Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction, work motivation, and discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The total population in this study were 73 populations and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were through the distribution of questionnaires and library data. The data analysis model used in this study includes: normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test. The hypothesis test used in this study includes: multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, simultaneous correlation, coefficient of determination, t test and f test.Based on the results of the linear regression test with satisfaction with employee performance, a value of 0.559 is obtained, work motivation on employee performance is obtained a value of 0.540 and the discipline variable on employee performance is obtained a value of 0.163. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient test, the value of satisfaction with employee performance is 0.556, the value of work motivation on employee performance is 0.505 and discipline to employee performance is 0.100. Based on the Hajj, the coefficient of determination obtained the Adjusted R Square value of 0.327. Based on the results of the t test that has been carried out, the satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the discipline variable has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. In this study, the significant level was taken = 5% or = 0.05, there was an Fcount value of 12.676 and a Ftable value of 2.74. These results show the value of Fcount (12.676) > Ftable (2.74) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that together Satisfaction, Work Motivation, and Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that partial satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While Discipline has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously (together) Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance in a company are expected to improve good performance to realize the goals in the company. Thus for the creation of good performance there needs to be an application of attitude to employees. Discipline and motivation are needed in every employee, the implementation of tasks or activities in the company’s work cannot run well and smoothly, so that it can ultimately harm the company itself. Discipline is the attitude of willingness and willingness to meat and obey the norms that apply around it. Motivation is the desire in a person that causes the person to act. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of descipline and motivation to the of PT.INDAH KARGO MANDIRI  RangkasbitungEfforts to improveThe research method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach, i.e. to explain a problem based on the data in the form of figures (statistical data). The population used in this study is that PT. INDAH KARGO MANDIRI Rangkasbitung with 117 the number of visitors, using the formula error level slovin 5% then the sampael obtained as many as 97 consumers. The technique of data collection is the observation, study of librarianship and the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, multiple coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test.Based on the research conducted, obtained test results t that brand image (X 1), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.027 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha accepted and significant value of the obtained motivation (X 2), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.000 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha is received. That means there are influences between the discipline Of PT.INDAH KARGO MANDIRI Rangkasbitung  and there is the influence between motivation Of PT.INDAH KARGO MANDIRI Rangkasbitung. As well as the results of hypothesis testing the F value obtained significant i.e. 0.000 value smaller than 0.05 significant level. Or F-count is greater than the F-table (0, 11.534 > 0, 3.94). Then it can be inferred that the brand image and product quality influence on purchasing decisions simultaneously.

Abstract

Tourism is a driving force for the economy that is proven to be able to contribute to the prosperity of the region and the country. The easiest way to observe the success of tourism is the increase in tourist arrivals from period to period. However, the Covid 19 pandemic that occurred resulted in a decrease in the number of tourist visits to Lebak Regency. due to government regulations related to preventing the spread of the Covid 19 virus pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Tourism Ambassadors and Promotional Strategies at DISBUDPAR Lebak Regency before the pandemic and after or during the transition period of the Covid 19 pandemic. This study used qualitative research methods, with data analysis techniques according to Spradley. The results of this study are the differences in the role of tourism ambassadors and tourism promotion strategies before and after the pandemic or transition period. Where the role of tourism ambassadors is not only as a tourism promotion tool but also plays an active role in every activity outside tourism. Promotional strategies carried out before the pandemic were in the form of events and exhibitions as well as utilizing social media. After or during the pandemic transition, promotional strategies are carried out in a Hybrid manner by carrying out activities in the form of events, exhibitions and promotions with social media.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by Barokah Tani Stores in Maja District is related to consumer decisions to buy their products. Many factors influence consumer decisions to buy products in a company, including product diversity and store atmosphere. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of product diversity on purchasing decisions at the Barokah Tani Shop, Maja District, Lebak Regency, (2) the effect of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at the Barokah Tani Shop, Maja District, Lebak Regency, and ( 3) the effect of product diversity and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at the Barokah Tani Shop, Maja District, Lebak Regency. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population of this study are all consumers who make purchases at the Barokah Tani Shop, Maja District. The research sample is part of a population of 79 consumers taken by accidental sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of product variety on purchasing decisions; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions; and (3) there is a significant influence of product variety and store atmosphere together on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

According to an initial survey conducted by researchers based on interviews with 15 prospective customers who were at Honda Dealers, that the promotions that had been carried out by Honda Dealers were deemed less emotionally interested in consumers, this was due to the lack of incessant promotions carried out by Honda Dealers. If the promotion is intense, consumers who were previously not interested in buying a product will become interested and try the product so that consumers make purchases from Honda dealers. To find out how big the influence of promotion strategies and prices on purchasing decisions at Honda dealers at PT. Primadelta Starlestari Rangkasbitung. This study involved a sample of 75 consumers at the Honda Dealer PT. Primadelta Starlestari Rangkasbitung. The data collection method is data processing. The data analysis method used is descriptive and hypothesis testing using regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for windows program. It is known that the significance value for the simultaneous effect of X1 and X2 on Y is 0.004 and the calculated f value is 5.837 > from f table 3.12, so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means that there is an effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously affecting Y. In accordance with the research that has been done by the author Muchtar (2016) "The Influence of Promotional Strategies and Prices on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Study aims to determine the effect of discipline and compensation on employee performance in the Department of Cooperatives and UKM, Lebak Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The data used is primary data originating from distributing questionnaires to employees of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Lebak Regency, totaling 36 respondents. Data processing is carried out using SPSS 20 software. Based on multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. These results indicate that partially discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the tcount value of the discipline variable (X1) having a significant effect on performance employee (Y). With a tcount and ttable value of 4.506 > 2.034 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. The compensation variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a tcount and ttable value of 2.490 > 2.034 a significant level of 0.003 < 0.05. The discipline variable (X1) and compensation (X2) have a simultaneous effect, with Fcount and Ftable of 87.210 > 3.28. With a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance is due to the presence of several employees who have multiple roles. When a person faces work stress, their performance will decrease. Work stress on female employees is a woman's response to a condition or event that arises because of the interaction between the woman and other individuals with her job as an employee in a company which can interfere with her physical and psychological condition. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of multiple role conflicts and job stress on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between Multiple Role Conflict and Job Stress on Employee Performance. The population used in this study were 84 employees at the Ministry of Religion in Lebak Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample used was employees who had multiple roles as many as 40 people. The analysis technique used is the prerequisite technique of data analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, partial test and simultaneous test. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that partially multiple role conflicts have a significant effect on employee performance, while job stress has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously multiple roles conflict and job stress (independent variable) affect employee performance (dependent variable)
