Abstract

Masuknya sistem pemerintahan modern di desa, telah merobak sebuah buah perjalanan panjang karakteristik budaya yang mengedepankan komunalisme kearah individualistik.  Di Indonesia, diperkirakan lebih dari tiga perempat penduduk Indonesia tinggal di daerah pedesaan. Sehingga selalu menjadi masalah pelik dalam pemajuannya. Salah satunya adalah bagaimana upaya menghapuskan kesenjangan antara desa dan kota dimana hal tersebut selalu dijadikan indikator keberhasilan pembangunan secara nasional. Sementara, dampak umum pembangunan terhadap desa yang membawa efek yang jauh lebih membahayakan masyarakat desa dalam friksi-friksi yang tajam tidak menjadi telaah penting. Sementara hal tersebut akan berimplikasi terhadap perubahan nilai fundamental (local identity), sehingga semakin merapuhkan sendi-sendi tradisi dan kekeluargaan yang membangun komunitas desa.

Abstract

Abstract: This journal describes about the regional inspectorate supervision of the performance of local staffing agencies Baubau City. Inspectorate of Baubau an internal watchdog agency local gov­ernments have duties overseeing the regional government on the local regulation Baubau City. The factors that affect Supervision Inspectorate Baubau City Performance Against Regional Em­ployment Board of Baubau, In doing activities as a supervisory function to penyeleng-execution of regional administration Inspectorate of Baubau not independent of the factors that affect the implementation of the supervisory function of the regional administration City Baubau in this case the implementation of the performance BKD PKPT Baubau. Faktor-faktor tersebut yakni : faktor internal yaitu jumlah aparat pengawas, dan faktor eksternal yaitu ketersediaan anggaran dan kelalaian objek pemeriksaan.Kata kunci: inspektorat, pengawasan, kepegawaian, kota baubau

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of public service innovations (“Healthy Alley” and home care) in Makassar to disclose facts about the factors supporting innovations so that they can be sustainable in the future. Data were collected through a structured interview process with 14 informants and through observation by researchers. Secondary data were collected from national journal articles and annual report documents from the Department of Health, Makassar Regional Development, and Research Agency. Validity and reliability were addressed by triangulating data sources. Out of five innovation attributes, the “Healthy Alley” and home care innovations only met four standards. The research findings revealed that the home care innovation program has been well implemented compared to the "Healthy Alley" innovation program. This condition was due to the two different innovation programs in the handling system. The sustainability of public service innovation can be realized by taking into account several supporting indicators: 1. Commitment of Implementor; 2. User Participation; 3. Supported; 4. Network. Also, it is known that a public service innovation program with a good handling system will succeed in improving the quality of public service policies that affect innovation, but the budget will make things easier.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between minimum wages and poverty rates. Minimum wage is a controversial policy topic that affects millions of workers around the world, and understanding its impact on poverty rates is crucial for policymakers and researchers. By conducting a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, statistical data, and using more complex regression models. The data was processed in Microsoft Excell, and then analysed using R statistical software. The findings of this study show that minimum wage policy is effective in negatively affecting the poverty rate in Indonesia.

Abstract

Village financial governance, which is often identified with corruption and abuse in terms of its management, must be accompanied by a supervisory system by the government and the community to minimize potential irregularities. This research aims to provide an analytical description of the implementation of Permendagri Number 73 of 2020 concerning the Supervision of Village Financial Management by Government Internal Supervisor Apparatus. The method used is qualitative research. The data collection techniques include interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The Associate Expert Auditor of the Gowa Regency Inspectorate became the main informant in this research. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, presentation, and verification. By referring to Edward III's Policy Implementation theory, the results show that the communication, disposition, and bureaucratic structure variables have been running quite well. However, the resource variable still needs to be constrained by the quantity of human resources who carry out the policy and the lack of supervision budget. The factors inhibiting the supervision of village financial management for APIP Gowa Regency are generally influenced by two factors, namely delays in completing supervisory recommendations and changes in village treasurers.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine Good Governance in Community Empowerment of Bababulo Village, Majene Regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study state that based on the results of research and field observations in the aspects of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, it is concluded that good governance in empowering the Bababulo village community in Majene Regency shows maximum results. This is based on the three standard aspects that are indicators of good governance in community empowerment that can be fulfilled entirely. Although there are still some things that need to be addressed. But overall, the principles of good governance in empowering the Bababulo village community in Majene Regency can be said to be optimal. The limitation of this research is that it only focuses on analyzing the principles of good governance, the focal point of which is only three indicators of good governance principles, namely responsiveness, transparency, and accountability.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Pasir Putih Kecamatan Sinjai Borong. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokuemntasi dengan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Kinerja Pegawai Kelurahan Pasir Putih Kecamatan Sinjai Borong di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa para pegawai Kelurahan Pasir Putih Kecamatan Sinjai Borong memiliki Kinerja yang Baik yang mana dapat di ukur melalui beberapa indikator yaitu 1) tujuan, dimana tujuan yang dimaksud adalah visi dan misi yang hendak diwujudkan oleh para pegawai di kantor Kelurahan Pasir Putih telah berjalan optimal dimana para pegawai berupaya menerapkan prinsip-prinsi good governance yang sesuai dengan visi yang hendak di capai; 2) Standar, standar penilaian kinerja pegawai kemudian di ukur menggunakan Standar Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) yang terdiri dari orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, disiplin, kerjasama dan kepemimpinan dan beberapa poin tersebut telah diterapkan secara efektif; 3) Umpan balik, telah di laksanakan dengan optimal dengan memberikan reward serta punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai; 4) Kompetensi, telah ditingkatkan dengan optimal dengan melibatkan para pegawai pada kegiatan pelatihan serta adanya kesadaran pribadi dalam meningkatkan potensinya dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas teknologi yang telah disediakan; dan 5) Peluang, telah berlangsung efektif pula dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan, rapat dan beberapa kegiatan lapangan yang melibatkan para pegawai.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the organization of government management in development in Tirta Buana village, Dapurang district. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research location in Tirta Buana village, Dapurang District, Pasangkayu Regency. The informants in this research were 5 officials at the Tirta Buana Village Office, Dapurang District. The results of the research show that the organizational aspect of community development in Tirta Buana Village has not gone very well, this can be seen from the organizational weakness which lies in the human resources of the government apparatus, namely, in this case the village head gives responsibility to the section head to manage development planning. fully. However, this responsibility is not in accordance with the competencies possessed, so that the division of work in implementing development has not run optimally.

Abstract

Sexual violence in higher education institutions is a global issue requiring effective services and response mechanisms to protect victims and ensure accountability. This systematic review aims to evaluate policies, victim support services, reporting mechanisms, and the effectiveness of institutional responses in addressing sexual violence cases. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach on articles published between 2018 and 2023, the review identifies gaps in implementation, inconsistent support systems, and a lack of survivor-centered approaches. This study highlights the need for strategic measures to improve institutional responses, ensure victim protection, and foster a safe and inclusive campus environment.

Abstract

Supervision is the prevention or correction of errors, irregularities, discrepancies, and misappropriations that are not in accordance with the objectives of the predetermined authority. This study aims to determine how the form of local government supervision in supervising rock quarry mines in Bontotiro District, Bukukumba Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data collection used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data was analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This study shows how local government supervision of rock quarry mines in the study area is seen from two forms of supervision. First, preventive supervision was carried out before the implementation of mining activities through the supervision of exploration Mining Business Permits (IUP) for exploration implementation and Mining Business Permits (IUP) for production operations. Second, repressive supervision carried out during the implementation of mining activities refers to the supervision of Rock Excavation Production Operation Activities.
