity and quality. This behavior includes knowledge, values, and norms that function as controlling the students attitudes and behavior. The purpose of this study is to know the learning process of high school students of sports country Sidoarjo 2017 on learning, the implementation of teaching and learning process, learning methods, and assessment system. The results of the assessment can be used as a reference and evaluation material regarding the mechanism of a good learning process so as to improve the quality and achievement of students in the academic field. The method in this analysis is quantitative descriptive using questionnaires. The sample of teacher and student research is 30 people with 20 students taken from 10th and 11th grade and from 10 teachers. The result of the research concludes that the average of students knowledge about learning is 78,33 shows 78% percentage in "good" category, while for teacher 79,33 shows 81% percentage of "good" category. Teacher and student knowledge about the learning process has been well understood with "good" categories for students and "good" for teachers. Keywords: Learning process, learning, teacher, student.
