Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine how individual innovation capability, job involvement, and knowledge sharing affect employee performance. Design/methodology/approach: A questionnaire with 65 employees of PT. Birowo Jaya as respondents provided the primary data for this investigation. Purposive sampling was the method of sampling employed in this investigation. Using route analysis, validate this research. Findings: The study's findings indicate that: (1) knowledge sharing positively impacts employee performance; (2) individual innovation capability positively impacts employee performance; (3) job involvement positively impacts employee performance; and (4) knowledge sharing, individual innovation capability, and job involvement positively impact employee performance simultaneously. Abstract

This study examines how perceived organizational support, leadership, and work motivation affect on employee performance. The unit of analysis used is the employees at the company CV. Amanah. This study included all employees. This study randomly selected 18 people. This study uses primary and secondary sources. The validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test were used in this study. Perceived organizational support, leadership, and work motivation partially and concurrently affected employee performance. Even if the effect was somewhat meaningful, motivates workers and affects UD performance.

Abstract

Counseling about drug abuse is very important, especially among youth generation. This age period is a group that is prone to drug abuse because of the desire to do experiment, seek identity, seek recognition and lifestyle. The counseling aims to provide knowledge and understanding about the disadvantages of drug abuse, the impact of drug abuse and the legal impact of drug abuse. This counseling is important as a preventive effort to overcome the danger of drugs. Hopefully, the youth generation will be more interested to find out what drugs are and examine the pros and cons without having to try and learn from other’s experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak dari strategi manajemen SDM yang inovatif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Borneo Bintang Pasifik, dengan fokus pada peran mediasi pengembangan kompetensi digital dan pengalaman karyawan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan Smart PLS, data dikumpulkan dari sampel 70 karyawan melalui pengambilan sampel acak. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi digital secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara strategi SDM yang inovatif dan kinerja karyawan (β = 0,496, p = 0,000), yang menekankan pentingnya peningkatan keterampilan dan literasi digital yang berkelanjutan untuk produktivitas tenaga kerja. Namun, efek mediasi dari pengalaman karyawan terhadap kinerja tidak signifikan (β = 0,020, p = 0,833), yang mengindikasikan bahwa keterlibatan dan kepuasan saja mungkin tidak secara langsung meningkatkan kinerja. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun praktik-praktik SDM yang inovatif berkontribusi pada pengalaman kerja yang positif, penyelarasan praktik-praktik ini dengan inisiatif pengembangan keterampilan yang ditargetkan sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil organisasi yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi para pemimpin SDM, menyoroti perlunya mengintegrasikan upaya pengalaman karyawan dengan program kompetensi digital untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis.
